Fantastic experience: Dr Burneson, Dr Maldonado and staff are incredibly friendly and professional. They help you feel at ease if you have any anxiety regarding dental work. I had my first crown put in yesterday. Dr Maldonado did a wonderful job. He has a kind disposition as well as his assistant. If you struggle the way I do with dental work , this is the place to go. Very lighthearted atmosphere. And the procedure for the crown itself was a much easier experience than I anticipated.

Fantastic experience: Update: Sometimes you just want someone on your team and here-you feel that with everyone, Tonya(front desk), Terry (billing), Hygiensts, and Dr.B. So nice to have people really care and help you get the health care you need. Just today, there was a billing issue with insurance. Terry went above and beyond to find the details and save me the headache of dealing with that. ---- Dr.B and his team are the best. Kind, compassionate, and caring. They are clear about recommendations and give amazing service. It's nice to have a dentist who is personal and fun. (you can always meet them before committing) Highly recommended.

He had my 8yo giggling and bantering and grinning in the chair. We really love this office and everyone in it! Negative experience: Was gifted a year membership that included a cleaning. I went in January to get my teeth scanned into the system and whatnot. Then it was time to schedule my cleaning where I was then being upsold hard on this invasive under-the-gums scrubbing I did not agree to. I stated I would think about it, then I called back later and said no I don’t want the upsell and just want to schedule a standard cleaning. They agreed and an appointment was scheduled. When I finally came in and sat in the chair I thought it was a pretty intense cleaning (but I heard this place is kinda different so I don’t think much of it). Afterwards I am now told I owe $659 for the under-the-gums cleaning I just received (that I said NO to). Nothing was signed before hand. No specification was noted in my appointment info. And when I first came in for this appointment no one stated that this was about to occur. It felt more like a used car lot and less a dental office.

Able to quickly assess & provide written recommendations + worked with friend to set up appointments. Up to date evaluations, good explanations to questions & concerns. Overall effective & efficient meetings...With the entire team! TODAY 4/9 completed 2nd of 2 entire mouth care. Fantastic experience: NEVER have I EVER left a dentist appointment in a good mood (even if it was just a cleaning, especially when I left with a laundry list of things I need to get done to my mouth and a bill to match) but I actually left in a really good mood. Burneson is a REALLY good Dentist he made me comfortable and he made me laugh. Last but NOT least ALL the supporting staff there were great too!!

Fantastic experience: I’ve been going to Today’s Dentistry for 17 years now. I am happy with the services they give me. About a year ago there was a change from Dr Warr to Dr Burneson and I was a little concerned but turns out I worried for nothing as he is excellent. About a year ago my molar fractured and cannot be saved. He did an implant and it is so amazing the way the tooth was made using a 3 -D program. It was impressive. He is very knowledgeable and has a gentle touch and a great personality. He makes sure you don’t suffer unnecessarily. I love all the dental hygienists, which makes it easy when making an appointment as it doesn’t matter who’s on as they are all great. All the staff in this office are very nice and courteous.

Fantastic experience: People are kind. They go straight to business and about your dental health and day to day flossing and brushing.

Fantastic experience: I had my regular cleaning with Maria who is very professional. I have had excellent care here, starting with being fitted with a Mandibular Advancement Device (MAD) to correct my sleep apnea. Dr. B explained all the options illustrating the choices on a computer and thoroughly discussing the pros and cons. Once chosen he was patient fitting it and responsive to follow up questions and adjustments. In addition, I caught food under an implant and they got me in promptly and dislodged the offending morsel and taught me better implant floss hygiene which my previous dentist who made the implant had not covered. All good here! Highest recommendations.

Less regal than it sounds, but the team at Today's Dentistry made it a much better experience than I've had in the past with other dentists' offices. Everyone I encountered was professional and personable, and Dr. Burneson ("Dr. B") did a wonderful job of making me as comfortable as possible while working on the very hardest-to-reach tooth in the back of my very small mouth. Kudos to all. See you in 2 weeks for part 2!

Fantastic experience: Silly me. I left Dr B because it’s 30 minutes to 40 minutes away depending on traffic, so I thought it might be a good idea to find a dentist local. It took going to another doctor to realize not all dentists are created equal. I traded a great dentist, great staff, and always an incredible experience for a 30 minute drive. What a rookie move. I now know I would drive three times the distance for the correct doctor. Thank you, Dr. B and staff. It’s good to be back. PS… My teeth look and feel great. I’m pretty sure I look 25 years younger.

Fantastic experience: As always, everybody is always on their A game. Super friendly, and not that fake friendly stuff, genuinely friendly. I was there for a cleaning and wanted to speak with Dr. B he took the time to come in and speak with me for about 10 minutes even though it was not scheduled. and I didn’t get charged for it. I implore you to find that kind of service in this day and age.. The doctor always seems to be in a good mood and has a fantastic sense of humor. I had to go see an endodontist last month, and quite honestly, I wasn’t sure if that dude was even alive, or if he was just on some type of breathing apparatus that kept his eyes open. And his assistant - she was so sweet and patient with me being all nervous and embarrassed bout my teeth situation. Now Dr. B himself? This man got hands blessed by the angels, I'm telling you! Got that professional vibe but keeps it light with just enough jokes to keep you relaxed. Had me cracking up instead of stressing. The work he did? Chef's kiss My tooth looking and feeling brand new.
