Fantastic experience: This office is AMAZING! Absolutely LOVE the staff and doctors. Everyone is so attentive, friendly, and knowledgeable. They really accommodated my every concern and offered the best plan of action for me. I would recommend all my friends and family to go here. My mom also became a patient and they worked with her insurance and were able to do her multiple crowns, bridge, and deep cleaning in a matter of 2 weeks and due to finances they gave her a major discount. We are so blessed to have found this place! 10/10!

Fantastic experience: One of the best dentist teams I’ve ever dealt with. As some know HMO coverage practices tend to want to upcharge or sadly even fabricate services needed to make their money, as they get paid little for HMO patients. I didn’t warn ahead but was watching for the tactics that did not come. This practice is refreshingly honest, professional and has very current dentistry practices dialed in! They are plenty busy and can do many services same day. Not a long wait for cleaning appointments. The team seems happy and work very well together. 100% recommend this Dentistry.

Negative experience: I am leaving a one start review, but 0 if I could. While the staff and facility are both very nice, I’m super disappointed in the service I received. When I made my very first appointment here, I was concerned about some OCCASIONAL and SLIGHT jaw clicking. It was only when I chewed gum, usually. After my appointment, I was told that the way to fix it would be to get my wisdom teeth removed. My wisdom teeth were not protruding and I never had any pain whatsoever, as reported to the doctor. He assured me this was the way to go. At my follow up months later, I expressed concern to the doctor and told him that my jaw clicking has turned into popping and has gotten severely worse. His answer “wait a few more months”. Well, here we are. Months later and I can no longer eat anything. Everything that requires me to chew causes my jaw to pop and lock up. I am in so much pain, and the doctor? He just got his money out of it and sent me on my way. It’s disappointing, because I felt like he cared. But, there was no reason to sell me on a procedure that just made everything worse. Of course, I’m still paying off that procedure to this day. I’d love a reimbursement even partially because of all the pain this has caused me. I called to express these concerns and wasn’t really met with any answers, only justifications.

Fantastic experience: My experience today for cleaning was extremely good. By daisy the hygienist she offered me emotional support during the cleaning, I highly recomend her for well done job.

Negative experience: Beware of this location. The sales tactics here are un real. Don't fall for the deep cleaning and the urgent root canal or crown bit.

Fantastic experience: Dentist office was very helpful, knowledgeable and understanding about my dental health. Office staff professional and kind. Dr. Namm was also very quick in service and explained all treatment possibilities. Absolutely will go back.

Fantastic experience: This has been the best experience I’ve had in the last couple years! From the moment I walked in the Staff in the front office was friendly, kind, and very welcoming. I had recently had a very bad experience with my previous dentist so this was a breath of fresh air. I thought I had no hope but Then I met with the staff in the back and the Dentist himself and they made me better about my whole process! I knew I needed a lot of work and they were very honest about it and defined a plan immediately . I never thought I would be excited to go to a dentist! I’m excited to get back on my journey to healthy oral hygiene and everything it entails. I am so glad I found the because I know they will help me! They don’t realize how this experience is life changing for me!

Negative experience: HORRIBLE DENTIST AND STAFF! DO NOT GO! HORRIBLE WITH KIDS!!!! Our experience at this dental office was very disappointing. The assistant was consistently rude toward me and my wife and seemed completely indifferent to our child, which is concerning in a setting that’s supposed to be welcoming and patient-centered. Unfortunately, the same attitude came from the owner, Dr. Namm. There was little effort to address concerns or make the visit comfortable, and it felt like our experience simply didn’t matter to them. For a practice that works with families and children, bedside manner and communication are just as important as the dental care itself. We left feeling frustrated and will not return

Negative experience: Don't fall for the reviews like I did. They outright attempted medical necessity fraud by attempting unnecessary procedures. They told me I needed four root canals, four crowns, and a deep cleaning. The costs were too much which caused me to go to another dentist office for a second opinion. There I was told I do not need a deep cleaning or any root canals. I only needed a regular cleaning and two crowns for cracked tooth syndrome (which wasn't mentioned at DofSJ), and which I was also able to see on the scans. I can't believe I almost allowed them to do all of those unnecessary procedures for no reason. Update: I received a call from their manager who was exceptionally kind and apologetic for my experience there. Though acknowledging the trust with them was lost, she still wanted to make things right and did what she could to do so.

