The previous orthodontist completely messed up my son’s teeth and bite. This left us stressed and beyond frustrated. She is, hands down, one of the best doctors I’ve ever encountered in any field. The staff is incredibly warm and welcoming from the moment you walk in, and they are wonderful with kids - just like Dr. Hsieh, who is nothing short of an angel on earth. Her patience, knowledge, kindness, humor, gentle touch, and sensitivity are truly unparalleled. We are in complete awe of her and this entire office. On her website, Dr. Hsieh says she treats her staff and patients like family and that couldn’t be more true. She cared for my child, who was having a difficult time, with the most loving and thoughtful approach I have ever witnessed in a medical setting. She explained everything step by step, offered choices so my child felt more in control, and worked efficiently and seamlessly. She is magic. In addition to her extraordinary bedside manner, she is incredibly intelligent and knowledgeable. It’s clear she always prioritizes what is truly best for the patient, recommending only what is necessary rather than what is most costly. It can be difficult to find a doctor who deeply understands anxious or neurodivergent children and knows how to work with them, but Dr. Hsieh could teach classes on it. She helped my child overcome her hesitations with such incredible care and thoughtfulness, even going above and beyond to create solutions and appliances that made my child more comfortable. Not only did these solutions make my child happy, they worked beautifully and resolved the issue within weeks. My daughter constantly talks about how she has never met a kinder doctor. I only wish I could go back and have my own childhood orthodontic care done by Dr. Hsieh. She is an absolute gem. If you want the very best, look no further.

Fantastic experience: My daughter had a huge overbite, gap in between her front teeth and twisted teeth now after less then 2 years it’s fixed. We are both very thankful for how kind and welcoming they have been!

Fantastic experience: For the last 2 years I have had the absolute pleasure of being a patient of Dr. Hsieh. Being 25 years old, at the time and pushing off braces for the better part of 10 years, I was anxious to say the least to start on the path of braces. My teeth had gotten to the point of no return and it was time to act on it. I’m so glad I decided to go with the central Jersey orthodontics team. They are the most impressive, helpful, communicative and nicest medical professionals I’ve ever worked with. From the administrative staff, to billing to all the fantastic assistants and Dr. Hsieh herself everyone was a pleasure to work with and never left me anxious, uncomfortable or questioning any step of the process. They even worked through 2 dental surgeries that I underwent while having braces. On top of all of this the communication was superior to any other office in any medical field I’ve been too. The scheduling staff was always available and worked around my very hectic work schedule. I can’t express enough, as an adult, how easy the team at central Jersey orthodontics made having braces be. Although I am thrilled to have them removed I will miss my frequent check ups and seeing the team.

Fantastic experience: We had the most amazing experience here. We were on holiday from Europe and one of my son's brackets fell out. We looked for the nearest orthodontist and just stopped by to ask if they could help. He was taken care of imme. They looked after him in the most friendly and professional way possible. The lovely doctor couldn't replace the bracket because the systems they have are different but she adjusted around it to make it comfortable. Free of charge as well. We were in and out in about 15 minutes. Thank you very much for saving our holiday! The 5 star reviews are absolutely true!

