Fantastic experience: Your staff were so good and patient with my child. It took a while for him to feel comfortable with the procedure but they took their time. I was surprised when he walked out with a smile on his face afterwards.

Fantastic experience: I am so impressed by Smiles in Motion. Everyone is so kind, calming, and helpful from the person I talked with before our most recent appointment about insurance questions, to the hygienist who asked my child permission before each step and gave my child a choice of toothpaste and movies to watch. The dentist not only answered questions about the child I was there with but also about a new sibling. The girls at the desk when we checked out were laughing and joking with my child. We have been going for a few years now and I’m so grateful for the way they give my child a voice and respect as a person because that is so rare to find. Even if our insurance didn’t cover Smiles in Motion I would continue to see them. Highly recommend.

Fantastic experience: My son (4) had to get some work done and Dr. Luke was amazing! As well as the entire staff, they made him totally comfortable and also helped me stay calm as well! They were top notch and we will be back for all dental needs for our kids!

Fantastic experience: We had a wonderful visit today with Dr. Spitz and her team. My daughter sat in the big kid chair for the first time and the hygienist and Dr. Spitz were so encouraging and kind the entire time. They talked her through each step and she really loved every minute! She is already asking when she can return and, of course, go down the slide!

Fantastic experience: I have nothing but good things to say about our experience with Dr. Winn and her team at Smiles In Motion. My 2 month old daughter needed her tongue, lip, and cheek ties released due to issues we were having with breastfeeding. She struggled to gain weight initially, was often fussy and needed multiple burpings during feedings due to taking in so much air, as well as “clicked” during feeding and she struggled to have a deep latch. Dr. Winn was great during the consultation, presented our options, and was very transparent about what was happening. Dr. Winn and Hannah were so wonderful about preparing me for what would happen during the procedure, as well as the aftercare to make sure it was truly what I wanted and was ready to do. They took amazing care of my daughter during the very quick procedure, and were so diligent and encouraging in the follow up appointments. Instantly following the procedure, my daughter latched and I felt a night and day difference with the discomfort during feeding (I hadn’t even realized I was uncomfortable during feedings until after). Her gassiness/fussiness has dramatically improved since having the procedure, and she just seems overall much happier and content. Fantastic experience: My son is very reluctant when it comes to the dentist. I knew I needed to try something different for him, so I brought him to Smiles in Motion. The entire team in Eau Claire made him feel welcomed from the moment we walked in to the time we left. Dr. Spitz did an amazing job with him making him feel very comfortable and explained everything along the way throughout his cleaning. All my kids will now become regular patients here.

Fantastic experience: Smiles in Motion makes going to the dentist fun for my two boys. I have a 2.5 year old and 4 year old and they look forward to it. Telling them they are going to the dentist is like a treat for them. Where else can you play on a slide and watch Cars and Paw Patrol and then get a toy as you walk out. Everyone on the staff is amazing with children. It is so nice.

My son is autistic, and appointments like this can sometimes feel overwhelming or challenging for him. From the moment we arrived, the patience, kindness, and genuine care shown by everyone in the office meant more than I can say. Dr. Helms and her staff were so calm, helpful, and intentional in the way they cared for him. They explained everything they were doing, showed him the tools they were using, and walked him through the appointment in such a straightforward, teachable, and reassuring way. Because of their approach, Bentlee left with no unanswered questions and, most importantly, no anxiety. That is such a gift. We are so sincerely thankful for Smiles in Motion and the incredible way they treated both our family and Bentlee. The compassion, understanding, and love they showed created such a positive experience for him, and that means absolutely everything to us.

Fantastic experience: My 7 year old loves coming here for her dentist appointments! She enjoys the playground and being able to watch movies during her cleaning. Today was my 15 month oldest first appointment and even though she didn't have the best time the hygienist there were very professional with her, trying to ease her and make her comfortable. And of course they LOVED getting prizes in the lobby after getting a clean bill of health!

Negative experience: Unsatisfactory customer service and scheduling nightmares with this office. The staff made false claims that we rescheduled appointments when we did not. They've scheduled us on days we did not agree to at the time of calls.

