Negative experience: They put a crown that was way too large in my mouth and a month later they told me my my root was fracture and I had to have it extracted. They took my money to mess my teeth up further, shame an you.

Negative experience: THEY DO TONGUE TIE RELEASE AS WELL AS TWO OTHER MOUTH RELEASES ON EVERY BABY WHO COMES IN THERE. THEY TAKE YOUR MONEY FOR NO REASON AND WILL ALWAYS TELL YOU YOUR CHILD HAS A TONGUE/CHEEK TIE. Go somewhere else.

Fantastic experience: Been going here for years. I always appreciate how they invest in new technology. It keeps me coming back even when I now live 30 minutes away.

Fantastic experience: Had a great experience getting a filling done. Didn’t feel the numbing injection, tooth feels and looks good.

Negative experience: Was given a permanent crown that lasted a staggering 2 weeks. Additionally, Jen was frustrated and rude with me when I told her the crown was uncomfortable and I couldn’t fully close my jaw.

Fantastic experience: Dr Jen always fits me in quickly, even when she's out sick (with another Dr, of course ). The staff is friendly and knowledgeable, and they are very helpful with my complex needs.

Negative experience: Went here when our son was 8 weeks old for a frenectomy consultation. All seemed well at first, hygienists were lovely. As first time parents, we were obviously concerned, and when Dr. Jen came in, she immediately bombarded us with questions - no empathy or emotion in her voice. Her evaluation of my son felt like a performance. Among the questions she asked was, “Does he ever fall asleep while eating?” I thought that odd since most babies do, occasionally. I replied, “Yes,” and she clicked her tongue and said it was a CLASSIC sign of a tongue tie. Every normal baby thing he did was an apparent tongue tie association. She stuck her fingers in his mouth to assess the tie and claimed his protest was further proof. Umm, hello? Who wants some stranger’s fingers shoved down their throat??? She told us that while he was gaining weight for now, eventually he wouldn’t be able to eat enough well enough and would become dehydrated and start losing weight. I’ll admit, I came in to the appointment skeptical - I’d done my research. She explained all these things to us as if we were simpletons and had never looked up what a tongue tie was. Her condescending tone really made me trust her, of course. Near the end of the consultation, which lasted a grand 5 minutes, perhaps, she had diagnosed my son with lip, cheek, and tongue ties and recommended, of course, that we get them lasered for a mere $900. She just so happens to have the equipment at her office. Luckily, the machine was down that day or she’d have pressured us to do it right then. When she explained the possible complications to us, I mentioned that, yes, those did concern me as I had done my research, and I could tell in her eyes she knew she’d lost a customer. Heads up, assuming your clients are idiots isn’t going to get you far. Worst experience I have EVER had with a “doctor.” I will never forget the way we were treated here, and if I could give zero stars, absolutely I would. Also, my son is simply CRUSHING his motor milestones and weight gain. The fear mongering show this woman put up is disgraceful.

Negative experience: Called before scheduling to make sure they accepted my insurance, which I was told they did. After the appointment (which consisted of brushing a 2 year olds teeth) I was informed they in fact weren’t in network with our insurance. Despite their employee giving me the wrong information, I was stuck with a large bill. Plenty of more competent dentist offices in the area.

Fantastic experience: Dr. Jen was phenomenal; direct and thorough with the work and able to answer questions with detail and clarity. The staff was pleasant, efficient, and thorough. All around a great experience, and by far my best with a dentist.

Fantastic experience: I took my 2 year old for her first routine check and I had the most pleasant experience. I was able to fill-out registration paperwork online days prior to the appointment so check-in was quick and easy. The front desk staff was polite and informative. Our wait time was about 10-15mins in the waiting area, which is fast in my opinion, we had time to talk to our toddler about what to expect and what was expected of her. Once we got called back, the assistant was quick to accommodate our child who is spanish speaking only which made the experience much easier for her so she could understand. During the check-up, Dr. Jen and her assistant were gentle and talked her through it all. I am very happy we chose this office for her dental care and very much recommend it. Thank you so much for a great experience!

Negative experience: Dr. Jen’s she is good person! But the people working in the front desk they are not nice. I have my son with them one time they rotate wrong appointment date on the reminder card and what time we late 10 minutes we went there and they said we kick you out not eligible anymore for our office or services. Does D. Jen’s except that.