Fantastic experience: Our family came to Central Jersey Orthodontics after seeing a terrible orthodontist in another town. We learned more in the first five minutes with Dr. Hsieh and Tanya than we did in five months in the other place. Their kindness, gentleness, & attention to detail brought me to tears on our first visit. Our four children (aged 8-14) all saw her, and their staff worked hard to make it affordable for our family. Even though our insurance was not accepted there, we were happy to be under their care because we could completely trust her and her team with excellent care in every way. The stress & anxiety our kids (and I) suffered from the first office quickly disappeared under Dr. Hsieh. They were truly an answer to prayer and the most friendly and most caring medical team we had in our four years in Monmouth County New Jersey. We're extremely grateful to have been under their care, where they treated our children like their own. She is incredibly knowledgeable and interesting but still relatable to kids! From the minute we walked thru the door entire staff was incredible with my son who has severe anxiety at the dentist. However He excelled at CJO today and I can’t be more grateful. The doctor and staff made my son feel like he was the most important patient and even brought out dogs for extra comfort. Fantastic experience: Dr. Hsieh and her team truly transformed my dental health and overall well-being. As a bit of backstory, I walked into Central Jersey Orthodontics out of curiosity, wondering if I could be a candidate for braces at 29 years old. I wasn’t sure what my options were, but from the very beginning, Dr. Hsieh stood out as one of the few doctors who genuinely cared about my treatment and well-being. What I learned was I had impacted wisdom teeth and needed to create space in my mouth to prevent crowding. Dr. Hsieh recommended an orthodontic treatment plan that would not only correct my bite but also address underlying issues I hadn’t even realized were connected. What I didn’t expect was how this treatment would significantly alleviate the migraines I had been experiencing for years. Throughout this process, Dr. Hsieh referred me to Shoreland Dental, where I was treated with great care by Dr. David Azenheimer. He, in turn, referred me to CJOMS for wisdom teeth removal. Dr. Azenheimer also identified cavities developing in my second molars due to the wisdom teeth impaction and treated them with fillings. All of this was coordinated seamlessly with the start of my orthodontic treatment at Central Jersey Orthodontics. Dr. Hsieh stayed in the loop every step of the way, offering guidance and ensuring everything went smoothly. The results speak for themselves. I am now pain-free, my bite is corrected, and my teeth are beautifully aligned. Beyond aesthetics, this has provided me with a sustainable solution for my dental health and hygiene that will benefit me for the rest of my life. I’m incredibly grateful for this journey and can’t imagine where I’d be had I not walked into Dr. Hsieh’s office. I wholeheartedly recommend her practice for patients of all ages. She is so detailed in her explanation and clearly loves her profession. I call on physicians for my job and I have never met such a smart, caring, articulate doctor. She took so much time with me despite knowing that I have 2 children in college and have a hard time justifying money spent on myself. I am also 55 and I have lived with my teeth like this so far so I think I can go forward but not without writing how exceptional Dr. Hsieh is and if I had to redo my children’s braces years, I would 100% go here. Fantastic experience: I got my braces put on almost 4 years ago at another orthodontist. My old ortho said it would only take a year and a half, but obviously not. I moved to Jersey recently and my dentist recommended Dr. Hsieh because of her education. Dr. Hsieh told me it would take one more year before I got them off, which I didn't mind, but she finished in 9 months!! All the staff members are angels they're so kind and make you feel at home. It's definitely a judgment-free kind of place . Another thing, when she removed my braces, my teeth were extremely sensitive. Dr. Hsieh took her time to make sure I wasn't in pain, and she was as gentle as she could be. They even give you a gift when you get your braces off ☺️. I loved this place, once again they are so patient ! Thank you so much for my beautiful smile!!

Fantastic experience: Before I called to make an appointment for a consultation, I did some research and spoke with other moms about their experiences with different orthodontists in our area. I brought my daughter here and they took pictures and x-rays and really took the time to explain everything we were seeing. At the end of the day, Dr Hsieh said no braces needed at this point and she even explained some other issues specific to Asian jaw growth. I was so impressed with all of the staff and with Dr Hsieh. She has impeccable credentials and knowledgeable on recent research and treatments. I found her to be incredibly trustworthy. The office was clean and had all the new technology. If my daughter did need braces, I would absolutely bring her to this practice 100%. Thank you!

Fantastic experience: We heavily researched which Orthodontist to choose for our 3 children. Dr. Hsieh was hands down the best choice for us. Not only does she have the most impeccable education in orthodontics, but she runs a perfect well oiled machine as a practice. She’s up on the latest and most advanced dental technology and techniques. Her interest was getting the best possible Long term results for us —in the shortest amount of time, which is so important when you have teenagers in braces. Two of our 3 kids needed braces and she fostered them through the whole process. The staff is phenomenal …. Courteous, organized, knowledgeable and flawless! Really there is no other choice if you’re looking for the top notch orthodontist. I would recommend Dr H and CJO practice to ANY parent or individual looking for orthodontics. 5 stars all the way!

Fantastic experience: As an Adult getting braces in his forties it can be a scary decision. The staff made every single visit incredibly comfortable and pleasant! The attention to detail from checking in to accountability (bands) is top notch! Dr. Sirena Hsieh has an up beat personality that radiates through the office! Her attention to detail to make your teeth look perfect is well worth the wait. The day my braces came off the difference was night and day. Fantastic experience: Our 2 daughters have been patients of Dr. Hsieh and her office for several years. We were referred here by our dentist because of problems with our older daughter. Dr.Hsieh and her office were able to fix everything so now there's no medical necessity in braces for her. With our younger daughter everything looked fine from dentist perspective, however we did an annual check up with Dr. Hsieh and I am so glad we did. We found out that we need to remove one of the molars in order for her other teeth to grow normally. We would never find out about it ahead of time and it would be a disaster in a few years. Not only Dr. Hsieh is very professional, she is very sweet, she explains all the procedures very clearly, she doesn't sell you on unnecessary extras and kids absolutely love her. Her office totally matches Dr.Hsieh's personality, all the ladies there are very professional, nice and sweet, very polite, always on top of the appointments. I cannot recommend this office enough for your kids. I am so happy we found this amazing doctor!

