Got my night guard today and was talking to Dr. Leeann about my nephew who had a tooth infection that turned into a very aggressive cancer. Good reminder to stay up-to-date on dental checkups!

Fantastic experience: Had my teeth cleaned today and Dr. Leann used a cavitron, instead of scalers. My teeth feel so clean! The cavitron felt so much better and was more gentle than the scraping from scalers that past dentists have used. Thank you Dr. Leann!

Negative experience: Receptionist is nice. I would not recommend going to this dentist. Dentist is rude and has no compassion. One of the worst experiences I have had with a dentist. Number one reason why I haven’t been to a dentist in four years.

Fantastic experience: Dr. Leann got my implant dentures to look and feel amazing! A different dentist made my first set of dentures after I got my implants and they did not work well. He would not listen to me or make them right. A friend referred me to Dr. Leann and she got it right! She listened to what I wanted and made all the changes I asked for to make my new dentures just what I wanted. Highly recommend Dr. Leann for your implants and dentures.

I have never liked my smile and I’ve had a handful of dentists in the past tell me my options were extremely limited. Dr Leann came up with some very good ideas. Taylor and Jennifer are a great addition to the office and help dr. work as a team to get you what you need and make sure you needs are communicated and met. Fantastic experience: Wonderful place. My son has autism and was very scared to come in they were fabulous with him and his sensory issues. Unfortunately he had to go to a specialist for his teeth problems due to needing to be sedated. This will be where I bring him back to for his future appointments. Please can't stress this enough don't wait until it gets too bad for your special needs kiddo. Bring them to Richmond family dental you won't regret it.

Negative experience: Charges absurd amounts, treats you differently when you ask to leave and think on your decision

Negative experience: Not only did they have absurd rates, they decided to call MULTIPLE times stating that there were other options with said tooth, after we left and said we were not interested. Keep in mind they gave us a bill to look at and never said anything about the other options. Just jumped right on the money. Completely in-professional. They called and asked for a changed review because "it makes us look bad" so keep this in mind before you go.
