Fantastic experience: I absolutely love this dental office. All the staff is super nice. They have a super cute pond with turtles to relax and watch while you get your dental work done. My teenage son goes here too. He's Autistic and a teenager, they are all very sweet and patient with him. I've been to several dentists in this area. I like this dental office the best. The pricing is really reasonable as well.They call and check on you the day after your appointment which is super sweet. They also have a texting option so you don't always have to to talk to someone on the phone. When your mouth hurts you don't want to talk. 5 stars all around!! Today I saw Will the Dental Hygienist he's the best!

Fantastic experience: Went to two other dentists in the bullhead area. Didn't like them. Felt like I was in a factory. They wouldn't show or discuss X-rays or treatment plans. I'm pretty aware of what my teeth are doing and can read X-rays. Went to Bullhead city dentistry. Very happy with the service, treatment plans, explanations.Very friendly, happy,working group. If you are tired of getting shuffled from one person to another, one chair to another. People that are only interested in getting you in, getting you out, and how much they can extract from your credit card. I highly recommend Bullhead city dentistry.

Fantastic experience: Professional had couple tooth extractions at other Dental facilities very uncomfortable. This was quick and right amount of novicaine did not feel a thing out in 30 minutes.

Fantastic experience: I had a great experience with cleaning teeth and extraction on a tooth . My concern is one of my 3 bridge crown chipped off and I have the other half of it, but was informed that I need a new bridge , I feel that the broken off crown could of been fixed until I have enough money to get a new bridge. Maybe I should get a second opinion. Otherwise their great.

Negative experience: Great office staff. Very thorough cleaning tek please tell us when there will be c charges before we get work not while work being done re. Been going here for 5 years and get 3 free cleanings. While getting the cleaning the office staff inform me there is a 52.00 copay. I would rather owe it to you than cheat you out of it. We are retired and this is money that we don't have.

Fantastic experience: This has been by far one of the best experiences I've ever had. Everyone from the receptionist who greets you with a smile, to the dental assistant, Lo, who took great care with me and my pain. She was so unbelievably caring explaining every step. Then met the dental hygiest who explained in great detail my needs and was reassuring.The dentist himself was kind and made me feel like my needs mattered. Even the financial girl was amazing. I highly recommend them. They show nothing but care and dedication to their patients. Great team!!

Negative experience: Won't let me schedule an appointment for my 3-year-old on a Friday saying that there's no pediatric dentist there and they only see 14 plus even though I work Monday through Thursday and Dad works Monday through Friday definitely would not recommend this place I'm not going back

Negative experience: Went in for a new patient special for a cleaning, walked out with no cleaning and a $2000 quote for something i dont need. Based off the other reviews seems like this is a common occurrence.

Fantastic experience: First time here just moved to Bullhead. We did a very thorough exam and went through everything, including pictures and x-rays scheduled for my cleaning so far so good.

Negative experience: Your $65 dollar special is to get you int to office to upsell services not needed! I went to a different dentist 3 days after your quote of over $3500.00 and was told I needed NO work done on my teeth! Get another opinion before going to Bullhead City Dentistry! Buyer beware!

Negative experience: The ad said 59 they raised it to 79. It was a old ad. They said for a cleaning and xray exam. . They didn't clean my teeth which was on the ad . Just exray and exam. They did not have time to do the cleaning. I paid 39.00 which was good, everyone was nice. But no cleaning . I did not need a deep cleaning just a regular cleaning . They need to fix their ad. Very misleading.

Fantastic experience: Had a great appointment. Everyone was friendly and knew what they were doing. The Doctor is amazing, great chair side manner. He removed the root tips from a molar I broke off so quickly and painlessly, I was surprised how fast it came out . Great Dentist. He went to the same Dental school my Dad did. So I know he knows his stuff!