Fantastic experience: We have been seeing Dr. Hseih and her amazing team for a year now. Every time we come in everyone is always super nice and helpful. My daughter needed braces at a young age and the whole staff from the front desk to the x-rays to the dental assistants made her feel safe and walked through every step of what they were doing before they would do anything. The staff and Dr. Hseih are informative and take their time explaining everything and answering questions not only that myself as a parent may have, but most importantly, my child who is actually having the actual work done. If I could give this office more stars, I absolutely would.

Fantastic experience: If I could give 10 stars I would because Dr. Serena Hsieh and her staff deserve everyone of those stars. We went to a different orthodontist first and I just wasn't loving it there. A few people told me about Central Orthodontics so I brought my son. Well from calling on the phone to going in for his first appointment I knew this is where my son had to be. The staff is so friendly and kind then we met Dr. Serena and let me tell you she was friendly and thorough explained everything from now and what could be in the future so there is no surprises. He just had his pallet expander put in and a few hours later the nurse called to see how he was feeling. You can have a great doctor but they can have horrible staff so the fact that Dr. Serena Hsieh is amazing and her staff is amazing I am so comfortable with my son in their hands. If you want your child in good hands and want someone you can trust I would recommend this office a million times over. Especially every parent only wants the best for their children especially when it will be their future smile Thank you Dr. Serena Hsieh And her Staff!

Fantastic experience: There are so many reasons why I would highly recommend Dr. Hsieh and her office! I can start by saying I called their office looking to fix an ortho situation that went wrong elsewhere and was looking for answers urgently. The staff was extremely kind to me when I called! They listened to the concerns I had, talked with the doctor immediately, and were kind enough to fit me in ASAP. I was distressed from the issue I was asking Dr. Hsieh to fix, and she immediately put me at ease. She was welcoming, calming, patient, and of course, extremely knowledgeable. She took more time than she needed to take with me. She thoroughly explained how to fix my issues, the treatment plan, and made me feel comfortable and cared for. I went into her office crying tears of sadness, and she fixed me so perfectly that I left crying tears of joy. I could say so much more but really, the gist is that everyone at this office loves what they do and are the best at it! There's no better combination then that in a doctor and their staff.

From the moment she became my daughters orthodontist, she has shown us professionalism, attentiveness, expertise in her field, tenderness, positivity, honesty, & tremendous dedication from beginning to end. It’s been years after my daughters braces were taken off & her underbite was corrected. But as my daughter has grown into adulthood, & another issue developed, even though she’s going to college in Florida, Dr. Hsieh has gone out of her way to offer good recommendations so she will continue to receive excellent care & service..even if it’s not with her. You will be hard pressed to find an orthodontist with of her caliber & true dedication to her patients. I cannot recommend her and her incredible staff enough.

Fantastic experience: I am a Sr.Citizen that had a problem on a permanent brace on my lower front teeth that needed an adjustment. Dr. Sirena Hsieh saw me the same day I called for an appointment and spent time to review my options and corrected the problem with ease. Fantastic experience: I cannot say enough about Dr. Hsieh, the amazing staff and the care we are receiving. My oldest was incredibly fearful for the braces process and the palate expander was an unexpected addition. She now feels a kind of partnership with Dr. Hsieh- she trusts her completely and feels completely cared for. It is unbelievable. Now my youngest may need braces. She also was fearful- even of the x-rays. We left with both girls begging me to ask the x-ray tech to babysit one day soon!!!! The care itself is impeccable and the approach of humanity and connection this office offers is outstanding. I am so so grateful and cannot say enough about this practice. Fantastic experience: We had a list of orthodontists that we were meeting for a consult when we knew our son needed braces 3 years ago. Dr. Hsieh was our 2nd appointment. She immediately won us over with her warm smile and welcoming demeanor. She explained everything and has always had a great repor with my son and speaks to her young patients with such respect and consideration. She goes out of her way to make sure the patient is always at ease and feels comfortable sharing any concerns that he/she may have. Her staff is also the most accommodating group of people who always go out of their way to make scheduling simple. Her staff of technicians and hygienists are kind, patient and truly care about their patients. I cannot say enough great things about this practice. If you are weighing your options or shopping around for the best orthodontist for your child, you could not find a better doctor than Dr. Hsieh! She truly loves what she does and her enthusiasm and warmth come through in each interaction she has with you!

