Fantastic experience: I am a problem patient. I have had lots of dental work and had several dentists in my life. Dr Pyle is very gentle! The least painful numbing injection experience I have ever had. He goes slow with the injections giving the medicine time to work before injecting more.

Fantastic experience: We had a great first time experience with Dr. Pyle and his team. It was my children’s first time at the regular dentist and they both said they preferred this office over their previous pediatric office (beating arcade games and balloon animals is quite the compliment). Dr. Pyle and everyone we encountered talked to them and made them feel welcome. They answered every silly question with a smile on their face and truly made it a great experience.

Fantastic experience: After having a bad experience with dentists growing up, I was anxious to come back to one as an adult. This on top of sensory needs has kept me away for too long! After doing research I decided to come see Dr. Pyle, and I am so glad I did! From the beginning, the gentleman who did my intake was so friendly; they asked many questions even regarding the accommodations I would need. Upon arriving, I waited very briefly in the waiting room and was promptly seen. Staff was very friendly and comforting. They do a variety of tests to get a complete idea of your full dental, gum, and airway health. Dr. Pyle explained every step to me and went over my data with me. From there, he listened to my concerns and helped create a step-by-step treatment plan. For once, I am excited for this process and cannot wait to see the improvements we have partnered on as patient and doctor!

Fantastic experience: I had to reschedule my appointment due to sickness. University Avenue Dental had me rescheduled the following week when I was feeling better. So easy to work with.

Negative experience: I paid over 4k for tmj therapy. Dr. Pyle told me that my treatment was good anytime. After a recent flare up, he told me to come in for a treatment but was just told that I would have to pay for the treatment since its been awhile since my last one. Very disappointed in being deceived after paying such a large sum.

Fantastic experience: I’ve never liked the dentist; would much rather be in the doctor’s office getting shots than having someone poke at my teeth and tell me I need to floss more. I’m 25 and haven’t been to the dentist since I was maybe 18. And I really look forward to going again. Dr.Grey and his staff was wonderful, polite, lighthearted and didn’t make me feel uncomfortable at all. I left happy, and highly recommended this office to anyone who asks.

Fantastic experience: I brought my 6 year old son here for a second opinion on some dental work that I wasn’t sure was necessary. Dr. Pyle brought some things to my attention that I wasn’t aware of, regarding growth issues within my son‘s face, causing issues with his sleep and teeth. He is going to come up with a plan to move forward, trying to fix the issue before it gets too bad and affects other things.He has a very natural approach and wants to prevent rather than fix, and I love that about him. He is very kind and gentle and was great with my son! Everyone in the office was extremely friendly and welcoming. I have recently started seeing him as well and I love him so much! I’m terrified of dental work and he’s such a calming and gentle spirit. I had two other dentists tell me I needed root canals on two of my teeth and Dr Pyle disagreed and put fillings in them. Glad I didn’t have that unnecessary work done! It was a great experience And I’m so thankful I found him!

I never thought a dentist practice could be so thorough in their patient care. I absolutely recommend them. Their service goes beyond dentistry, they look at the patient’s overall well-being, my initial consultation blew me away at all the things they tested, imaging, and scans. You will not be disappointed thir service is second to none.
