Fantastic experience: Azle Family Dentristy has been my dentist for over ten years. The personnel are always friendly and caring. They make sure you are comfortable and at ease during any procedure. They answer any questions so I can understand the answers.

Fantastic experience: This dentist office is by far the best dental office I have ever been to. Dentist is kind, caring, and does absolutely phenomenal work when they numb your mouth, they say you might feel a pinch this dentist was so impressive. I felt nothing. I don't know how he did it but I sure do appreciate it on top of that, he takes his time doing the work in your mouth to ensure that he does it right. I was going to this office through the VA and they fought tooth and nail to get the proper care done. I am sad that I no longer can go to this dentist office through the VA because the VA did not renew their contract.

Fantastic experience: Was so very happy to find this dentist! He is very good, and very nice, as is the rest of his staff. Have been very pleased with every visit that I’ve had there! I’ve had cleanings, and 2 crowns done, very gentle and very caring, Dr. Hoover doesn’t do anything that doesn’t need to be done. If you need a family dentist I highly recommend him!

Negative experience: Unable to deal with veterans and the VA's dumdassary tring to make someone who has no teeth get xrays and a cleaning when there for dentures. Smells to me like they don't care and there only to bill the government for services not needed or already done at a different dentist.. and were not even going to try to get records from other dentist.. or VA of established care plan.. just wanted to start from 0 for billing as much as they could get from VA... then tell the VA the VET can't come back because they can not meet the timeline the VET needs after already waiting 12 weeks for teeth.. this place wanted another 12 weeks more for dentures.. with at least 6 to 8 more billable office visits.
