Fantastic experience: Everyone is so friendly in this place! It had been an embarrassing amount of time since my last cleaning and not a single person gave any shame. This was the MOST comprehensive first appointment exam I have ever had. Informative, helpful, supportive. My teeth hurt (100% my fault for waiting so long to get in) but they feel so much better.

Fantastic experience: Quick, professional, kind, and informative. I’ve been to bright pointe a few times and I haven’t had a bad experience. Dr Moosa took care of some fillings for me and I didn’t feel a thing, and like I said before it was really fast! Everyone who works there takes their job seriously, and put effort in to make you feel comfortable. (Update) I just got Invisalign finished up, it went really fast and easy. The employee Ashley usually takes care of me, and she does a really good job. She’s very polite and charismatic, she also has a GREAT MEMORY. So you always feel heard.

They are very personable and make me feel very comfortable. I typically do not like going to the dentist however they have changed my dental experience. I have seen both dentists at the office and would recommend either. They are both phenomenal. The assistance Rachel and Dakota and my hygienist Ann are also great along with the entire rest of the staff. I’ve never had a negative or bad experience at the office. I highly recommend them if you’re looking for a new dental office.

I've never had that done and let's not talk about the people there, such kind people, each one introduced themselves . Like many people, pain lead me to Bright Point. I’ve had at least 4 visits now and I have to say that I have NEVER been treated with such TLC, kindness and professionalism. Each and every person there has been amazing. They use all the advanced technology. Absolutely the best !

Fantastic experience: Dr. Moosa and Ashley were great at repairing and replacement of several fillings. The fillings were previously done by a different dentist. Bright Pointe made these repairs as comfortable as possible.

Fantastic experience: Bright Pointe is the best dental practice I’ve ever been to and the entire staff, from front office, hygienists, assistants, and dentists, are incredible. I have severe dental phobia, and they have continuously make me feel comfortable and cared for. Staff are patient, professional, friendly, and accommodating. Front office staff do a great job communicating and are always prompt to answer the phone (usually after the first ring!). Kylie and Ashley were extremely kind and patient, as were both Dr. Mousa and Dr. V. Wonderful providers who I hope to continue to see for years to come.

Not once did I feel awkward or out of place and upon leaving my appointment I realized that my face was a tad sore from a smile that never left my face. I had amazing interactions with Ashleigh, Jeanette and Dr. Moosa. They are each incredibly friendly and even though it was my first official appointment, they treated me as if I were a friend they were catching up with. I was very surprised and my interest was piqued when I had 15 options to choose from for the fluoride. I chose sugar cookie and it was the best tasting flavor I’ve ever had the pleasure of trying. Negative experience: This is a rich man's dentist office. They are very quick to charge you the 100 dollar office visit even if you're only in the chair for 10 minutes and no work is done. Went in for the first visit and felt like I was buying a car. "You need this done and you need that done" was all I heard. They even tried to push Invisalign the very first visit. No thanks

Fantastic experience: If you are looking for a new dentist, this place is it. I take my reviews very seriously and my dentist even more so. I have been to a lot of dentists and some were ok and a lot were just bad. I have issues with nervousness when I go to the Dr or dentist. This place has the best of all worlds. They are very professional and actually have personally. When you sit down in the chair, you don't have someone come in demanding payments before you even start. The atmosphere here is just different. I actually enjoyed my visit. Ashliegh walked me back to the room (and even came back to make sure I was OK while she was hunting down some info from my past dentist. She was truly awesome.) Then I saw Dr. Vredenburg, who did an extraction for me. I can't believe I felt zero pain. Even the shot was nothing. They all have the best bedside manner. You just feel comfortable. The second time I went, I was greeted by Ashliegh again(She is awesome!). Then my check-up and cleaning by Jackie, her and Katie were great. If you have questions, they don't mind. So, if you are looking for a place that has a great atmosphere and even better staff, I would 100% give them a try. I truly couldn't be happy with them.
