Fantastic experience: Dr Tallio and oral hygienist Amber took care of me today. Amber put me at ease and was very gentle and professional. It was the first time meeting Dr Tallio and I liked her.very much. I highly recommend Grand Smiles.

Fantastic experience: Dr.Tallio is the most knowledgeable, professional and polite person working in this industry. She accepted me as a new patient, a few months ago, and with a few visits fixed the worst dental treatments i received from Family Dental of EHT. She made my teeth to look great and healthy. Every visit was a pleasure to be there, no overbooked schedule. She takes care for every detail when she works on the patient, and for me was very impressive that She is making me feel comfortable and relaxed when she works. Dr.Tallio is donating her time to do humanitarian dental work all over the world, specially in country's with financial crisis. I wish I knew Dr.Tallio long time ago. I'm strongly recommend Dr.Tallio for everyone who wants to have a great smile to visit Dr.Tallio

Fantastic experience: I don’t know what I would do if it wasn’t for this office, I have been to dentists and NEVER stuck with anyone as long as as this office! They make you feel so comfortable! My whole family goes here, we all love them… who loves the dentist? True story, Dr. Tallio did a root canal on me years ago, and I FELL ASLEEP! During a root canal!!!! And she let me sleep. Dr. Paparone straight fixed my mouth! I am so appreciative! And Amber, the best hygienist EVER, keeps me healthy! Run, don’t think twice, RUN to this dentist! 10 Stars! Highly recommend!!!!

Fantastic experience: 3/10/26. Today I had a teeth cleaning with Amber, who I always have an appointment with. She is pleasant & puts you right at ease. She does a thorough exam before the cleaning. She explains everything & ensures that you understand what is happening. Amber checks frequently with you to be sure you are comfortable through the whole process. And you even get a "goodie" bag to take home! You really can't go wrong making an appointment at this dental practice. 5/16/25. Today I had a maintenance appointment for teeth cleaning. Amber was out so Dr. Paparone stepped in. She did an excellent job & always checked to see if I was comfortable or needed a break. Everyone is pleasant & can’t do enough to make your visit a good experience. You can’t go wrong choosing this dentistry office for all your dental needs. Staff is very welcoming & friendly. Procedures are explained in understandable terms. Gerry always has a smile (behind the mask) & can answer all billing questions. Amber is excellent in hygiene & allays any anxiety. Dr. Paparone is professional, efficient & delivers outstanding dental care. The Dentist has never been my favorite office to visit but everyone goes out of their way to make you feel comfortable. I have been with them many years & certainly don’t regret choosing them for my dental care.

Fantastic experience: You receive a very good cleaning plus checking inside your month and check your BP. Friendly staff, up to date on all services they provide. Very clean office. I would recommend them to anyone looking for a dentist.

Fantastic experience: I have been going to Dr Talio at Grande Smiles for 25 years and have always had great experiences. The staff are all friendly, knowledgeable, and compassionate. They are very attentive to the needs of each patient and will always try to make the experience as comfortable as possible. The waiting room is very comfortable and like sitting in someone’s living room (not clinical with plastic chairs) and has a nice selection of books and some toys. The staff are very personable and always remember you from visit to visit so it’s like catching up with a friend. Amber has been my hygienist for probably 15 years and I appreciate that she works quickly and gently, gives plenty of breaks to swallow or rinse, and keeps up light conversation throughout the cleaning. When I brought my own child she had a very relaxed first visit with a ride in the chair, a look at all the tools, a quick exam, and a trip to the prize machine. She did great with her cleaning at her next visit. Cannot recommend Grande Smiles enough!

Fantastic experience: Dr. Heather Paparone is our dentist. She is excellent, knowledgeable and sincerely kind and caring. I was at several periodontists, family dentists, etc. who reamed my dental insurance and accumulative excess expenses. Dr. Paparone is top notch in giving great options that are reasonable and dental hygiene healthy. She is also my husband's dentist. My husband cannot walk and suffers end stage multiple sclerosis making standing, waiting and dental work extremely difficult. Dr. Paparone has handicapped protocols and rooms specifically for his needs. The dental hygienists, Amber, is positive and excellent at what she does as well as Tinesha front desk and Angel in billing. I am very thankful for being their patient and their support and keeping my dental health which is a challenge, healthy!

I would recommend them highly.. Was there today March, 25th.... 2 0 2 4... Everything still the same... Recommend it highly... I was just to Kelly's Dentist office. And everything is still the same.. A plus 4 grade.. Office is very clean and girls are very sweet. She's been in business for twenty five years celebrating that today. Today is August 26th 2024. Monday.. I enjoy going to the dentist there because it's close and they are very accommodating when it comes to getting you in as quickest possible for an appointment.. I continue to go to Kelly. 2025. April 14th.. The staff and everything is all the same as I've stated before... She works with you when it comes to getting something done to your teeth that might be major.. She takes insurance. She's busy and she's very thorough. I had to change Dentist a while back.. But ended up coming back to Kelly.. The other dentist was very good also. The only problem was we had to travel up the parkway to get there. In the summer time that is unheard of.. Kelly is very close to our home. She fits you in if you have an emergency. She is definitely a good dentist. The staff is friendly. I would highly recommend her if you need a dentist.. If she can't do a procedure she sends you to someone that will. Thank you very much Kelly and staff and I wish you a happy blessed easter .. I went to the dentist today. July 8th. 2025.. Everything is the same. They are very good there they are very professional... Office is clean.. The girls are nice... Kelly. And Heather are very nice... They give you a comfortable chair and if you have a room with a window you can look out and watch Birds... They have a fireplace in the waiting area.. I would highly recommend them...

Fantastic experience: I had my initial exam at this practice and was very impressed. The initial exam is very comprehensive so that they can get an accurate assessment of a new patient’s oral health. Veronica and Dr Paparone were easy to work with and explained each step of the process. I left feeling that this practice knows what they are doing and wants to provide a high standard of care and personal attention to their patients. I plan to continue with this team and would definitely recommend them.

Beautiful building, always very clean, waiting room is cozy and comfortable but I have never had to wait for more than a couple minutes for a scheduled appointment. I have been seeing Dr Paparone for years and she takes great care of her patients. Everyone in the office is pleasant, professional, knowledgeable and caring. Amber, one of their hygienists, is the best. I keep up with my dental appointments because of these providers and this office.
