Fantastic experience: The dentist that I had before Dr Greer seemed to take pleasure in inflicting pain on me. I was very timid about getting my checkups and fillings that I needed. Dr Greer’s staff is the best I’ve ever encountered and really love working for Dr Greer. The atmosphere projects a caring and kindness second to none. In a scale if 1-10 I give them a 20!!!!

Fantastic experience: Crowley Family Dentist is a wonderful, welcoming, professional, and comprehensive dental office. Visiting to establish myself as a new patient, my confidence only grew throughout the pre-visit paperwork and scheduling, walking into the office, and meeting the staff. Topped with sweet gift from Dr. Greer, I never felt more at ease to begin my first dental appointment. As part of the intake process, I appreciated that they asked questions do get to know me on a personal level (and my comfort level with dental appointments). Every process was throughly explained (based on my choice of wanting to know All The Details) as well as it being informed about the frequency of the tests. A great combination of high tech and small town home feel, I absolutely recommend Crowley Family Dentistry!

Fantastic experience: I’ve had absolutely the best service from Dr. Greer and her team one again, today and yesterday. I had several cavities to fill in my molars on both sides and this was my first time to get them. They made sure I was comfortable the entire time, and were so efficient. Only an hour spent each day to knock out 9 total. They also always have fun raffles, and the entire team remembers your face and family every time you walk through the door. I’d give 10 stars if I could. Highly recommend!!

Negative experience: Dr is great but office staff is not upfront about the insurance. I called and asked about my daughter's insurance, gave them all the details, they say yes we accept it, then come to find out, they are not in contract with ANY carrier and everyone is out of network. This is of course after she had been seen. So now I have a bill of over 200.00 and more to come after today's 100% preventative cleaning which should be fully covered. (Also I have asked three times prior for an explanation of the bill with zero response) When people ask you about insurance you should say "Yes, but we are not in contract with any provider so we would be out of network." That is what being upfront means. We will unfortunately have to move on.

The first few experiences when we moved to TX & were looking for a provider resulted in recommendations of “redoing, refixing, remaking bridges” etc. until my daughter recommended my driving a little farther to their Dentist. Negative experience: When I first started going to Crowley Family dentistry, they were very upfront about the cost. You knew going into the procedures what you would be responsible for. Lately, the past two visits for me and my family, they charged us at the office, and then charged us later when insurance didn't cover 100%. Now, insurance says I get two cleanings a year for free no matter if they are in network or not. They recently went out of network for me but I didn't think it would matter because it does not show a benefits change. Make it make sense. I know the excuse will be the same as it was on the phone, "We're not an insurance carrier, we have no idea what they will pay for" and to say that with palpable attitude? The best time to explain that is not after you've sent your bill. The time to explain that to the paying customer is before services are rendered. No amount of wonderful bedside manner and care for patients will overcome terrible and predatory billing practices. They will leave a lasting impression. I really wanted this to be our dentist.... Super disappointed, guess we will have to keep looking.

Negative experience: They are not upfront about insurance. I went in to establish care on a regular annual visit. My PPO insurance covers 100% of a Comprehensive Oral Evaluation (D0150), and 100% of comprehensive radiographic images (D0210). This was confirmed over the phone with the dental office. While I'm at the appointment, the hygienist confirms that X-rays are covered. I then receive an outstanding 100$ bill. I call and ask why they charged me and the person on the phone tells me the balance is cancelled and will not be reflected as a bill. A week after I receive a text message about the same 100$ outstanding balance. I called again saying it was cancelled but now I am told it has to do with some payment's frequency of the insurance which they don't know in advance. I ask why they didn't tell me about this and the person says "well if I had asked you, you wouldn't have understood the question anyway". To which I answered they should have told me upfront if insurance coverage is apparently something I wouldn't understand. I would have chosen another dental office.

Fantastic experience: I cannot begin to tell people how amazing and painless my experience was here. I had to have a tooth pulled that was infected...I was terrified of dentists because of a very traumatic experience I had in the Marine Corps with a dentist who put his knee and weight on my chest and pulled 4 wisdom teeth with almost no numbing agent. Dr. Greer pulled my tooth and I never even felt a thing. She said ok we're done and I just started laughing because I couldn't believe it was that quick and painless!
