The front desk staff was awesome and the set up of the office is elegant. The hygienist was amazing and gave me an excellent cleaning. Dr. Flora is amazing! She is informative and detailed oriented. She is very welcoming and makes you feel like family! I would highly recommend my friends and family to her for their dental care!

Fantastic experience: My 12 year old daughter went to Flora Dental to get some cavities filled Dr. Flora and her team did such an amazing job she was telling me how it did not hurt like at her last dentist and they let her watch Netflix. In her own words Dr. Flora is the best.

Negative experience: I don't go to this dentist. I live on the west coast. I have been called 2 days in a row at 6am ish by this phone number, and when I googled it, this is the office that came up. Both times they called I said it was the wrong number, and both times I was given attitude by the caller, perhaps due to the confusion at my groggy answer. Ill give benefit of the doubt. I dunno if whoever you're trying to call owes you money, or they keep missing appointments, but they aren't gonna get your messages if you keep calling the wrong number. You have great reviews here and I hate to be a one star, but in my experience, I have not enjoyed your office staff. The interruption of sleep two days in a row on my long awaited holiday week from work may or may not have influenced the severity of this review. Happy holidays.

Fantastic experience: I’ve seen Dr. Flora and her team numerous times over the past 1.5yr. In short, I can say they have an awesome team that makes you feel welcome and at ease. I had developed a serious dentophobia and they’ve helped me overcome this. They don’t treat you like a number, as they know their patients by name when they walk in.

Fabulous. Thorough. Gentle. Thank you. Thanks again ..... ................. ........... ............. ... Kind, compassionate, thorough and most importantly for me, gentle. What I really like is they answer my questions and I am like Curious George wanting to know all the ins and outs as to why they are doing what they are doing. They oblige me lovingly. And another thing, they do not strong arm you like I have had some experiences with men in the past. Because these are women, they don't try and use brute force. I like that, a lot! Doctor Flora herself, Meryl, the new dental assistant, Trinity, Duane the front desk staff and, of course, Emmeline. Apologies that I do not remember her name. Friendly and thorough. Thanks for all that you do.

Fantastic experience: This is the best dentist, I have ever been to in all my life. I felt right at home. Clean, friendly staff and state of the art Panoramic X-ray equipment- really cool . I felt relaxed- aroma therapy comfort to relax your mind, remote control television ( Youtube, Netflix...) The anxiety is still there, but Dr. Flora and her staff have made going to the dentist a much better experience. The staff was very attentive to my disabled husband and made him very comfortable in the waiting room during my appt. The dental hygienist clearly explained and thoroughly performed each procedure. Her report to Dr. Flora regarding her findings after my time with her was very detailed and complete. Dr. Flora, a very warm and professional person/dentist, showed great care and concern when examining and highlighting my dental problems. She developed and suggested what I thought was a reasonable treatment and monitoring program . Believe it or not, but I am actually looking forward to my next visit and starting the needed treatments. I highly recommend Dr Flora and her staff.

Fantastic experience: Dr Flora, Emeline (office manager) and staff are unbelievably professional, knowledgeable, kind and completely first class. Marel is the dental assistant that always makes me feel safe and she enjoys asking me questions about my beloved service dog. I had a very sore tooth which was complicated issue with crown and sore jaw and gums. Dr Flora helped by taking away the pain and referred to an endodontist ( specialist that deals with root canals); she wanted the root to be researched and fixed perfectly. I appreciate her honesty and care. I’ll be back with all my other dental issues. Thank you Dr Flora and staff for taking me in right away!

Fantastic experience: I want to personally thank and acknowledge the doctor and staff of Flora Dental for their professionalism and caring attitude in dealing with me regarding my dental procedure and processes. I had the dental works done over a month ago and apologize for not writing a review earlier. Dr Flora and her entire staff made me feel at home in discussing my dental requirements. I am normally adverse towards dentists as I have had more than my share of bad experiences. After two consultation visits, I drew up the courage to go thru the required dental process and procedures. Emeline was always the friendly face at the front who kept assuring me that all will be ok, and she showed her care in her follow up to make sure the office met my expectations. Trish instructed me on what additional steps I could take to improve my dental health. Meryl was gracious in her taking care of my post operation requirements. And finally, Dr Flora was the glue that held it all together with a successful operation that has given me back my smile again. I forgot to say that Dr. Flora was able to prescribe me medication that helped me avoid the anxiety during the surgery. With that medication I did not feel any pain at all, but I was semi alert during the surgery. In the past I always asked to be put under anesthesia to have any work done which I had to pay for since it was not covered by dental insurance. Dr. Flora assured me on numerous occasions that I would not have anything to worry about. In closing, I can say the office has done what it promised. I have more work to be done but I am going thru the healing process and will be back in the saddle/chair a little later this year. Thank you, Flora Dental.
