Fantastic experience: I had the best experience ever with getting my upper teeth removed. I’m in healing process now and soon will get my new teeth. The surgery and nurse was the most helpful and the after care was very thorough.

Negative experience: Made an appointment and checked in 15 mins prior to the scheduled time. The front desk lady didn’t mention that since I didn’t reply to the nagging confirmation text my time slot was lost. It would have been cool to know instead of letting me sit there for 30 mins before I got up and left. If I make an appointment that’s my confirmation!

Their staff is so kind, attentive and detailed oriented. The doctor was very open, honest and cared about education and doing the best thing for our Teeth rather than just creating revenue. The facility is clean, comfortable and beautiful! You feel like a patient rather than a number!

Fantastic experience: Wow! Dr. Barroso did a brilliant job on my daughters front tooth that had been previously broken. It was a really difficult tooth to work with and he did amazing. He was so informative and just made the tooth look great. My daughter has anxiety and he made her feel cared for and as comfortable as she could be. She is SO pleased. Thank you Dr Barroso.

Simple cleaning this morning but even though I have had quite a few…it was nice to have the hygienist explain what she was about to do as we proceeded, and speak about good general practices for your dental health while I was there. Fantastic experience: I moved to Burleson a little over a year ago and needed to find a dentist as I have several issues with my teeth and a lower partial. The sales lady who represented the home builder who we bought our house from recommended Dr Barroso at Legacy Dental. I have had a few appointments for various procedures, as well as the routine visit with the dental hygienist, since moving to the area. I have been in a lot of dental offices in my lifetime, as I am in my 60’s, but I have never been in a dentist office where the staff are as friendly and attentive to my needs, as they are at Legacy Dental. And, I have NEVER had a dentist who is so courteous and caring, as well as skilled at his craft, as Dr Barroso! He has given me great care and always encourages me to contact him anytime should I need his assistance, which I did have to do once, and was taken care of promptly. I am so glad that I was told about Dr Barroso and Legacy Dental! I know that as long as he is at Legacy Dental I will not be looking for any other dentist!

Negative experience: Bad experience. I'm nervous when it comes to dental work. On my last visit they ignored all my requests to take it slower because I was hurting and pushed back on my questions and concerns. I stopped going to this practice.

Everything was explained to me, X Ray was shown to me to address some future issues that need to be addressed. No judgments were made, about my situation. The staff does a great job respecting the Autonomy of the person. They will make you feel at ease, if you are afraid of seeing a Dentist.

Positive experience: Very pleasant experience Everyone knew their job and did it well Edited Then I received a bill for $61. They actually pulled two teeth on that visit. I am on medicare and I have never paid above what the insurance paid. They also referred me to an oral surgery that wanted cash because they did not take my medicare. They had me sign paper work saying I would pay the difference but That has been so at all the doctors I understand that I signed the paperwork but I also verbally said I had NO MONEY and no one said there would be a difference to be paid. It has been over two years and I have not been able to pay them nor get dentures I have three teeth left and all three have cavities They referred me to the oral surgeon because the upper bone needs to be scaped I still have pain in the upper gum constantly I I stand by my original statement They do a good job. But I also want to inform people on Medicare to expect a follow up bill If you can pay their price for dentures Go for it they do good work But the billing lacks upfront accountability

I had an emergency and my dentist was out of town, they squeezed me in and fixed my broken tooth that day allowing me to enjoy my weekend pain free! I will be switching to this awesome dentist office!

The entire staff is warm and friendly. Once I arrived, I didn’t have to wait long to be seen. Fantastic experience: Very nice facility, greeted upon entry. The staff was very nice to work with, well organized and time efficient. During our first appointment I felt very well taken care of and an appropriate dental plan established. I recommend this dental practice to anyone looking to get established. UPDATE - Getting higher bills by over $400 after treatment was not appreciated. The billing staff should get accurate pricing from our dental insurance which is well known. Because of these billing issues we will look elsewhere in the future. We feel like trust has been compromised.

Negative experience: Made an appointment about a month out…received a call the same day as my appointment that they do not except my insurance…I should have been told that when I was making the appointment! Maybe the dental care is just as irresponsible!
