The staff puts a lot of care into delivering the most comfortable experience possible. They are thorough and efficient in service delivery. Sometimes when I don’t have much plaque my hygienist spends a minute removing on old stain or two I’ve had for decades. When I leave it’s like I got a brand new set of teeth. I absolutely love going to Waters Family Dentistry.

Fantastic experience: I went in to Dr. Waters' office to be fitted for a crown for my implant. While there, Dr. Waters suggested he could provide another crown for the adjacent tooth that had broken off awhile ago. I agreed and he proceeded to do both at a single sitting. When I go back in three weeks, I will have two crowns installed which will fill in the gap I had in my upper left jaw. Dr. Waters and staff were more than accommodating and courteous. I don't like going to the dentist, but Dr. Waters is an exception.

Fantastic experience: I cannot speak highly enough about Dr. Waters and his team! I woke up this morning with a chipped tooth and in a panic as I have not established with a new dentist yet. When I called his office as soon as they opened the front desk staff was extremely sweet and helpful with getting me in as soon as possible. As someone who has TMJ and has had bad experiences with dentists in the past, I showed up nervous as expected when going to a new dentist. From the front desk staff to the dental assistant, Anita, to Dr. Waters, they were all amazing and extremely understanding when I told them I was anxious. Anita spent time talking with me to help calm my nerves and assured me that if at any point I was having discomfort we could take a break. Dr. Waters did a phenomenal job fixing my chipped tooth and talking me through what he was doing. I could not have asked for a better dental office to become a patient at! Highly, highly recommend Dr. Waters and his team!

Positive experience: I arrived on time, checked in, and before I could sit down the hygienist took me back. She got me settled, and began cleaning my teeth. She was very professional, and made sure I was comfortable. Dr. Waters came into check my teeth. He was very nice, and also professional. The visit lasted perhaps thirty minutes.

The specialist actually recommended Dr Waters as a good primary family dentist in town for my crown and general care. My family started going and have never regretted it!!! Dr Waters actually cares about his patients and it seems like the staff get along. They have worked with me when problems arise as well as my scheduled cleanings. Everyone I've referred to this practice has been happy too. :)

Dr Waters and his team worked really well with me. 4 years away WAS too much time. I had to have some extra work done... The team was awesome with those appointments. (FYI Delta Dental insurance is the way to go with this office) And yesterday was my first regular appointment since... I'm back in the NO CAVITIES CLUB!
