Fantastic experience: My first impression I was a little unsure. When I first walked in there were loud screaming children playing in the lobby jumping all over the chairs and throwing toys. I seen that it was making my grandson anxious. Once we were called back the appointment went well. The dental assistant, hygienist and dentist were very nice and made my grandson feel comfortable. They explained everything clearly and answered all my questions and concerns. Overall, it was a great experience.

Positive experience: The dentist and hygienist were friendly and fast but the 2 receptionist at the Mcgalliard office could definitely use a refresher course on manners and how to greet their patients. The receptionist wouldn't speak or say anything as we left, so I thanked them and they both just starred at me and said nothing

Negative experience: They say that they work with kids with disabilities but this is not true. They saw our child one time and got so upset about his anxiety that they refuse to work with him again without having us pay $14,000 for unnecessary OR sedation dentistry. When I tried to tell them that the anxiety was manageable and that we could utilize other options (nitrous, oral sedation, etc) they said no and that we should get a second opinion. Their other location was significantly kinder but they were very rude to me via phone when I tried to talk to them at this location (McGalliard).
We advocate for amazing treatment for all of our patients, from the time they walk into the door, to the time they leave. We are sorry to hear you feel this experience did not meet these expectations. Please give us a call and our team will be happy to discuss further.

Fantastic experience: I could not be more impressed! My daughter cant handle loud noises and often panics because she’s sensitive to most things. Everything was handled SO well that my daughter never even cried. She breezed through 3 entire fillings like it was nothing. Words cannot explain how well the dentist and hygienist worked together to make it look like it was nothing! Will forever recommend this place!

The office has t.v.s above the exam chairs for them to watch cartoons, and they receive tokens at the end of their visits for prizes. Negative experience: Decided the procedure we asked for, that they admit could prevent his gums from being damaged, should be replaced by a cleaning he already had on their schedule. Told us the cleaning was required first but said no such thing over the phone. Gave me no assurance when we come for the procedure it won't just be a cleaning again. Looked like they were just busy and didn't want to do it today since they scheduled it for the same day of the week two weeks away. Usually they are great, but today they were acting powerless.
Our patients are our first priority, and we pride ourselves on giving timely, exceptional care. We're sorry to hear this experience didn't meet those goals and appreciate you sharing this feedback with us. We would love to help make this right, please give our team a call!
