Fantastic experience: Hello everyone. I just started care with Dental Care Center and had a great experience as a new patient. Everyone is so friendly and happy to help. I had to get a crown, but Dr. Peter took the time to explain everything going on with my teeth and took great care of me. And Blanca is amazing! Will definitely be returning.

Negative experience: I would love to provide a good review, but I have had to follow-up with Jessica, office manager for a quote to do my father’s dental implants several times. It’s been over 3 weeks and I have left messages, emailed and have not yet received a call back. Every time I call, I am placed on hold for over 10 mins. Initially, they said I should get it within a week. A courtesy call was not even done. Beyond upset with them!!!

Fantastic experience: Wow, I had a great experience with the team here. I asked to do a cleaning for my first appt but they let me know that they usually only do an exam first. However, while I was there, they let me know that they'd be able to do a cleaning- I was so grateful! I had some plaque build up that I couldn't get off by myself. Nicole did an amazing job to get as much off as possible. I didn't think I'd be so happy with the results. The main dentist is very kind, joyful, and informative. And the guy (wish I remembered his name) did a great job to capture all my teeth. Everyone was very kind, seemed to enjoy their work environment, and communicated well. Grateful to have this business in the neighborhood!!

Fantastic experience: Very friendly staff.

Negative experience: My partner got flu every time when he visit this location. The dentist was coughing at his face. Avoid at all cost. I’m concerned they never cleaned their equipment

Fantastic experience: Everyone is very welcoming and friendly. Never had to wait in the lobby more than 5 minutes for my appointment. Doctors are very knowledgeable, they have specialists for probably each area of dental care. Highly recommend

Fantastic experience: I've had this Clinic as my Dentist and Orthodontist for the past 3 years and they're great! Awesome friendly staff! Super helpful and will work with you to get your Dental Care needs. My only complaint is that my teeth cleanings seem very quick and basic. I don't feel like I'm getting the same treatment as I did with my last dentist through my PPO plan.

Fantastic experience: I used to go to Western Dental (NIGHTMARE) and I wanted a new dental place. From the minute I called, the front service were attentive, understanding and friendly! I’m really bad with names but the lady in charge of billing was informative and explained all of the charges, what was covered and so on. The DA’s are friendly, and so are the dentists! They also don’t BS you and tell you whats going on in your mouth from the start lol. It’s also clean and the wait time isn’t long either. Best dental place ever!

Fantastic experience: The Dental Care Center is a wonderful dental office that I look forward to going to. From the front desk staff to the Dentists, Hygienists, and Dental Assistants; everyone is exceptional, friendly, they give you the best deals and have so much experience. It's such a great place Dental office that I even recommended my parents to go, as I recommend everyone to check them out!

Negative experience: I went in for my first dental visit and was hoping for a supportive, respectful experience. While the hygienist was polite and professional, the dentist I saw was condescending and dismissive throughout the appointment. I clearly expressed that I was not interested in cosmetic procedures, but was open to orthodontic treatment for my bottom teeth, which have been out of alignment since a childhood injury. Despite this, the only pre-treatment estimates submitted to insurance were for cosmetic work I specifically declined—not for the braces I actually asked about. To make matters worse, when I requested a copy of my records to get a second opinion, I was told I would need to pay $25 to have my digital x-rays emailed, which conflicts with HIPAA’s patient access guidelines unless they can justify the cost. I found this troubling and unnecessary. Because of the dentist’s attitude and the lack of transparency in how my treatment plan was handled, I’ve cancelled all future appointments and taken my care elsewhere. I wouldn’t recommend this office based on how I was treated or how they handled my requests.

Fantastic experience: Excellent, caring, prompt and friendly staff with skilled doctors! Great communication. I had an extraction AND implant. The doctor was excellent and kept me informed through the procedure. I am a new patient and I highly recommend The Dental Care Center for all your dental needs.

Negative experience: The people at this office are sweet, but I unfortunately had a series of poor experiences at this place. They were often running late and I got stuck in this office for 1-2 hours on multiple occasions where the appointment should have taken 30 minutes max. They overcharged me multiple hundreds of dollars on my nightguard and I had to contact my insurance to make sure the price I was charged was correct. It was only then that my insurance had to contact them about it and I got the refund. They stuck me with a dental hygienist that gave me the most painful dental cleaning experience I've ever had (and I've had at least a handful of dentists). I brush 2x a day and floss but this woman was just brutal. Unfortunately due to these many issues I am left to find a new dentist.

Positive experience: Western Dental wasted my time, and I’m so grateful, because I had a great experience with The Dental Care Center. Everyone was lovely and accommodating, and I will definitely be coming back. Edit: Although my hygienist praised me on keeping clean and healthy teeth and gums, a dentist here then said I should get braces because if they couldn’t keep my teeth clean then neither could I. Made me feel lied to by one of them, and I didn’t appreciate the lack of faith. When I went in for a consultation for braces, I was early, and they still had me waiting almost 20 minutes past my appointment time. I had to cancel or I would be very late to work. Also, someone booked me for a three month cleaning, which meant I paid extra. It was sneaky and unappreciated. Otherwise, everyone is very kind.

Fantastic experience: First time client, my impressions of the place was that the staff was very welcoming, professional and friendly, already have upcoming appointments that I look forward to going to because I feel I am in good hands.

Fantastic experience: I have been coming to this office for 15 years . Jeff the dental hygienist does an excellent job and has a soft hand, I barely feel any sensation while he cleaned my teeth. Reina is awesome and does an excellent job taking X-ray and deserves a raise. Dr Peter is nice and does great care.

