Fantastic experience: My Dentist is Dr. Carlson. He is extremely knowledgeable, resourceful, focused, and best of all personable. Unlike some dentists that I have been to, he can be honest, blunt, but really provide feedback on what you are seeking with your smile/budget and do it in personal way. The rest of the staff is always friendly, teeth cleanings, check ups, you will get reliable feedback and they will be as friendly/professional with patients as you can with hands in your mouth . Front staff is helpful, they are looking to get you in and walking out satisfied. I honestly provide this feedback to friends when they ask how an apt went or who I use for my dental work. I had to make a switch with my insurance change out 5-7 years ago and I feel I hit the homerun with the choice. It is clear why they win Best im CV Dental Practice year after year. Dr.Eric Carlson and his Assistant were patient, caring, explained everything thoroughly, and were amazing throughout the entire appointment. Fantastic experience: I was nervous about going to a dentist practice due to my last experience in a dentist office with my strong gag reflex. It’s safe to say the kind people at Menomonie Street Dental were one of the most enjoyable and accommodating Dentist Office I’ve ever been into! When I told them about my history about my strong gag reflex not only did they work with me with patience but with work with me for a viable solution. It had been 6 years of not going to the dentist because of the reflex but Menomonie Street Dental has changed that! Such a positive experience; I’d give 10 stars if I could! Would I recommend this practice to friends and family? Yes I would! Would I recommend this place to total strangers? Yes and yes!

He saved my tooth and has removed my kids’ wisdom teeth.After Invisalign in my 40s, my teeth are now perfect. We moved over 2 hours away and still come back for care. I highly recommend them!

Fantastic experience: February 19, 2026: Yesterday I had a routine visit with hygienist Brooke, and a chat with Dr. Huiras. It was a perfect experience in every way. Both ladies are just superb in their work and in their interaction with patients. I truly look forward to my dental appointments since being looked after by these two very professional and charming people. Next appointment is in June and I'll be there.

Fantastic experience: After moving here, I had to find a new Dentist. I had my previous Dr. for over 20 years and had reservations about finding an office I would like. I found Menomine Street Dental, and have been very happy with the doctors, hygienists and the front office staff. I just switched to a different hygienist (Sam) and to Dr. Piper today. I switched providers just because I was more comfortable with them. The other providers were still very good. I'm extremely happy with everything now. My experience went from great to outstanding! I'll be a patient here far as long as I'm in the area!

Fantastic experience: With being a mom of three boys life can be busy, but being able to have all the boys seen for exams and cleanings all at the same time is a game changer. The care and explanations for the kids made them feel at home. I sat with my youngest today and Sam was so sweet and made him feel like such a big boy, he can’t wait to be back. My other two boys felt comfortable and excited to tell me al about their cleanings although their hygienists came and told me all about their appointments. Our family is so thankful to be members.

Negative experience: They seem to be money hungry, everyone is in business to make money just question some of the things that they say needs to be done. then I got the bill and twice as much as they told me it would be, OK Insurance didn’t cover as much understandable, but then called in to talk to intake manager I believe, over a $400 bill. She literally hung up on me. I’ve never been treated so unprofessionally I called that day to make a payment but wow, I can’t believe that’s the way Dr. Carlson wants his practice run, but I guess whatever we will be finding a new dentist after eight years.

The hygienists were friendly, welcoming, thorough, and provided useful information in an approachable way. I saw Dr. Huiras and she seemed very knowledgeable and explained everything in detail. Even though it was busy, I felt like they weren’t rushing and really cared about answering my questions and providing all the options.

Fantastic experience: I began going to Menominee Street Dental (Dr. Carlson) 6 years ago and have been beyond satisfied with the service I have received from every single member of the staff. I am well cared for at all times and respected and listened to regarding my issues and how “we” can tackle them. I have been in the service industry (hotels and property management) my entire life so receiving the type of service I would receive in a 5-star hotel is surprising but very appreciated ! Fantastic experience: I had 2 terrible bilateral teeth, and cavities on other teeth near them. Dr. Rognlien and his wonderful assistants did such an amazing job fixing them. Two crowns that are both so perfect. And they do payment plans. I would have 2 or 3 teeth nightmares a week before these people fixed my teeth. The entire staff is incredible. I appreciate them so much. Can now confidently smile again. Thank you guys so much! Kayla in billing is also such a great person to work with. And everyone at the front desk are so helpful and polite.

