Fantastic experience: In my opinion, you will not find a better Dentist or dental staff anywhere in the Hernando County area! They have always done their very best to make me feel comfortable, not matter what work needed to be done. I highly recommend using them for your dental work.

Negative experience: They told me I needed a bunch of work on my teeth that I didn’t need at the time.

Fantastic experience: I had to have an extraction, I was apprehensive but they made me feel very at ease. They were very straight forward and explained my options very well. Then a few weeks later I went in for my exam and then a cleaning. Everyone I worked with was amazing. And the receptionist with her big smile is always very welcoming and great at explaining your bill. Thanks Heinecke Family Dental

Fantastic experience: From making my first appointment to having my x-rays taken to having my teeth cleaned, Heinecke Family Dentistry has been a great experience. I was in need of my routine cleaning and had a few teeth needing "deep" cleaning. From the moment I sat in the chair I was feeling I had made an excellent choice with Heinecke Family Dentistry. My dental technician, Michelle, explained exactly what needed to be done and answered all of my questions (and fears) with confidence and reassurance that made my visit a very good experience . My appointment was practically painless with only slight discomfort with the "deep cleaning" but nothing like I have experienced with many other dental offices over the past 75 years. Before leaving this office I have gone ahead and scheduled my next three cleanings with Michelle in advance.

Fantastic experience: Best visit I’ve ever had at a dentist. First visit here. Great experience from the receptionist getting me an appointment within 3 days of initial call, to the dental assistant who prepped me and kept me calm, to the dentist explaining why I had a sore tooth and giving me a choice of treatment, to the actual procedure. Procedure was done immediately without having to return, a big plus for someone like me with a fear of dental work, and last but not least, a very reasonable cost for someone without dental insurance.. I’d recommend these folks to anyone who needs a dentist.

However, the dentist & technical staff, don’t look at just one tooth but the whole mouth. Teeth and gums are examined throughly. They showed concern and sympathy and although they were fully booked, they had a cancelation and called me right back and were able to see me and take care of the issue. Fantastic experience: I had broken off part of my tooth 4 days ago while eating a sandwich. I called Dr. Heinecke and got an appointment for today to be seen. I was afraid the tooth would have to be pulled and that bothered me. Dr. Heinecke was able to save the tooth by adding a filling into the toot h. He really did a great job for me and took a load off my mind today by saving my tooth. I also want to mention his assistant Leidy as she did a wonderful of preparing me and talking with me about the procedure. She is a very warm and friendly person which I really appreciated a lot. Even Rebecca came into the room to see me and ask how I was doing. I was very impressed today here at Heinecke Dental !!

Fantastic experience: I knew as I walked into Dr Heinecke DDS Brooksville office that it was a safe & most comfortable place. It’s a Dental office with a Staff I’ve always been most comfortable with. If you go there once you will keep going back!!! I had an Increased problem this visit with the necessary exam of my bottom teeth, but the Dental Staff were wonderfully patient with me. They were warm and gentle with me. There’s a professional with a very family atmosphere in this office. They are excellent at what they do and take the time to make you comfortable. Due to the long illness and death of my husband I was way past due for this appointment. For some reason my deep loss and sorrow surfaced right in the Dental chair and I began to weep like I never did in public. They were so understanding and very supportive. I couldn’t ever imagine myself going to any other place for my dental care.