Fantastic experience: I visited Dentists of San Jacinto before for a cleaning, and today I returned for my orthodontic tray appointment. I have slightly uneven teeth, so I’m starting treatment with the Spark tray brand. My main dentist is Dr. Chau, and Dr. Nam also came by to check on me during the visit. Everyone here is friendly, professional, and makes you feel comfortable . The whole process took only about 30 minutes, and everything was explained clearly. I’m really looking forward to seeing how my teeth improve over time. It feels good to take a step toward a more even smile and more confidence in the future. I truly appreciate their care and would definitely recommend this clinic to others.

Negative experience: I received a service that wasn't the quality i was explained and was expecting, as it was explained to me in the initial appt. After various conversations with the Manager, she was able to help me with a refund and apologized for the misunderstanding. I hope in the future to be able to have a better overall experience. Most staff were friendly and the Dr. as well. I only spoke with one upper management person who wasn't very friendly. Other than that, the place is very clean and welcoming. The dental assistants were thorough.

I was always skeptical of going to a local dentist office near me because of the things I heard in the San Jacinto/Hemet area and what I have experienced in the past. But, this time I needed to go local (instead of out of town like i normally do) because my tooth pain just wasn't going to wait. Off the bat its a stressful scenario, but this was my first time going to this dentist office and it turned into a wonderful scenario. They were able to get me in promptly. I appreciate every staff member! From the Dr's, receptionists, dental assistants and hygienists, I was recieved very professionally and with great kindness. We were able to address ALL the concerns I had and they gave me a helping hand to do things at a pace I was comfortable with. Thank you Dentists of San Jacinto! Also, check the other ratings too that's what also helped me to settle for this establishment so many positive reviews and I am happy to be one of them too now!

Fantastic experience: I had a rough night dealing with a severe tooth ache and phoned Dentists of San Jacinto looking for help. Since I called around midnight, I wasn't expecting anything immediate, but my call was answered and within moments I had an appointment set up for early that morning. When I arrived for my appointment, the staff was very friendly, knowledgeable and quickly got me working through the process of diagnosing the issue and fixing it. I was very impressed with how fast and efficient everything was and by the amount of compassion and care I received. I left pain free and with a plan to move forward with my dental care. A+ service.

Fantastic experience: Coming from a Guy who hasn’t been to the dentist in more than 10 years And feels pretty insecure about his teet/mouth This place makes me feel very comfortable. I didnt know much about my own health insurance or how it works and They were very happy to check it out for me and explained to me on how my insurance works. What my insurance pays and what I need to pay. They set me up with an affordable payment plan. The Doctors and Dental Assistants who worked on me were very very gentle and explained the procedure clearly. Going to the dentist is one thing i hated doing but this place just makes it easy to book an appointment when i need some teeth work Thank you Dentists of San Jacinto

The front desk ladies including Bianca who helped me was warm & welcoming, she was able to inform me of all insurance topics which was an incredible help. Dr. Justin Namm, Kim, and Daisy were nothing short of amazing — professional, gentle, and incredibly knowledgeable. They took the time to explain everything clearly, answered all my questions with patience, and made sure I felt calm and informed every step of the way. Fantastic experience: I went in as a new patient and the office atmosphere was just amazing. The receptionist were very nice and welcoming and the girl doing xrays and assisting the provider was very respectful and kind . The hygenist went into detail and explained everything thoroughly as the provider himself Dr. Namm did an amazing job very friendly and welcoming took his time to finish the procedure listens to all your concerns and is in no hurry making sure you understand the procedure. Overall experience was GREAT would definately recommend this office to everyone i know!!

Positive experience: I have had 3 tooth extractions here. All extremely painful. Place is clean and modern but dentists are young and inexperienced. If you have complicated teeth like I have find somebody experienced. Periodontist recommended having my wisdom tooth removed although I was not in pain. I did what he said and suffered greatly.

From the front desk to the whole team who worked with me in the back Thank you for making it a great experience. Nobody looks forward to the Dentist but they have changed that for me. They are all very informative and helpful to make sure we understand the work that needs to be done or what's going on with our teeth and guns they were super helpful in setting up payment options that work for you. Fantastic experience: Dr Namm and his staff are amazing. I been searching for a dentist for a few years now and finLly found him! I checled out 3 and they all quoted me between 15k-25k. Today, I actually stopped by because I was in horrible pain first time ever walking into their office. I didn’t even call first. Everybody was great every single person I dealt with. Selena did my x-rays and took care of me very gentle very sweet. Dr Namm is very honest. He’s the first dentist out of three that I’ve seen that weren’t trying to make me pay an outrageous amount. They definitely earned my business and took me right in right off the street literally! lol I didn’t even wait 20 minutes as a brand new patient. They made the process so easy which made my day.
