Fantastic experience: Dr. Ross and her office are amazing. I went there as an adult needing extensive orthodontic work and traditional braces. Dr. Ross was able to do advanced orthodontics with braces at her Longmont office. I couldn't be happier. I also take my kids to her for their orthodontics and I love that she doesn't over treat and doesn't like to treat too soon without it being necessary. She is an extremely knowledgeable and skilled practitioner who happens to be a lot of fun. Highly recommended.

Fantastic experience: Dr. Ross and her staff are friendly, kind, and helpful! My daughter was nervous about braces when she got them, but was immediately put at ease. Dr. Ross finds commonalities with her patients and remembers details to have follow up questions even when appointments are months apart. She also has a very straightforward policy on cost and payment. While it won’t save you money to get braces off early, you won’t be charged any extra if they have to stay on longer, either. It’s too hard to predict how a persons body will respond, so no one is penalized. In a world where corporate entities could change things on you mid treatment, it’s good to know there are still s small, independent practices like this one that put ethics and patient health at the top.

Fantastic experience: Dr. Ross and Longmont Braces are both wonderful! Dr. Ross is conservative and honest in her treatment plans. I had a very complicated issue with my jaw and she help fix it! She is highly skilled and just a nice person all around. She will explain everything in an easy to understand way. All the staff have been very good and very helpful through our whole process. Fantastic experience: We are so incredibly grateful for the care our family received from Dr Ross and her team. Both of my kids had complex orthodontic needs, each for different reasons. She handled both cases with skill and compassion. She didn't just straighten teeth, she coordinated with several other dental specialist, managed the details and helped us navigate each of the many steps with confidence. Our family has had to see a lot of doctors over the years, and Dr. Ross truly stands out. She treated my kids with respect, warmth and genuine care. She spoke directly to them, listened to their concerns and made them feel heard and empowered throughout the process. We have worked with Dr. Ross since my kids were in elementary school and my youngest is now off to college. We are still working with her and she has been a steady and positive presence in their lives for many years. I have also loved working with her staff. They are kind, welcoming and consistent. Many of them have been there since we started, which says a lot to me about how she runs her office. I am so thankful that we were referred to her so many years ago. I truly cannot recommend her enough.

Fantastic experience: Longmont Braces is the best orthodontics place on the front range. From the friendly office staff to Dr. Ross to the braces techs you will feel welcome when you enter the place. They greet you with a smile and you will feel comfortable. Treatment plans are individualized for what your kids or you need.

Fantastic experience: We LOVE Dr. Ross and her staff. My 8-year-old needed braces, and Dr. Ross sat down with us and basically explained everything to our child, making her feel special and part of her treatment plan, instead of talking directly to the parents. I love her approach! So many providers basically just ignore the kid and speak to the parents. While my daughter doesn't 'love' having braces, she definitely wasn't scared about getting them after talking to Dr. Ross. I would (and do) recommend Dr. Ross and Longmont Braces to everyone who asks.

Fantastic experience: Dr. Ross has been very personable and thorough throughout and beyond my time as a patient at Longmont Braces. I experienced issues with my bottom bonded retainer coming entirely off about a year and 1/2 after it was placed. I had called the office to see what could be done and was initially told I'd have to pay at least $100 just to be seen and any work done will be additional. I received a follow up voicemail several hours later informing me that Dr. Ross would see me at no charge. She managed to get me in same day and removed the excess glue that was leftover and replaced the bonded retainer 100% at no charge. I was informed that their is a one year warranty on the bonded retainers and they do typically charge for the replacement due to it falling outside of warranty. I also don't believe I showed up to my final appointment and retainer check which may have overall prevented this. I give Dr. Ross 5 starts but I think the front desk could work on their patient service and the communication. Had I been told over the phone that I was outside of warranty and the retainer wouldn't be covered I would have understood, in addition I think they could have handled my questions better by speaking with the doctor first and then following up with me but during my initial call the staff was very short with me and very adamant about having to charge me before any work was done and not having any knowledge on what type of costs I would be looking at.

Fantastic experience: We have been coming here for 7+ years and absolutely love all the staff and Dr. Ross! She always sees them each visit and takes time out of her day of something is wrong with an appliance or gives ideas on how to make things better. Couldn't ask for a better orthodontist!

Negative experience: I had a very disappointing experience with this orthodontic office. After my initial consultation (for Invisalign), I took some time to decide whether or not to proceed with treatment. When I called back with questions regarding payment options, I felt dismissed and treated as if I were asking unreasonable questions. The following day, after getting all the necessary information, I confirmed that I was ready to proceed with the treatment and make my down payment. However, the next day, I was told by the receptionist that they would not continue with my case. I was left stunned and confused, especially as no real explanation was provided. The receptionist simply asked where to send my records, and when I called back to inquire about the reason, I was met with a lack of transparency and professionalism. The doctor then called the following day but gave the same answer, despite providing a full explanation. Still, no real reason was given for why they were unable to help with my case. Ultimately, I was left with no clear reason for their decision, which was incredibly frustrating. At the doctor's level, I would have expected better communication and respect for my time and investment. I would not recommend this practice to anyone and sincerely hope that others do not have to experience such poor treatment.

Fantastic experience: Dr Ross is great and so is the entire staff at her offices in Longmont and Firestone. My younger daughter finished with her braces a few days ago. My older daughter finished about 18 months ago. Dr Ross and her staff do a great job of encouraging compliance with hygiene when the braces are on and with retainer use once the braces come off. We could not be happier with the results.