Fantastic experience: Dr Eric Carlson is amazing! He has given me a beautiful smile and I will forever be greatfull! I cannot get over the incredible work he did to give me this natural look. I had 18 yes 18 veneers put in and they look incredibly real. My family and friends cannot get over what he did. I am quite critical and I was convinced I would find some imperfection that I would have to accept. NOT AT ALL! They look so gorgeous and it is because he takes everything into consideration. He doesn't just put big white fake looking veneers. From the shape to the color he was spot on!. See below my before and after. MSD is a first class organization with an amazing support staff and hygienists as well!

Negative experience: Absolutely do not go to this dental office. Sent my daughter home with NO pain medication after getting surgery to remove wisdom teeth. Tried calling the after hours number and the voicemail was FULL! Absolutely horrible patient care! Chatted with customer care on 2 separate occasions only for them to send me the same generated message. They told me someone would call before the end of the day. My phone never rang! Didn't even get an email! If I could give no stars I would. Pathetic how there isn't a stitch of sympathy for the aftercare of their patients!

Fantastic experience: I’ve been seeing Dr.Peper here for years, and I’ve never had a bad experience. She changed my life with everything we’ve done and along with her compassion for her patients. Yet again today they proved how fantastic they are for working me in same day emergency and getting me out of pain. Even though I couldn’t see my regular dentist, I was treated just like every other time. Thank you Dr.Peper, Dr.Carlson, and every single staff member for being awesome at everything you do!

Fantastic experience: I recently started my Invisalign treatment with Menomonie Street Dental. The consultation was free and beginning the process by having my buttons placed was very quick and efficient! Colleen and Dr. Carlson made the process very comfortable. They have really taken the time to provide you with the best experience. They were able to explain the process to me and answer any questions I had. I highly recommend Menomonie Street Dental!

Fantastic experience: Very through exam with Samantha. She was friendly, informative and sympathetic to my nervousness.

Negative experience: I went here for emergency dental pain that turned out to be wisdom teeth causing the pain. Dr. Carlson recommended surgically removing all 4 wisdom teeth, along with pulling a 5th tooth. At the time I thought it was a good idea, getting it all out of the way at once. Had I realized how big of a mistake I was making, due to being given terrible PROFESSIONAL advice. The sedation process was taking a generic brand of what I later realized was Valium, the morning before surgery. They never asked about medication reactions, interactions or allergies before prescribing the Valium. I had a terrible reaction mentally and was a complete monster the entire day following surgery. Dr. Carlson assured me I would have bleeding for up to 2 hours after surgery, but once I got home I would sleep most of the day. I bled all day and was only given 3 gauze rolls, so I had to purchase more. The reaction from the Valium, caused me to be awake and angry ALL DAY. When I came in before closing on the same day of surgery, due to the bleeding, Dr. Carlson had a very degrading explanation on how saliva makes its appear that I'm bleeding when I'm not. At the full assessment 2 weeks post surgery, Dr. Carlson made me feel insecure about my smile and my teeth. Which is a feeling I haven't had since I was a teenager! Asking if I was interested in Invisilign or braces due to the misalignment of ONE tooth!!! The constant calling me to change appointment times or days and their complete and utter unprofessional advice as a DOCTOR is beyond appalling. I would have given 0 stars if that were an option. 10/10 WOULDNT RECOMMEND NO MATTER HOW DESPERATE YOU ARE!!!!!

Fantastic experience: This place is absolutely great! I went in for some tooth pain because a different dentist office didn't do my filling right, and they fixed it up. Had some pain a week later, so I went back in and got a bite adjustment done for free! No more pain!
