Ericka McBrine, DDS

Negative experience: Sadly yet another dentist in town that does not accept insurance! Despite confirming before my recent visit that my regular cleaning and exam would be covered by my insurance at 100%, Dr. McBrine's out-of-network fees are so extremely high my insurance company informed me that they would not pay the full reimbursement amount! My bill was 57% higher than the contracted amount paid for in-network dentists! I was forced to pay that extra amount out of pocket! I tried calling into the dentist office to get this resolved, but my calls were not returned. Now I am forced to pay out of pocket for normal routine care, despite having full coverage, because this office has chosen to only accept the insurance that they conveniently sell in-house! So frustrating!

Fantastic experience: I had my first appointment with Creek Street Dental today, after not having seen a dentist in many years due to anxiety. I had a filling that fell out and was causing me a lot of pain. They were very kind and patient with me being nervous, and I didn’t feel a thing!! Every single person I was introduced to in this office was so friendly and caring. You can tell they all truly love their job. A special shoutout to the front desk ladies, who explained everything in detail, answered all my questions and were so sweet. I will definitely be back!! Highly recommend!

Fantastic experience: I have been a patient at creek Street Dental since 2024, and my experience has been wonderful every single time. I truly appreciate the great service and friendly atmosphere at this office. Especially front desk girls-explained my insurance issues and helped with filling claims!

Negative experience: My significant other went here recently, hoping to see Erika. Erika was not there so she was sat with a different dentist. My significant other tried explaining which teeth hurt multiple times, only to be told she has to make another appointment to have her other teeth looked at. What is the reason to make an appointment when she was already there and just wanted another tooth looked at. There was no cleaning, no x-ray, nothing that took too much time. Why do we need to spend money to have each individual tooth looked at when it should be easy enough to check them all out? Now it is very hard for her to eat without pain near the tooth she wanted looked at. Not a pity party, I just don't understand why she was tossed aside.

Fantastic experience: I am so Blessed to know Dr Mcbride. She involved herself into my care. I feel very safe. Thank you I'm not saying Anything against Anyone connected. I Appreciate each of you at the office/procedure.

She takes the time to thoroughly review her customers before treatment. I've been going to her for years and wouldn't dare see another Dentist for a second opinion. I absolutely trust her.

I laughed and said “Don’t worry I thought the same thing at first”. After evaluating my son. She correct my plans for him. Let’s be honest as parents we tend to forget our professional occupation and want things done our way. Her knowledge expertise put things in perspective and put my son on the appropriate track.. Their new patient process was completed online and mostly painless. The entire staff was upbeat and professional from the time I walked through the door for my 8am appointment until I left @ 1 hour later. I would strongly recommend this seasoned and professional group to anyone who is looking for a dentist.
