Fantastic experience: Dr. Mike and his office staff is the best! If you need dental work, this place is the place to go. The equipment is modern, it's conveniently located, there is plenty of parking and the staff is super friendly and knowledgable. I have a crazy schedule and they are super flexible and accomodating. Never feel rushed or intimidated. I recommend this place highly!

Fantastic experience: If you’re AFRAID of the DENTIST like I am,Pinehurst & Dr. Lee is your answer! Dr. Lee has amazing bedside manner! Jokes around and really puts your anxiety at ease. Staff also really helps calm your nerves. Office resembles more of a house type setting. Really nice! If I could give a 10 star review I would! Dr. Lee is the BEST dentist anywhere!

Fantastic experience: Everyone at Pinehurst Dental Arts is friendly, courteous, patient, helpful, and understanding. The dental assistants and hygienists are always concerned with your needs. They are always asking if you are uncomfortable or in pain during the procedures. They are very precise and meticulous during the procedures. The office and exam rooms are very clean and well-maintained. The waiting room is very comfortable and nicely decorated. I am very pleased and lucky to have found Pinehurst Dental Arts for all of my dental needs.

Fantastic experience: They are local, convenient, friendly and professional. The office staff are warm and friendly. My dental hygienist, Trish, is the absolute best. The dental appliances and x-ray equipment are state of the art. This most recent visit was a scheduled routine inspection and cleaning. I was seen at my appointed time. Trish once again was very thorough about reviewing and updating my medications before painlessly cleaning and polishing my choppers. I look forward to my cleanings. Did I mention that Trish is the best.

Fantastic experience: Excellent. I had an implant done yesterday.. went very well. I flew in from Florida to get the work done. Mary came in on her day off Saturday) to do an impression. Dr. Lee as always was great. Always great treatment, prompt, courteous service from the front desk , hygienist, assistants & biller. I wish I could get the same service from Airlines .. lol.

Fantastic experience: I got my x-rays, and teeth cleaning yesterday. Of course, I had my favorite hygienist, Lynn taking care of me. Who can ask for anything more?

Fantastic experience: We had a minor mishap with a temporary crown popping off. My husband forgot he was not to floss near the temporary crown. Alicia and Karen at the front desk are amazing. They squeezed him in the day I called.

Fantastic experience: I love the way all of my procedures have been virtually painless!!! Dr Lee has a wonderful bedside manner that puts your mind to rest. His explanations of what he will be doing are very reassuring. The attention to detail and genuine concern are what keep me coming back. I have upmost confidence in Dr. Lee and his amazing staff; and that is why I will always be going to Pinehurst Dental.

Negative experience: It’s incredibly disappointing that my experience with Pinehurst was nothing like what others described. I’m genuinely upset about how my visit was handled. I came in for a consultation on cosmetic dentistry, but instead spent the appointment taking numerous photos and speaking with a doctor who seemed rushed and gave unclear, circular answers. I left feeling more confused than when I arrived. I called immediately afterward to discuss my concerns, only to later be billed for services I neither requested nor understood. When I reached out about the charge, Ashley showed no empathy and simply responded, “we never get complaints,” which was both dismissive and frustrating. To make matters worse, I am now being contacted by a debt collector over a $200 charge. As someone who actively supports and promotes New Jersey businesses, this experience has been extremely disappointing. Unfortunately, I cannot recommend Pinehurst based on how this was handled. You came highly recommended, but completely let me down.

Fantastic experience: Dr. Lee, Alicia, and all colleagues at Pinehurst are wonderful. Professional, friendly, and offices are quite modern and comfortable. Dr. Lee also has an office in NYC so the convenience of both is a big plus. Highly recommend this practice.

When you walk in the door and are greeted by the welcoming committee, you're treated like family, and then everyone else, from Laura to Mary to Joanie, who's the best hygienist are so wonderful and nice. Then to top it off there's Dr. Michael Lee and when done with him , one realizes that you're in good hands. Pinehurst Dental is terrific !!!! So happy that I now have my new tooth.

Fantastic experience: I was able to get an appointment quickly, and the team was both friendly and efficient. Based on this experience, I've decided to make Pinehurst Dental my primary dental provider.