Fantastic experience: I have been coming to the Dental Care Center for 17 years. I left for a year or so to find an office closer to my house. But I returned because the staff are great, the hygienists are superior. Olga is my hygienist and has been incredible.

What a great office: kind, friendly and helpful staff, really personable dentist, Dr. Peter Suh who is clearly very knowledgeable and will make you feel comfortable. They enforce mask wearing, which I really appreciate. They play great music (Tina Turner while I was in the chair), and the doc's assistants were so accommodating. Don't be put off by shopping center location!

I’ve had two fillings done, a cleaning, and my wisdom teeth extracted. Every single person is helpful and nice and they communicate with me on next steps. I’ve been able to get so much done in such a short amount of time. Extremely happy that I started coming to this office.

Fantastic experience: I t was a pleasant experience to be able to go back to see Dr. Peter and Jeff for the care of my dental needs. Like always everybody in the office were very friendly and caring of my smile. They keep the place up to date and are very careful in following protocol about covid. Thank you for all you do.

Negative experience: They will overcharge you and your insurance. Dr Peter will never do your filling. Oh nooo you need a crown… Cavity fillings dont make a lot of money for the Buisness and take a lot of time. Also EVERYBODY needs a night guard (a little extra income for Dr Peter buisness) Dr Peter you are trying too hard to make many 5 star reviews from accounts that have only 1-2 reviews aka fake accounts . Slow down please you not that great.

Fantastic experience: Had a great first experience! I always have anxiety and get nervous when it comes to the dentist. But this was a very pleasant experience! Blanca was so nice and she check in on me throughout the whole appointment to make sure I was okay. It was a pleasure to meet Dr.Choi, he was very caring, kind and so professional. As he examined my teeth he commented and educated me in everything he was observing. 10/10 RECOMMEND!

Fantastic experience: I absolutely hate going to the dentist so much so that my mouth was a mess when I first walked in the doors of The Dental Care Center 4 years ago, since the I have had to 2 teeth extracted and gum flap surgery on all 4 quadrants (horribly painful) and through it all the entire staff and Doctors have been fabulous, kind, gentle and have an overall genuine concern for me and my dental health, I have referred co-workers and friends to this dental center, Jeff is a very nice and gentle Hygienist and Jessica is never too busy to explain in details your treatment or your bill, I surprisingly actually look forward to going to the dentist now,, honestly can not say enough wonderful things about the dental care center 5 stars in my book.

Negative experience: Some of the front desk staff is rude.They were not willing to do any procedures that my insurance covered until I complete the high cost procedures that my insurance does not cover. They don't care about your dental health they are just money hungry so screw this place

Fantastic experience: Honestly, going to the dentist has always freaked me out! However, the Dental Care Center has totally changed the game for me! They have really awesome and helpful staff, really nice & considerate dentists, and really gentle & awesome hygienists! I’m telling you, they’re really great! They’re always checking up on you if you feel any pain and always provide more numbing if you need it. They really do take care of your pearly whites and you don’t feel any pain! I would totally recommend :)

Fantastic experience: I've been going to this Doctors dentist office for over 30 years the staff is family I've grown with them they've seen my teeth age and turn into wisdom they are my extended sisters and brothers Lin is my personal high genest and she is Always up fright and very direct if I need to improve the staff is always been accessible and the doctors are carrying state-of-the-art technology highly sterile sophisticated environment taking extra protocol and precautions under the crazy pandemic restrictions put in place extra precaution and safety measures always make me feel safe I'm here every 3 months like clockwork as you should be for your cleaning you only get one set of teeth you better take care of them..PJ

I explained this before my first visit and they could not have been more understanding and accommodating. I am almost finished with all of the delayed work needed and could not be happier! I will be a good girl moving forward and have my teeth cleaned every 6 months and annual exams at the Dental Care Center!!

Fantastic experience: I am one of those people who hate going to the dentist and found this place around the corner where I live. I first made my appointment and was terrified since I have bad anxiety, but the staff there is freaking amazing! And they made me feel so welcomed, comfortable and relaxed, they are a very friendly staff. I hadn’t been to the dentist is quite a while due to not having insurance for a while and knew that I would for sure need to have lots of stuff done. I think I was there pretty much every week in December 2020 and part of January 2021 but I actually looked forward to my procedures, it felt like a family there and I looked forward to everyone’s smiling faces and positive welcoming energy. My procedures were great! The dentist communicated with me the entire time to make sure I was ok and comfortable. The assistants are absolutely amazing, they have made me feel comfortable and we chat while I wait for any procedures I am getting done. I cannot recommend this place enough! Very happy with this place and look forward to seeing everyone here as I feel like I am part of a family.

Fantastic experience: I went in for a cleaning and to see the doctor because a crown came out. I was hoping he could just re-glue it back in. He did and did not charge me! Wow. I am so grateful to him for what he did. I am still paying on the $10,000.00 bridge he put in 2 years ago and am financially exhausted. Dr. Peter is a compassionate man and he cut me a break. Thank you Doctor!

Fantastic experience: Love his place. I have been to several dental offices and I can honestly say I have had the best experience for the last 4 years now. Check in is fast and immediate. Ladies at the front counter are helpful and inviting. Cleanings have been amazing since day one. Had a root canal done during my very first visit and for me it was painless (maybe it was just me). Highly recommend everyone to choose The Dental Care Center. Ample parking so no need to be fighting for spots.
