My husband was waiting to hear how I liked them, now he’s booked his first appointment.

They are not only nice, and professional, but also very gentle and skilled with their procedures. I actually LIKE going to the dentist now. I've needed a fair amount of dental work and have always been pleased with the work, and, probably more importantly, truly cared for as a patient. I give them 5 stars.

Fantastic experience: I was really impressed with several things at this dentist office: 1. Friendly greeting when I entered the office. 2. Two TV monitors in the patient/procedure room (one is to watch streaming channels and the other to share a computer screen). 3. They took my blood pressure with a cuff 4. Kayla offered me a heating pad collar to go over my shoulders; wow, it felt so good and relaxing! :) 5. Mary took x-rays with a handheld gadget that instantly appeared on the shared computer monitor; very high tech! She's also very gentle and mindful of your comfort when maneuvering the gadget in your mouth. 6. Melissa, dental hygienist, came in to check the teeth for a next appointment cleaning. She's very thorough and gentle with the teeth & gums when cleaning at the next appt. 7. Dr. Hoerster came in to introduce himself, review the findings, and answer questions. He's nice and reassuring. Overall, this was the best experience I've ever had in the last 60 plus years! The patient's comfort, teeth, and experience are their highest priorities.

The heated chair that awaits your arrival, a warm blanket & a hot towel wipe plus the friendly always polite and courteous staff make a trip to the dentist enjoyable. Fantastic experience: Such a friendly environment, plus the staff and Dr. Hoerster are so professional. I know I am in great hands. It’s an uptown feel in a small town. They go the extra mile; they offer a warm compress for the neck and shoulders as you watch tv while your teeth are being cleaned. Another big plus is they have their own dental insurance plan which I recommend. I always feel like a VIP and I am sure you will too.

Out of need unfortunately as we are new to town and our youngest had a cavity in a baby tooth that needed to be removed. we were lucky to find a dentist that was able to get us in quickly and made our child feel so comfortable with a minor procedure. Good news tooth is out and no pain. I went back two days later for a routine cleaning and was just as happy with the service provided by the team and the doc. If you are looking for a great dentist Dr. Hoerster can’t come more highly recommended by our family. Thanks Sarah, Merry and Joy for being such a delight.

Fantastic experience: I had a dental emergency, but my dentist was not able to see me. I stopped in here, expecting to be turned away, but the opposite happened! They were crowded and busy, I hadn’t slept well in days, but the receptionists greeted me with amazing kindness and listened to me explain my situation. They even helped me complete my paperwork. Then Doc Hoerster slipped me, almost immediately. The tech completed my X-rays and Doc spent a good 15 min with me, fixing my situation, and explaining everything. He’s a kind and intelligent guy, and whats so important to me - he explains what’s going on and let me see some of the process. This story might be TMI, but I was just impressed, and so grateful. Needless to say, I’m switching to Doc Hoerster.

One of them was today at noon. I was so pleased to be seen quickly. During the appointment Dr. Hoerster offered to take care of filling the tooth right then. With their scented towels , flavored toothpaste of choice , heated seating and a blanket … all I need is a complimentary neck massage to go with my teeth cleaning to be 100% feeling like a spa day . Highly recommend if you are a highly anxious person that needs to be informed of the process and can relax while getting your service done . Or just go to whine down for an 1 hour before taking care of business from our busy lives .