Fantastic experience: Excellent experience! I was nervous about my daughter’s first dental treatment but they made her feel so comfortable - she got through it without any tears! She came out smiling ear to ear! Cannot recommend Smiles In Motion enough!

Fantastic experience: We’ve been going to Smiles in Motion for years and have never had a bad experience. My daughter had to have a tooth pulled and was nervous. They did a great job to reassure her and make sure things were numb. After she said she didn’t even know it was out and she was done.

Fantastic experience: I have a 3 year old with some sensory issues and he doesn’t like to be out of my sight but he went back alone and within 15 minutes I heard a group of cheering from behind the door, they all were cheering on my son for x-rays to keep him happy, they go above and beyond for kids to be comfortable.

Fantastic experience: Brought my three kids in for their checkup today. This clinic was highly recommended to us and did not disappoint. First off there is a slide in the waiting room with the kids loved. All three were pulled back promptly for their appointments, and the team was a well oiled machine; X-rays, teeth cleaned, sealants, fluoride. Dr. Spitz was so fun and gentle. The kids were having a blast, no tears, everything went smooth and easy for us. Thank you so much for taking good care of us

Fantastic experience: My children are always excited to go to get their teeth checked and we are always treated kindly by the employees. SIM helped fix my son's teeth/mouth and got him in to be seen within a week for dental work that had to be surgically fixed , because of the neglect from the prior dental care we were receiving at a different place. SIM also makes the communication simple and convenient by texting asking if we can make it in to be seen sooner . I love that they schedule my kids back to back so I only have to worry about 1 appointment date for 2 to be seen . The Dentist is amazing there couldn't be a better place and team of people that have made bringing my 2 kids to the dentist a such a wonderful & positive experience every time!

Fantastic experience: We were referred to Smiles in Motion from our dentist due to a dental trauma my 6 year old experienced to his front 2 teeth. One for sure needed to be pulled. From the second we walked through the door, everyone at Smiles in Motion was the most warming and welcoming person. My son had the most amazing experience with this team and even ended up needing two pulled. Everything was calm, swift and compassionate. Not to mention we were out of there in about 35 minutes! Negative experience: They Neglect forwardhealth patients, staff especially MM very rude. Dr. Brandi Helms claims she “does not fill adult teeth” patient is left suffering and in pain do to an ADULT filling that she filled that fell out. Indirectly admitted they don’t have the time for what forward health will pay them. Would give negative stars if I could. Report being filed.

Fantastic experience: Dr. Helms and her team truly made my daughter’s dental experience a breeze. From the moment we walked in, they ensured we received answers to any questions I might have had about my daughter’s procedure, they made her feel comfortable and calmly talked her through something that very well could have been traumatic for her. If my daughter needs to have another tooth extracted in the future, this is the team to do it. I know that I can count on them to get her through it with ease!

Negative experience: The staff is very friendly and kind to the children. Which is a great thing for kids that have a harder time with going to the dentist. Unfortunately they have a policy that if you miss one appointment your contract with them is canceled and you can never go back. My wife gave birth to our twins and it was during a time that my other kids were supposed to have a dentist appointment and we forgot all about it with all the craziness that was going on. So now because we missed that appointment because my wife was in the hospital we are no longer allowed to go back. Just keep that in mind if you are deciding to go there that if you have an issue that comes up and you forget to cancel because of something major going on they will never let you come back. It is a pretty bad practice that if something happens they have no care that you forgot to cancel or reschedule.

Fantastic experience: We always receive outstanding care at Smiles in Motion! I am continuously impressed with the kind and warm professionalism demonstrated by all staff. They take their time explaining issues and treatments and respect your questions and boundaries. Will definitely continue seeing them!

Fantastic experience: I brought my daughter here for her first ever dentist appt when she was 16 months for a chipped tooth. We learned so much, got great recommendations for an age appropriate pacifier, and my daughter loved playing with the toys in the dental office while I chatted with Dr. Helms. It's not easy to get a 16 month old to lay down for a tooth exam but they were quick and she did great! We will be continuing dental care here.

