Fantastic experience: I had a wonderful experience with the new hygienist, Vanessa Fortin! She has a great personality, very positive, and extremely gentle! I highly recommend not only Vanessa, but the whole Affordable Dental staff - all of them! I will not go to anyone else!

Fantastic experience: I was looking for a dentist I called Affordable dental in Laughlin when making the appointment Shannon helped so so much she stood on the phone with me helping me with my insurance it seemed like an hour she was so helpful with me. I would rate her a100%, even when I got to my appointment both Stephanie and Shannon were so polite, helpful, and so patient with me . They both are so sweet I'd rate them 100% These ladies treated me like family.

Negative experience: Old dentist who acted like he didn't give a hoot, hardly spoke to me other than to say I have missing teeth. Duh, really? Old worn place that needs updating, not very friendly nor professional.

Fantastic experience: The new hygienist Nikole is great. She does a thorough job in a decent amount of time. Shannon and Stephanie are so great. They are kind and caring they help you out anyway they can. The prices are very reasonable and they have great plans to help. Dr Ting is also so kind and good at his job. Clive, I think he is a dental assistant, has always been so helpful and caring. There is one other dental assistant that I don't know her name but , she is also so very kind.

Fantastic experience: The ladies at the front desk are always detailed with pricing & greet me with kindness every time. All of the dental technicians are very respectful of your time get you in and out & do an excellent job doing so.. every month my teeth are straighter & my bite is better so I know they’re doing everything correctly! Fantastic experience: Went in the other day to get some fillings and Dr.Vann and Giselle were awesome! I told them both how nervous I was due to issues with previous dentists and they comforted me the entire time and made sure I was comfortable no matter what. The ladies up front are also super awesome and always spark up fun conversation while I’m waiting :)

Fantastic experience: Dr Vann and Giselle were terrific.. I definitely recommend them for any dental and denture work.. I made mistake of trying another dentist ( only because of timing) and was very disappointed in other Dentistry ...I went in for a extraction that I never got and they were making future appts for moldings and wax bites!!... Glad I came back home to Affordable !!! Definitely worth the wait...they did extraction on day 1 and instead of molding ( yuck) they did scanning ...Giselle kept me informed of what was to come and here I am 3 days into new uppers and I am very very happy with the results.. Fantastic experience: Dr Ting is the best dentist ever. Had a painless extraction and implant. He also polished a rough spot on another tooth. No charge Not rough anymore Shannon guided me through the payment options. I chose the one for 12 months with no interest. She spent about 20 minutes setting up my account on my phone. It would have taken me forever!!!

Negative experience: I went in and had a conversation about not wanting work done that my insurance did not cover. I was told that my insurance was ran and that it covered the cost so we went through with treatment. I received a bill in the mail for my treatment because it in fact did not cover the cost. I kept getting letters with interest charges on this bill not being paid which was adding more to the price. I strictly made it clear to the staff that I was not wanting work done if it wasn’t covered. I refuse to pay a bill that I should have never received. This was in 2022/2023 I had Cigna dental

Fantastic experience: Hi, I am a patient at Affordable dental in Laughlin NV, I did make a request for commendation to Shannon W. (front office), for exceptional work at Affordable Dental. I have been a patient at the Laughlin office for at least 2 and a half years now, and Shannon W. is not only compassionate, but she is very knowledgeable regarding insurance issues. That woman makes a huge difference, and I have decided to stay with Affordable Dental, and her patience and kindness is a big part of my decision. My son will stay as well. I have witnessed her professionalism with other clients, and she is amazing with them as well. Shannon W. is an exemplary employee. The rest of the staff at Laughlin Affordable Dental are caring as well, I really like the current dentist, he shows that he cares and gives personalized care, which is so important. I do recommend the Laughlin NV office to friends and family.

Negative experience: I will not recommend this place whatsoever. I needed my Crown to be recemented, they told me, I didn't needed an appointment. To just walk in and in between appointments they would take me in. The two front desk ladies were just talking to a previous patient for a very long time about non professional subjects. Needless to say they totally ignored my paperwork and had me waiting over 2 hours. I finally left the office. I will take my service elsewhere where the office personnel will be efficient, professional and with excellent work ethic. I will give this Affordable Dentist office a 0 rating. My son went there as well and the personnel inside the rooms were rude and insulted him with mean unprofessional (X-Ray technician and dentist who checked his mouth) comments of how he looked. These people do not have any professional manners. They definitely do not belong working with people. They did not have any Customer Service Skills. We had a horrible experience at this Dental Office.

Fantastic experience: I am a patient at this Laughlin location. I am very very very afraid of Dentistry, it is just so archaic to me. When I say I'm afraid, my body has convulsions, I cry deep in my soul and tears roll down my face scared. Today I had all but 4 teeth removed, and immediate dentures put in. This is where you need to go if you are scared like me. Lucy was SO sweet and comforting. They are all awesome, but Lucy wins my <3 today

Then to the chair for a dental check-up. The dentist was very thorough and explained everything to me. Then I was able to get a cleaning. The assistant took excellent care of me. We both left the office saying that was the most pleasant dentist visit we ever had. I highly recommend this office.

I went into today for a removal of both my top wisdom teeth and let me tell you Dr.Ting is the Best hands down him and Lucy his assistant made me feel so comfortable because I was scared and nervous I have never had a tooth removed but I'm glad I faced my fear and got it done.
