Fantastic experience: Professional, highly skilled, caring. From the phone, to the front desk, to my hygienist, to my dentist, Dr. McShan... you could not ask for better dental care team and expertise. I have been with Dr. McShan for 20 years! Highly recommend him and his staff. And... his new professional building as, in one word... gorgeous!

Fantastic experience: I called the office and described my somewhat emergent situation. Much to my surprise, they got me in at 10:30 the next morning. The entire staff was exceptionally friendly and they treated me with respect and courtesy. I kinda felt like i had been going there for years. Long story short, Devon and Dr. McShan diagnosed the problem and sent me on my way with a solution and did not cost the mortgage I was expecting for emergency care. Fantastic experience: I called Legacy dental last week over needing to have a tooth extracted that another dentist diagnosed, but could never schedule me in. I could have gotten in the same day that I called, but I would not have made it. So they got me in the following Monday. The RDA was willing to answer any questions and concerns that I had, as was Dr. Qualls. They recognized my anxiety, and made my visit as stress free as possible. Dr. Qualls was super friendly. He made sure that I understood all of my options. They made sure that I was numb before they even injected the numbing agent into my gums. Dr. Qualls extracted my tooth in probably 2 minutes and sent me on my way! I will be coming back for preventative care and any other dental work that I need in the future! I recommend this office to anyone that is looking for a dentist.

Fantastic experience: OH MY GOODNESS...How beautiful Dr Qualls New office is.God has Blessed him with an office big enough for 4 or more Dentist.Lol The office is so Amazing and plenty of parking.There was alot of seating and it was so comfortable. I was seen right away with no waiting for my cleaning. I apologize that I do not recall her name; but the new dental assistant was Great..She is filling in for the regular heignist that is on maternity leave..She did an amazing job doing my cleaning. She made me feel like I knew her forever. The whole staff was friendly and polite. The other heignist with Dr Qualls has always been so welcoming I missed seeing her. I am happy about the birth of her baby.. The office has plenty of parking and alot of handicap accessible spots to use..It was easy to get into and out when I got ready to leave. I was very happy with my first visit to the New Office location. I have always felt very welcome an taken care of with Dr Qualls as my Dentist.. Smile ALL while you still have TEETH.
