Fantastic experience: This place is amazing!!! I cannot recommend it highly enough! The dentist is a super awesome, down to earth kind of guy who is really good at what he does! His office staff are all amazing too, especially Peggy! They have worked me into their tight schedule, which is so wonderful. I havent had a cleaning in over 10 years! They did not shame me, they didnt treat me poorly, everyone was welcoming and sweet and kind! I cannot say enough how awesome they are! And their prices are incredibly reasonable, especially for someone like me who doesnt have dental insurance. I am so glad I found this place! Ive already recommended here to two of my friends!

Fantastic experience: I have horrible anxiety about any kind of medical procedures, especially dental! Dr. Kelly was wonderful. I went there anticipating that I was going to need some kind of sedation, for a crown but I ended up not needing it after all. He was so understanding and so was his staff. I would highly recommend if you're not going to the dentist because of anxiety, you give him a try.

Fantastic experience: I normally have terrible anxiety going to the dentist. Dr Kelly and his staff are incredible. They got me in very quickly as a new patient when I was in pain and my old dentist couldn’t see me for a month. They made sure I was comfortable and that they didn’t hurt me. They are very friendly and this is the best dental experience I’ve had since I was a child! Highly recommend them to everyone! The office is clean, the staff is friendly and outgoing and very thoughtful. Katie provided me with sunglasses so that the lights weren’t too bright in my eyes while she cleaned my teeth and she is very gentle and thorough with her cleanings. Best dentist I’ve found in town and I have been to several.

Fantastic experience: I recently had to get a dental debridement. Katie was super nice and personable. Then I had to get cavities filled. Dr. Kelly and his assistant (I think Peggy, but I don’t remember for sure) were very efficient. They used the laser method which was a bit scary but they both comforted me and it was a good experience! Definitely recommend everyone there!

My hygienist, Katie, not only gave me the best cleaning I have ever had, but was so bubbly and pleasant to chat with. She is also very knowledgeable throughout answering all of my questions. I would absolutely recommend her to those that are skeptical about coming in to get a cleaning done - she will change your mind! Fantastic experience: I needed a crown on one of my teeth and had the prep done a couple weeks ago, it took a bit for the gold crown to be made so had my install appointment this morning. Dr. Kelly with Cindy's assistance had the temp crown off and my permanent one installed and I was on my way in 20 minutes. They are awesome!!

Fantastic experience: I went to Rushmore dental for the first time today and was a little nervous trying out a new dentist. I am so glad I did! The staff were excellent and my hygienist, Katie, made me feel right at home. She did an excellent job with my X-rays and cleaning, too. Dr. Kelly was great as well and took the time to look over each of my pearly whites. Very beautiful, clean facility with great service and hospitality. I already have my next two appointments booked and I’m actually excited to go to the dentist?! I highly recommend them and if you’re shopping for a new dentist, definitely check them out.

They make you feel totally comfortable, both financially and medically, and their customer service is wonderful. They take the time to run through a procedure with you and also give you a plan with a outlook on your bill so there are no surprises. I will not go anywhere else --- 200% would recommend!

Fantastic experience: As someone who is terrified of going to the dentist, dr. Kelly and his staff made me extremely comfortable. I have never had a better experience with dental care. My only complaint is that I’m unable to use dr. Kelly as his office does not accept payments. Payments are due at time of service and with money being tight even with dental insurance I am unfortunately not able to pay 100-300 dollars before I can get my dental care.

Fantastic experience: Given a jaw that locks closed, I am not an easy patient. But Katie and Dr. Kelly both took the time to listen to my needs. THEN, when it was time to go to work, they moved quickly/confidently while working around my jaw issues. Katie also thoroughly explained a cleaning procedure that I had never experienced before. I’m glad to have found a dental team who it seems I can trust. They have long-term health in mind and clearly take their time in both listening to AND educating patients. What more could you want?

Fantastic experience: We are new to Rapid City, and dont know our way around yet. I called and they were able to get us in right away! Katie was exceptional and made my kids feel comfortable. The rest of the staff was very nice, with the exception of one, who rudely made a comment about us being 5 minutes late. I accidentally took the wrong route, like i said new to town. Turned out the next appointment was also late, however luckily they didn't receive the same response as we did.
