I met a new doctor today named Dr Roberts unexpected visit but I was taken right away she was kind thoughtful friendly understanding it was just a nice visit it's a nice place for the community and for people from outside the community very nice.

Fantastic experience: I actually just took a friend of mine for some medical appointment. The only problem I seen is parking It's a very small parking lot otherwise you have the street park and sometimes it's hard to find a close parking spot especially during the summer

Negative experience: I made an appointment the day before they asked me for lots and lots of personal information including my sexual preference and a bunch of other stupid nonsense. What does my marital status or my sexual preference have to do with getting my tooth looked at. After all that I had to drive to the place waited to speak to the desk who told me that the dentist didn't show up. Places a joke

Fantastic experience: Dr.Morrison IS THE BEST ! I had a loose and painful tooth RIGHT IN FRONT for 1week .Went to Cape May Family Dental They wanted 660.00 up front to pull it . I only had 450.00 in account asked if I could pay balance next week . They said NO , not only that they charged me 170.00 for x-ray and exam. NEVER SAW A DENTIST. By the time I got to Complete Care I was in a lot of pain, and in tears. The staff were great, they treated me with respect and were gentle with my tooth, hooked me up with insurance. Dr. Morrison came early next am and pulled that tooth. OH WHAT A RELIEF ! SHE WAS WONDERFUL ! I would recommend Complete Care (and have) to anyone !!!

Im so happy I found Michelle and the crew in Wildwood. I also meet the podiatrist Dr Noone. He was very Nice. He knew my diagnosis right away. He was very pleasant and extremely nice. I really liked his beside manner

Negative experience: The nurses and the front desk help were awesome answered all my questions and made me feel better about my situation. The doctor I saw made me feel really uncomfortable and made me feel like I was a bother didn't really explain much to me or let me go through all my issues that I want to take care of.

The staff is great. The case manager Victor is a great asset to this practice with so much compassion he truly loves what he does.

Fantastic experience: I called last minute to be seem for an infection. CompleteCare staff made sure I could be seen. When I got there I had to check in and present my insurance information three times but I was in an exam room within 10 minutes of arrival. Margaret Moloney, APN saw me and came up with an easy to follow regiment to engage forthwith. She also prescribed a volley of drugs which was called in to Reefs before I left the building. All and all it was a good visit. Thank you one and all.

Negative experience: Waiting time over 30 minutes. Front desk lady very busy said she would call me to set up a follow-up appointment. No call yet from her, so I have been calling and leaving messages. Haven't heard from them yet, still waiting. They need more help,

Fantastic experience: Dr. Maloney is the best she takes good care of me inspires me with the weight loss since I’ve been dealing with Dr. Maloney. I was weighing 318 pounds when I first started dealing with her I’m down to 242 pounds. I’m just proud to say that Dr. Maloney is my doctor.

Negative experience: My experience at this facility was deeply disappointing due to a consistent lack of professionalism and communication. Staff would provide one piece of information only to contradict it later. Turns out I’m not the only one this happens to. I was treated by a nurse who I couldn’t even understand her accent. She made things complicated for me. For example, I arrived for a confirmed 8 a.m. appointment only to be told I needed to leave because they told me that my appointment was at 10:20 am. I have a written card by them stating that my appointment time was at 8:20am. There was no advance warning for this change, showing a clear form of disrespect for patients who have work and other commitments. I commute to work. 1 hour drive. I came back to this facility at the time she gave me 12:30pm. All for her to give me a piece of paper in which she could’ve given me earlier lol. This disorganization unfortunately extended to the care itself. Based on my treatment, I felt there was a lack of knowledge from the providers, and I was not given clear or accurate information. As a result, I lost trust in the staff and the environment. I have had negative experiences here even with women’s health gynecologist too. Attitudes, lack of knowledge, eye rolling, everything. I don’t recommend this place if you are looking to be treated by actual doctors and nurses.

The dental hygienist is the best I’ve ever been to (I feel bad I can’t think of her name) The ladies at the front desk are always welcoming and friendly. I haven’t experienced anything negative here

Negative experience: I’m so annoyed with this place . I original went there , for my top dentures and now I’m getting told I have to get fillings done that I should not need done because I already got my fillings done before I went there it’s been a year and I’m getting the run around

Would highly recommend if you're in the South Jersey Cape May county area and have any medical issues while you're on vacation.

Negative experience: Terrible absolutely terrible. I waited two months to get in for an appointment when I finally got it. They told me I didn’t have one and I was denied treatment. I tried reaching out to the office and was only able to get an answering service that said somebody would call me back only to have nobody call me back. Besides a lady named Crystal, the ladies there in the staff do not want to help you at the front desk. It’s like an inconvenience for them to be there and they let you feel that and as a patient, we shouldn’t feel that I’m completely unsatisfied with everything that happened there

Fantastic experience: Margaret Maloney is the worse! She just stares at her computer while giving results back from tests i.got. she treats you like a nobody..she is .just horrible.

Negative experience: The CompleteCare doctors office was horrible, because the doctor was doing a hole bunch of check up things that had nothing to do with what I went there to have them look at. The doctor said inside my ear was dark, of course it was because she didn't turn on the dam light so that's why it's dark. It took and hour when it could have only took 10 minutes because when the real doctor came in she got it done in 10 minutes.

Fantastic experience: Complete Care Medical Center is what it says care completely for all concerns of the community citizens in need of a medical provider. Accepting HMO, issuing referral documents, with a full staff assigned for all fields of consultation.

Positive experience: Went in for a dental consultation because I wasn't happy with the dentist that I was seeing that my insurance participates with. Very old school paper patient files, equipment very outdated. So I was very happy to return to CompleteCare Dental. Very professional, has electronic dental record keeping and has the newest dental equipment. It says something about the dental practice that the same wonderful receptionist "Crystal" is still working there after 5 yrs, always greeting you with a smile and very southern manners. I haven't had a work done yet, though I'll be seeing them in a week or so for my first filling which is the only reason I didn't rate this 5 stars.

I don't feel like I'm just a number here. I have been to many healthcare providers during my 63 years. CompleteCare in Wildwood is top-notch. I was treated with dignity and compassion from check-in to check-out. Michelle Phillips-Cottrell is very thorough and explains everything in a calm and confident manner. This is an affordable way for me to get healthcare but I don't feel like I'm settling for inferior care. Win-Win!

Negative experience: Had an 8 am appointment. Got there at 753. Checked in and sat there for a half of an hour. Was told it was a mistake and come back Monday. Do not like the way I was treated and will never step foot in the practice again and will never recommend anyone going there. Very unprofessional. One star is probly too much.
