Fantastic experience: I was able to get an appointment within a week of calling. The Dentist and staff were very helpful and timely! My issue was excruciating pain that had been going on more than a month. The dentist fixed my issue and my pain was gone before I left!!!

Fantastic experience: My first visit and it appears I have made a good choice. Staff and Dr (dentist), were professional, warn and friendly. The nurse went out of her way to explain the plan and procedures as did the dentist. The dentist was gentile, and informed me of a different procedure which would greatly improve my comfort. I was impressed and I am looking forward to the procedure.

I have high anxiety and terrified of dentists; but Dr Rana was amazing , explained every procedure , used Nitrous Oxide , numbing gel along with a painless anesthesia shot that I did not feel . Before I knew it my molar extraction was done . If you have dental anxiety I highly recommend Dr Manish Rana . He made my appointment so comfortable and pain free . If I could give Dr Rana 20 ⭐️ stars , I would . Thank you for making my experience positive . I finally Feel comfortable and trust him and his staff with my dental health .

Negative experience: Unfortunately, after several years of being a loyal patient, I am revising my original review. I’m not sure what has changed with this dentist, but my recent experience has left me deeply disappointed. I used to hold him in high regard, but now it feels as though the focus has shifted from patient care to profit. My most recent visit in September 2025 was a complete failure in care. I went in with a tooth that was breaking but not causing any pain. I specifically requested an extraction because I was worried I might lose my insurance before it caused problems. Instead, I was encouraged to get a crown or filling. Since I couldn’t afford a crown, I agreed to a filling. I’m not sure what went wrong, but after that procedure, the pain was unbearable, and an infection developed almost immediately—the worst toothache I’ve ever experienced. When I returned, I was prescribed nearly a month’s worth of antibiotics—something I’ve never had to take before in my life. By October 3rd, I had no choice but to have the tooth extracted due to the severe pain and was prescribed more antibiotics! I spent nearly two months on antibiotics. The following is where my greatest disappointment lies, however. I was offered a bone graft. Unsure if it was necessary, I asked the assistant—who seemed to be pressuring me into it—whether it was required. She said yes. Despite my hesitation, I agreed. In total, I spent nearly $800 or more on what I thought would be proper dental care, but it has only led to ongoing discomfort. I was assured I would not feel the bone graft afterward, yet I can still feel it almost two months later. It causes pain whenever food or anything touches my gums—something that never happened before. I am genuinely heartbroken and frustrated. I trusted their professional judgment, believing they had my best interests in mind, but that no longer seems to be the case. I doubt I will be returning to this clinic. I feel taken advantage of and treated more like a source of income than a valued patient. I once spoke highly of this office and recommended it to many people, but now I share my recent experience as a cautionary tale. Even my father, who works in the medical field, believes the dentist demonstrated incompetence. Whether that’s true or not, it’s clear to me that the level of care and consideration for returning patients seems to have greatly diminished. Edit #3: I was suggested Remi by the staff for night grinding. Was unable to complete the kit and after almost a month, I have not received my refund for a $130 order. There are items I have not even received yet that I was charged for. Every sponsor advertising Remi and Remi's multiple Facebook pages are all new with little followers. I cannot believe this facility is encouraging and recommending a scam company. Every time I reach out to Remi about my refund, I am ignored. I firmly believe I was scammed by this dentist with the bone graft procedure and they also recommended a scam site. So I was scammed twice. I absolutely will not be returning to this building. I am shocked as the first few visits to him where amazing. Something weird is going on now with these people now. Not to mention I've watched them just stare and laugh at folks who perhaps didn't know they can just come in and sit down but rather stood at the sign in counter. At one point during my visit, the front desk lady was talking to the dentist and said the word "retarded" loud enough that patients could hear. I wasn't going to bring this up because I thought it was irrelevant but clearly it's not and shows how unprofessional they've become.

Negative experience: I went to his Monterey office, and these reviews does not describe my experience at all. Don't trust the reviews. I went somewhere else in a hurry, after wasting lots of money.

Negative experience: Never had so many X-rays in my life! They took a long time trying to figure out how to put the X-rays in the computer. The Tech scrapped instrumentals on my teeth as she was looking in my mouth. Dentist had his finger in my mouth using it to turn my head. They didn’t inform me that they was not cleaning my teeth on the first visit. The tech as very friendly. VERY DISAPPOINTED IN THEIR CARE.

Positive experience: The building could be set up better for disability. Once inside, though, the layout was okay, although a short counter is needed for wheelchairs. I was seen ahead of schedule. The staff was friendly and knowledgeable. The dentist was matter-of-fact, still I felt comfortable with him. Overall, the experience was more than satisfactory.

Fantastic experience: Manish Rana and his staff is very kind and gentle. My wife and I both recently had a tooth crack and split in half. We each went in and got a crown that looks fantastic! The whole family is going to them from now on. I highly recommend them to everyone.

Negative experience: This doctor "doesn't pull good teeth," and he determines what is good or not. I have a half a tooth shredding my tongue, so I called and asked if they'd schedule an extraction. They sure did. I showed up on time to their weird parking lot with the handicapped parking and ramp opposite each other. I make it in, get my x-ray, and the dentist came in and started talking about other teeth, not my giant painful broken one. I questioned this, so he told the tech to send me somewhere else. When I asked why, I was given no answer. I think that not pulling "good teeth" means making money off of "fixing" teeth for months before they finally need to be pulled. Why? Because there's way more money in that practice. If you want to get a service that you know you need, this is not the place for you. P.S. The filings I had done there previously are popping out or crumbling off.

Positive experience: First time at the dentist since moving to this state. They were able to get me in at a reasonable wait time. I had a broken tooth after having surgery at the hospital. I felt comfortable with the staff and Dr. The office was clean and warm and friendly!

The Dentist has a great sense of humor, very friendly and did an outstanding job on my root canal and crown. I have much more work to be done and am confident and happy that I found this office. Next, he will be putting new crowns on my two front teeth and I will be able to smile again. I gave them a 5 star but they all are deserving of a much higher score. The entire crew are amazing!

Negative experience: After having multiple procedures done I've had to go to a different dentist in less than a year to fix 2 of the teeth Dr Rana worked on. Also, he agreed to a payment plan after I had spent $4k there. But after agreeing to the payment plan I received a letter in the mail saying I could no longer be a patient there and demanding payment in full. I do not recommend this dentist at all.

Negative experience: $275 is way too expensive for one tooth to be pulled! I had a tooth pulled for less $$$ at a different place. Also, I cannot take over-the-counter medication, because they contain acetaminophen and ibuprofen ingredients, which tear my stomach up pretty badly. And I told the staff & dentist this... So you can imagine how upsetting it was to hear that AFTER the extraction was already completed, the dentist was reluctant to serve his patient with any pain relief meds needed for her sensitive stomach. An extracted tooth *without* a pain reliever medication just isn't right! But if you're able take those over the counter medications,, & don't mind spending big bucks on simple, fast procedures,,, and want a very friendly & professional staff & professional opinion... THIS PLACE IS A GREAT PLACE TO GO :)