Fantastic experience: I was being seen at another Bullhead city dental office for approx 1 yr.. I needed quite a bit of dental work- ie., a crown, fillings, either an Implant or partial bridge- all they did was clean and xrays, nothing got fixed! It seemed like they just milked my dental Ins.I was recommended to Bullhead City Dentistry, and they took care of my needs right away! What my Ins didbt cover they worked with me on a reasonable dental payment plan that I could afford! And the staff is Tops!! So awesome, nice, professional, caring, and Dr. Pak is The BEST!! He knows exactly what he is doing, and he is totally Amazing. That Whole office is great. I don't plan on going anywhere else!

Fantastic experience: I love this office! The dentist and staff are so friendly! They go above and beyond to make you comfortable. Modern equipment and a room with a view!!! Ceiling to floor windows so you can see the trees, the little river, waterfalls and the turtles. Im not sure how many there are but I see a few every visit.

So much easier to visit than wait too long and end up with expensive repairs!! The staff at Bullhead City Dentistry on Silver Creek Rd are friendly and kind. I recommend them to everyone!

I was there for the first time yesterday and the office is very clean and they have relaxing video showing at each station and an adorable outdoor pond and greenery to look at while waiting in your dental chair. Dr. Smith was amazing and went above and beyond to figure out my tooth issue. I’m very pleased with the friendly staff as well! I’m new to this city, and so glad I found such a great Dentist!

Negative experience: I am very disappointed on this place I called yesterday and told the receptionist that I needed an appointment as I broke a crown and I was in a lot of pain and the first thing she ask me was about my insurance and she said we don't take that insurance goodbye. I was going to tell her that I could pay cash but she didn't give me the chance. I guess they don't really care about people it is very sad.

Fantastic experience: In all honesty it was smooth and fast. So they don’t take my insurance but on there website they offere free emergency exam with X-rays. I was so greatful of how even though they I have state insurance with how much pain in Im they got me in quick and were very helpful and friendly. They gave me a quote as well as options for payment plans.

Negative experience: I had a beautiful smile. I asked him to fix my chipped tooth. He talked me into the ugly huge caps. They are so big I can hardly close my mouth. His office manager is so fake. The rest of the office personnel are really nice but they have no control. It’s the rude office manager and Dr Smith who said it would be 1800$ then it ended up being almost 3000$ for teeth I DID NOT WANT! They look nothing like my original teeth and I’ve been so sad since…but what can I do at this point? Sue him??? I’d still be stuck with these ugly huge teeth!!! Photos coming soon. It’s been a year and every day I get sadder and sadder. I showed him my smile before he messed it up and he said…”that’s you??” Uhh yeah!!! Thanks for taking my money and that fake office manager should definitely be replaced for lying through her fake ugly smile!!! BAIT AND SWITCH IS EXACTLY WHAT THEY DO. THEY NEED DOLLAR BILLS. Be cautious!!!

Negative experience: My elder mother had gone here kept telling them she just wanted a 6 month cleaning covered under her insurance and they sent her home with this $4200 dental plan, she scheduled her appointment for the 6 month cleaning and she came home looking like she was near death and I asked what was going on and she told me they did this deep dental clean and it cost like 1,200 since I have brought her back home to Minnesota and told them what happened and all the dentist her said she didn't need that treatment and we should go to the dental board of AZ and being busy I didn't do anything, since that appointment she has been getting a $120 bill for what I'm not sure but I refuse to pay it. So we go back to AZ this past year for 7 months and I need my teeth cleaned so I find this dentist that takes delta dental and make a appointment and 3/3 times I waited almost 1 hour so I canceled and rescheduled but I had witnessed the same thing that happened to my Mom happening to other elderly patients so I decided not to use this dentist as I realized this was the same place that had done this to my Mom. I went to Jennings and Larson and had an excellent experience and I'm glad I did. I will be turning this place into the AZ Dental board on Monday and hope others will do the same thing and not wait 2 years like I did.

Fantastic experience: Best dentist I've ever been to (I'm 72 yo) and the best prices! They we're so nice and state of the art. While I was having work done, I got to look out on the pond and watch hi def nature videos. It was very relaxing.

I have always had a hard time with my anxiety going to the dentist, the Dentist Dr. Smith was super nice, and He was able to provide me with multiple options to handle my dental anxiety.