Fantastic experience: Dr. Kanthan was amazing! She had to remove and replace a filling my old dentist did last year that was all messed up. It was sharp, chipping, cutting my tongue, and had so much sensitivity. I opted to not get numb. She informed me what was going on the entire time, offered to numb me again if I changed my mind, and did an amazing job. The assistant Colleen was also wonderful. She was on top of everything and unlike my last experience I didn’t leave completely soaked. The level of professionalism from them both was top notch.

Fantastic experience: I called for an emergency visit for my grandmother , I called many offices before everyone was so short and mean. I called Ashley and she was so friendly , sweet and seemed like she really cared. She went above and beyond for us before we even got there , and helped my grandparents with the forms. Now they are there and they were unable to help for this particular situation but they helped my grandmother find someone else , and called to make Sure they would see her. The level Of kindness and care they shown was astounding and deserves to be recognized! 10000% class-act!

Fantastic experience: Even though I was dreading having a tooth extracted , Dr Lee, as always, was The Best! He told me the procedure was about 1 hour. He was wrong - walked out in 35 minutes. Fantastic experience: The Best!! This is the best dental practice I have ever gone to. I was referred to this practice about 15 years ago by a friend who was a retired dental hygienist and who said this was top notch. Everyone is warm, caring and friendly. My teeth look and feel great! Trish is a wonderful hygienist that truly cares about the health of my teeth. From front desk to dental chair everyone is awesome! Always 5 Stars!! If more were available I would choose the highest score! Yesterday I had my regular cleaning and Joanie was the hygienist filling in for Trish...Joanie was also amazing and very much like Trish. I can understand why they work so well together. Everyone is absolutely top notch at Pinehurst Dental Arts!

Positive experience: Everybody was knowledgeable and experienced. The cleaning was extremely thorough. The doctor was very generous with her time and consultative. Front office was very efficient and friendly.

Fantastic experience: My experience at Pinehurst Dental is extremely positive. I go several times a year for periodontal maintenance cleanings. The dental hygienists who perform this procedure, Tricia and Mary, are very skilled and also make me most comfortable while the cleaning is going on. They are also very pleasant people. Dr Lee is fabulous and has done many complicated dental/surgical procedures on my teeth and gums. He is very skilled and like the hygienists, minimizes discomfort as much as possible. I have excellent oral health due to the care that I receive at Pinehurst Dental. Additionally, every one is very kind and courteous and make going to the dentist a pleasant experience. The office is also very clean and state of the art.

Fantastic experience: Pinehurst Dental Arts is my go-to place for everything dental care. The staff is friendly and professional. The quality of care is exceptional. I wouldn’t recommend anyone else.

Fantastic experience: First visit for broken molar, called at 745am they told me to come in by 930. They are: Patient, understanding, listened to my concerns and made me feel comfortable in a stressful situation. Extremely patient with my bad gag reflex. Their receptionist and Dental hygienists are top notch. Dr Lee was fantastic, made it like no big deal. Putting in a crown Monday, put me at ease with his great "bedside" manner. I can't thank them enough for patching me up and making me feel better. Addendum: had my molar fitted for temp crown. I felt nothing and the day after, Advil type annoyance of pain. I am ecstatic and so happy. Next Tuesday I'll have my permanent crown put in. They made the whole process quite painless. Very happy. Once again great staff and great experience for me the giant chicken. Final Crown put in and they made sure I was happy beyond belief. It fits perfectly. Dr Lee and Staff were outstanding. Another addendum 8 months later I started having pain. I thought the crown they put in came loose. They fit me in the next morning. They checked it and it was fine. Turns out my pain was being caused by another molar that cracked. They took very good care of me once again. Put in a temp crown and I'm awaiting the final. Very little pain compared to when I walked in. I'd highly recommend them to anyone who is looking for a outstanding dental practice.

Fantastic experience: Love this practice. The hygienists are so knowledgeable and THOROUGH. Dr. Lee is the most talented dentist I’ve ever encountered. Aside from the treatment he’s done for me, he did incredible work on my sister in law after a previous doctor did poor treatment that failed and caused a massive infection. I’d give 10 stars if I could.