Fantastic experience: My kids love coming to Smiles in Motion. Dr Helm and staffs are extremely kind, caring, and knowledgeable. They were able to accommodate my daughter for an unexpected extra service (filing) so it saved me an extra visit. This helped me more than they know. The environment is calm, which helps tremendously if your kiddos are nervous about seeing the dentist. Thank you for all that you do for my kids!

Fantastic experience: This is a really great dental practice. My kids love going there. The waiting room is well equipped to handle all ages. The slide is a universal favorite. The quality of dental care we get is exceptional. We get timely advice on our kid’s dental needs. They don’t do unnecessary tests and referrals are made timely. We recommend this practice heartily.

Fantastic experience: Dr Helms and her staff (shout out to Izzy) made my 2.5 year old feel comfortable while getting her teeth checked. She was able to help count her own teeth and they accommodated with me as I am 31 weeks pregnant so was not able to hold her in the best position to get fluoride in there. On top of that, the jungle gym slide in the waiting room is always a favorite experience!

Fantastic experience: Great dentist for your kids! Welcoming waiting area (with a playground!) and comfortable exam rooms. Our little one especially liked watching Paw Patrol on the ceiling-mounted TV. She was so comfortable we’ve adopted the technique at home to help her with flossing and brushing, and her teeth look amazing compared to before our visit. All procedures and problem areas were explained by both the technician and dentist, so we definitely understood what was expected.Overall, this is the best pediatric dentist we’ve seen. Our second visit was equally great. Our youngest saw the entire team, who helped her overcome some nerves, and her big sister sailed through her visit.

Fantastic experience: I can't say enough good things about the team at Smiles in Motion. I have a 7 year old son who has autism and they have been so patient with him and have really worked hard at gaining his trust. They offered several appointments to get him used to the various tools, chairs, etc which helped him feel more comfortable. He now gets excited for Xrays and loves going there. Thank you so much for everything you have all done to help make Jacks experience more enjoyable.

Negative experience: Would be a 0 but thats not an option. Very pushy to restrain a child with a disability and lack of information or knowledge. Told me things couldn't be done that could be even had to sign waivers for things that weren't even given as an option afterwards went 3 times all bad experiences with pushy uncompassionate employees and dr. The dr was helms only make an appearance to try to force things and or be smart/nasty when you'd have a genuine question or concern would get talked down to and in dr lingo trying to be cute wasn't impressed at all with the care or lack of professionalism no idea how this place rates so high but don't have a kid with a disability cause it don't matter to them horrible experience and my child is traumatized to the point where they can't even go in a dentist office and see the chair without freaking out for her experiences there. Do not recommend!!!!! Honest review nothing sugar coated.

Fantastic experience: The team at Smiles knows what to say and do to make any dental experience easy for children. They do an exceptional job explaining what they are doing when they are doing it and how it will feel/look/taste/smell. This detailed effort is what takes intimidation out of the situation regardless of appointment purpose and helps to shape a child's outlook on dental work to a positive one starting early in life. Fantastic experience: We needed emergency care today for our son and we were blown away at the professionalism, care, and amazing staff at Smiles in Motion. Fantastic experience: Kaden came in today for just a routine check up, I let the dental assistant know that he has a very loose tooth and he wouldn’t let me get it, after some signatures dr Luke came out and said very thing is looking good and he was able to snag the tooth out! Thanks to each of the staff at Smiles in Motion for making my kid LOVE the dentist

Fantastic experience: The Smiles in Motion team was so attentive to my two nervous little ones. By the end of the visit, both of my children were excited to come back!

Fantastic experience: My son, 2 years 10 months old had a fabulous experience today for his first dental appointment in the “big boy” chair! The staff were wonderful with him and made him feel so comfortable. He didn’t want to leave and keeps asking when he can go back to the dentist he also had to get X-rays which I didn’t think would happen but they did it flawlessly and it ended up going great! Would highly recommend!

Fantastic experience: The kids (3 & 5) have had great experiences at Smiles in Motion! Miss Hannah and Dr. Helms both had calm and happy demeanors which helped the kids feel calm and happy too!