Fantastic experience: Dr. Hsieh Is the best ORTHO in MONMOUTH COUNTY hands down. She is very thorough, very educated, one of the sweetest person you will meet. She is very patient, and had an excellent team who ALL work together and THE whole office knows what they’re doing. It took me a year and a half before I made my decision, and I chose DR. Hsieh. I had my braces on for 2 yrs and recently just got them off. Dr. Hsieh and her team did such an excellent job I could not believe that they were my real teeth. It’s changes your facial structure somewhat for the best and your smile and teeth will be out of this world. I could not believe the transformation in my teeth. During my consultations with four different orthos she was the only one who mentioned And added the cost of retainers into your cost of the entire plan. No other ortho that i seen ever mentioned anything about retainers and they are actually the most important part of your treatment bc they are worn for a lifetime. I referred my sister and she started her treatment literally a month after. The office is so cute and ALWAYS clean.I found my lifetime ortho for everybody I know.Central JERSEY Ortho TEAM yall the best and don’t let anybody tell y’all different. I was left with rarely any questions every visit bc they explained literally EVERYTHING!!!!

Fantastic experience: Dr. Hsieh has quickly become a trusted expert for straightening my teeth as an adult. Previously, I had been treated with Invisalign by a different doctor. Despite two years of treatment, this other doctor left me with disastrous results. I decided to go in a different direction and went to Dr. Hsieh. After being skeptical of my last doctor, Dr. Hsieh immediately made me feel comfortable and I quickly trusted her. I was impressed by her credentials (Princeton, Harvard) and her quick diagnosis of my issue and her proposed solution. She is passionate about treating her patients and takes extra time to explain exactly what the issue is and what the treatment to fix will be. I have started my journey with Dr. Hsieh and I am confident she will deliver the perfect teeth I have been aiming for.

Fantastic experience: I cannot put into words how amazing CJO is! Dr. Hsieh is seriously the best orthodontist. As an adult getting Invisalign (after having braces as a child and not wearing my retainer), I was incredibly nervous and slightly embarrassed to be going to an orthodontist, however, Dr. Hsieh and her staff were incredibly professional, warm and inviting. Dr. Hsieh made sure to go into detail about the entire process of Invisalign and my specifically my needs before we started my treatment to ensure I understood everything that would be going on. At each appointment, she would explain everything that she was doing that day, which is very reassuring. Before treatment, my teeth were very crowded and I had quite the overbite (I couldn’t even close my mouth). Now, my teeth are perfectly straight and actually in my mouth, I can’t explain how happy I am with the results. I would highly recommend CJO to anyone (adult or for your child). Dr. Hsieh and her staff are phenomenal!!

Fantastic experience: We had a great experience with Dr. Hseih. She explains thoroughly explains our daughters x-rays on a monitor. We were able to see exactly what was going on with her teeth and options on how to take care of them. Dr. Hseih is very knowledgeable about teeth, the structures of the bones around the teeth and the projected growth of the teeth. She answered all of our questions and involved our daughter in the questioning process. The office staff is very nice and accommodating. Highly recommend!

Fantastic experience: Amazing experience! After speaking with my child's pediatric dentist I was hoping for another opinion. I was referred to Dr. Hsieh's office by a friend in the dental field and they were all AMAZING. All off her staff (especially Tory ) explained everything to my 5year old daughter prior to doing any X-rays and calmed her nerves dramatically. I am so impressed with this office! Fantastic experience: We were recommended by friends to go for a consultation with Dr. Hsieh. My mother is an oral surgeon and she came with me to the consultation. Both of us were floored by the amount of time that Dr Hsieh spent explaining every detail in my children's x-rays and why she believed certain methods would or would not be needed in due time. When we left her office my mother said to me that she would whole heartedly recommend Dr. Hsieh's practice to any of her patients seeking an orthodontist, and I couldn't agree more!

Fantastic experience: Best orthodontist around! My daughter just finished her second set of braces and was having issues with her retainer. They had her come in on their no patient day with in 20 minutes of me calling and spend a good amount of time to help her! No rushing and they answered all our questions thoroughly no matter how silly! All the staff is so amazing and thorough.

Fantastic experience: Dr. Hsieh and all of the staff at Central Jersey Orthodontics are nothing short of amazing! I’ve never waited more than 5 minutes for my daughter to be taken back for her appointment. Dr. Hsieh explains everything to the kids in a way that makes them comfortable and asks their permission before using any new instruments or objects that may appear scary. My daughter can be shy and gets nervous easily but she’s always 100% comfortable here. I recommend Dr. Hsieh to anyone in need of orthodontics!
