Fantastic experience: My bottom permanent retainer broke just before the Labor Day holiday, and every office I contacted was either closed or fully booked. Thankfully, Dr. Porto kindly made room in his schedule to see me. He was fantastic — not only highly skilled, but also polite and genuinely friendly (a rare combination in any service industry). He quickly resolved the issue, and I was truly grateful to have found him when I needed help most. I highly recommend Dr. Porto!

Fantastic experience: We LOVE Oppenhuizen! I had my braces done here as a child, and now my kids are coming here. The entire staff is wonderful, kind, warm and welcoming. Today my daughter had a wire pop loose. They aren’t even open on Fridays, but Dawn told us to stop in and she’d take care of it so my daughter wasn’t in any discomfort over the weekend. We met her there, she fixed my daughter right up and we left. Just ONE example how this staff is always seeking to “wow” their clients. Thanks for all you do!

Fantastic experience: My daughter had braces and an expander put in, after two turns of the expander it got "stuck" (it was operator error on our end and we didnt fully complete the turn). It happened to be a Friday and the office is closed. The receptionist/scheduler had us come into the office and SHE took time from her work day to assist us and help us work through my error. Absolutely top notch customer service! We are so happy we chose Oppenhuizen Orthodontics and will be referring them to everyone!!

From the treatment plan, financial breakdown, BEYOND FAIR CHARGES, and super clear explanation of every step our daughter is facing - we could not be more pleased! Whenever something would go wrong we always get right in. I love that all costs are discussed and explained up front. I've never had issues getting the needed special toothpaste, mouthwash, bands, and always smiley service. The ladies that work with this practice are Amazing! Fantastic experience: We had my 8 yr old seen by Dr O for an overbite. He put her in braces for an estimated 10 months, but it went much faster and had them taken off at 7 months. (Quick results, of course, depend on each person) She is so happy with the results and smiles to brightly now!! We've had such a great experience that I am going to get braces now!
