Fantastic experience: Had a scaling done, I like the fact that they numbed me up first, it really helped a lot. Took a bit to wear off, but the scaling was less painful.

Fantastic experience: I couldn’t be more happier with finding this dental office. They are truly amazing from them when you walk through the front door everybody’s extremely nice and professional. And once you get in the back, it’s even better the assistance and the dentist are very nice, comforting, and gentle. I definitely highly recommend if you may have been him or San Jacinto or don’t mind making a drive then this is definitely the place for you. You will not regret it. Best dentist ever.

Negative experience: This place needs to be better organized with appointments, I brought my mom in about a month ago and she was there just waiting for about 3 hours, I had to go in to get her she is disabled and was laying for the majority of that time, wich I may add she was not seen they just put her in the room set her and forget her. She was in a lot of physical pain she couldn’t wait any longer. Today she had another appointment this was the reschedule from the last time we had to walk out from waiting for so long it was scheduled at 9am many other people were there and by the looks of the sign in chart they were also scheduled at 9am my mother came out of there approximately 5 mins to noon except at least this time she had treatment done. The staff for the most part is pretty courteous.

Fantastic experience: You know what, this is a great place. I have been a few times now and I was feeling my filling really annoying me and didnt want to seem annoying to them to keep asking to fix it but they were very accommodating and welcoming me and told me to come back anytime if I feel something wrong and they are very patient and made me feel good. Dr. Deza is really nice and great and helpful and Dr. Ray was kind as well and the stuff is nice and friendly. I would recommend this place to others because it’s really good the place is clean and they work quickly with efficiency, not rushing through you. Come check them out !

Negative experience: We arrived to our appointment 15 minutes early but sat in the waiting room for 2 hours until they finally put us in a room. We waited in that room another hour. We waited 3 hours in total. This place is known to overbook.

Positive experience: It took months to finally get all the approvals. Once there the wait wasn't to long. All staff were very polite and professional. I needed a lot of work since had not seen a dentist for a few years. The only problem I have, ( And I will call the office about ), is the temp. crown that was applied came off. I just put it back on but need to be sure that it being able to come off will not cause a problem with a possible infection and such as things might be able to get under it. There was almost no pain. On a scale of 1- 10 where no pain is 1 and 10 you want to cry, I give it a 2. Now this was only my 3rd time to this office. First xray and evaluation. 2nd the approval but needed to submit some more information for more approvals. This last on Dec. 9th about 3hrs. lots of work done, very well . Will update as I go. Waiting for the crown to arrive. Also have had many bad experiences with others and that was the main reason I didn't want to go to another dentist. But if things keep going the way they have this will be my dental care office.

Negative experience: Do not send your children alone to pay them if paying with cash, the treatment of braces where to expensive and not equivalent to what I received, my parents send me one day to my ortho treatment, what ever they tell you there liars, they never let you inside to the back until you pay them, so obviously I paid the lady upfront at the desk in cash before they let me inside my ortho apointment the lady never gave me a receipt so obviously she forgot I forgot to ask for the reciept so the next apointment they told me I owed them two payments in total and couldnt take me in until I paid those two payments, so when I told my parents my mom got to the office ,this old lady upfront told my mom that they never received the payment and that I must've forgot and tooken it and spend it on something else, liars they never let you into the back until you pay them so they cheated me with an extra $200.00, They will always insist you if it's an issue to your schedule that you can always send your child alone to their apointment with the payment , do not send your child here nor alone they do that since they know children are vulnerable and naive, another thing that happend this bald dude does not know how to set braces, my teeth where literally extremely crooked and had a tooth on the hard part of my palete so literally on the inside roof of my mouth, so obviously my lower teeth where going to collide with the bracket on that tooth and one day he was trying to mock me when he asked me why did my bracket fell , and told him the truth the last time I ate a salad and my lower tooth fell of and littery said ," Oh it must've been a hard salad" littery trying to say I was lying and eating hard foods, as soon as he supposably finish I went to the restroom and obviously had to close my mouth as soon as a closed my teeth the bracket on the tooth I had on the inside of my palete fell and so I went directly with him and told me oh it's fine will take care of it next apointment, The next apointment like usual another person that doesn't know what his doing I belive doctor Deza or Denza took me in, the bald dude noticed and rembered me and said ," Oh Doctor his the one" what I belive he ment by "his the one" as the trouble maker, The doctor put on that Bracket back again, though literly he's the one who told me before my treatment I needed a palete expander because my paletes where to small and had a butch tooth he was going to give a nice shape he never gave me a palete expander nor fixed my butch tooth , though they did pulled $200.00 the upfront clerk cheated me as well as an extra $900.00 dolar for a palete expander plus a $4,500.00 that's a total of $5,600.00 for a braces treatment with including supposed professionals that don't know what there doing starting from the front ending up with a delusional doctor who told me I needed a palete expander just find another place, espiacially not a place for your children.

Fantastic experience: This was my son's first time coming here. And I was hoping for the best. My son had a bad experience with the dentist before where the hygienist was rude and non patient. Just a horrible experience overall. When we came here the hygienist lady was so nice, gentle, telling my son what the next steps where and what she was gonna do next. I think I found my son's new dentist.

Fantastic experience: Me & my husband had appts 15 min apart. Did not take long to be called to the back for x-rays. All the staff were friendly and the dental assistant was so sweet ( I will ask for her name next time). The dentist was cool too. The only thing that I didn't like was we were put in the same room' so we went back & forth with the dental assistant for cleaning than again with the dentist. We were there about 2 1/2 hours but still 5 stars. ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️
