Fantastic experience: I been going to this office since the 90s. The original owner was Dr McCallum or something like that. The place has been through a lot since then. Dr Dorsch is my favorite dentist since the old man. I’ll keep going to him and his staff for as long as they are there. My old teefs are in fine shape and it’s a nice place with good people. Go floss!!!

Fantastic experience: As a new patient of Dorsch Dental, I can honestly say it was an exceptionally pleasant experience. Everyone very friendly and professional. I was brought in to a nice room with a view of the surrounding landscape for cleaning and X-rays. The hygienist proceeded with the cleaning and a quick inspection from the Dentist. During the cleaning process a loose Crown was discovered. Normally another appointment would have been made to fix this. Instead, I was moved to another room where the crown was prepped and reattached. I feel fortunate to be a patient of Dorsch Dental following the exceptional care I received.

This month I had Bekah do my cleaning, and my mom had Mark do hers. They both did excellent work and are really nice thoughful people.

Negative experience: Wouldn't recommend. They are more than happy about telling you over and over about their no show fees and want you to sign something saying you agree. However, they feel free to cancel and repeatedly reschedule your appointments at whim. Last time I went here, they rescheduled my appointment for their convenience and then the dentist wasn't there and I had to wait 45 min for him to show. Don't get me started on their billing. They fail to bill insurance and then send you repeated late payment notices. Their answer "our system just does that". No accountability at this practice.