When I expressed my concerns to the people working with me, they made sure I felt comfortable the whole time, whether for fillings or cleanings. I’ve been coming here for a year now and will continue as long as I live here!

Negative experience: I came here to get a chipped bonding repaired, since I was far away from home where my regular dentist is. To sum it up in a few words, I looked better with the chipped tooth before having it done at this dentistry. I then had to make an urgent appointment with my regular dentist to get it fixed afterwards. Also, for having "Gentle" in the title, it was not a very gentle experience. Negative experience: Horrible experience! Had my children an appointment for back in March, they called and canceled the appointment because of staff meetings, then called me trying to figure out why they weren't at their appointments (that they called and canceled...still have the voice-mail) . I called and rescheduled, the appointments were made for June 22nd. We drive 30 mins to get to the appointment only for them to tell me we have to reschedule AGAIN!! Finding another dentist, they clearly don't have their stuff together!

Fantastic experience: I took my 4 week old daughter to Dr Jen after being told by a pediatrician that she was not lip tied. I was still having so much pain with breastfeeding her and was about to give up. Dr Jen diagnosed her with lip tie, tongue tie, and two buccal ties. I stayed and had the revisions done at that same appointment. Now, a week later I am having significantly less pain and my baby is healing perfectly fine from her revisions. Dr Jen and her staff are professional and excellent. I highly recommend their practice.

Fantastic experience: Dr. Jen and her team are quickly becoming like family! She sees all of us, ranging in age from 15 to 78. Her admin staff is always so courteous and kind. Her hygienists are thorough and have great communication. I love Dr. Jen's style. She gives you a plan of action and never seems pushy - she works with your schedule and your priorities. I was very appreciative when she was able to see my elderly mother for emergency treatment during the Covid shutdown.

Fantastic experience: Dr. Jen really checked for everything, other dentists don't pay attention to. She found a several things wrong in 5 minutes that other dentists hadn't noticed in 12years. The staff is friendly and very professional. I'm so glad I was able to get my kids seen there. Thank you Dr Jen u guys are amazing.

Fantastic experience: Dr. Huffman is attentive and skilled. She was very kind and understanding regarding my anxiety about dental work based on negative prior experiences. Dr. Huffman took multiple steps to see that I was comfortable and informed through the entire process.

Negative experience: I was a new patient there and never went back. It took me 4 months to get an appointment with them. The hygenist was GREAT! When Dr Jen came in I felt like I was sitting in a sales pitch for a sleep study. Jen was pushing for me to sign up after looking at my teeth for maybe 2 minutes. The sleep study company happens to be RIGHT next door to her facility. She gave me a business card to set up an appointment for a study. Also, she wanted to have before/after pictures being taken of my teeth after having done a deep cleaning to post on her website. I left feeling confused and somewhat like a sideshow circus freak. I don't recommend them.

Negative experience: Its not good for me maybe for some people to it’s depends how Expensive they are my first visit I make crown they charge me more then 1000$ with my insurance after 4 months the crown come out I make appointment when dr see me she told me I will change 800$ again it’s big stole

Negative experience: I called to be a new patient there on Monday at 2:30pm, random lady answered the phone and hanged up on me. So I called again, asking her if I can make an appointment. She said it takes 2-3 months to make new patients appointment. What kind of customer service is that?? Stay away from this place.

Fantastic experience: Fabulous dentist! The first time I went, it was an emergency and I had never been to a dentist in the area. She worked me in, reattached my crown, and filed it down to make it fit better! I went back today (a year later) and had another fabulous appointment. They're very knowledgeable and help you understand every part of the appointment. 10/10!

They diagnosed new with airway centered diagnosis and posterior tongue tie. I'm very excited to work towards a healthier me!!

Fantastic experience: I am happy. This was the place that took my insurance (Aetna) and would see me the fastest. First I had my exam and cleaning. I appreciated the modern equipment and the dental tech seemed fast and effective vs. the last practice I was a patient at. Then two weeks later, I had 3 teeth filled (molars) after going without dental insurance for 6 years (grad school and moving from full to pt. employment) and also got 3 molars sealed. So far so good, the process was fast and painless, and is fairly priced. So far this place has lived up to the "gentle" in the name. Good to have dental care again!

Fantastic experience: My new dentist for my family. They did so well with my kids. I have been to multiple dentists in my area and this is by far the best one I have found. They were able to tell me what the issues was with my son.
