Aesthetic Dentistry of Jersey Shore

Negative experience: My first visit when I walked in, it was very unfriendly. I ignored it the first time as I know people can have a bad days. My second visit, same thing they were very rude unfriendly, and I felt the are racist. The way they spoke to me was very unprofessional. Once I went in the back, I explained that to the doctor I told her exactly what happened when I walked in and how I felt, she said she would speak to her staff. I feel I gave them two chances to address me differently. The first chance I gave them a pass the second I will not Give them another chance To treat me unkindly. Now I’m searching for another dentist. It’s the staff the doctor treated me with kindness and empathy. I don’t wanna pay my money where I can’t be treated like any other customer that comes in the door Of a different nationality. Disappointed

Fantastic experience: When I got there I was so nervous but when they made me feel so good and comfortable I didn’t feel anything and they were gentle and polite I recommend any one to come there because they makes you feel safe and again they are gentle ❤️❤️❤️

Fantastic experience: Everyone is so friendly and accommodating kind. You did not have to wait long North fill out tons of paperwork. Cleaned beautiful place and very detailed and compassionate :-)

Negative experience: No starts if i could. I Came in to this place for a cleaning and they told me I needed to change 2 of my fillings because they were old. Before they did my fillings I’ve never had any problems with my teeth, now i have 2 crowns because they hit the nerve. DO NOT GO HERE THEY ARE HORRIBLE!!

Fantastic experience: I would highly recommend Dr.Varchenko and her lovely team of women . The doctor is lovely and very skilled and understanding. My issue is a bit complicated with my teeth and I feel like I am in very caring and skilled hands. The office is clean and you don’t have to wait long and she and her team give very personalized care to me. They constantly are asking if you are okay, if you need water, if you need anything . The blond woman at the front desk is the best, she goes above and beyond for me! I feel horrible that I can’t remember her name as I am writing this review! I asked my insurance to switch my dentist after a terrible experience with a a different dental office and I’m so glad I got assigned to Dr. Varchenko and her team. Today while I was there an older man had a bad reaction and wasn’t feeling well and the way I saw them care for him was way above and beyond . Sweet and empathetic and professional. Would recommend to all my family and friends .

I had a unique problem to get the front tooth replaced and she was very innovative and now I look completely normal and can smile again. I deal with a number of people and it was rather embarrassing to be missing one of the front teeth. I feel more relaxed and comfortable talking to people. Very grateful

Fantastic experience: Professional and courteous A cap fell off a rear molar. I was given an appointment that afternoon with the explanation I would be squeezed in. The office was crowded when I arrived. However, I did not have to wait more then 10 minutes. Dr saw me and also examined my left jaw as I was in an accident a few days before and could not keep my mouth open for very long. I appreciated the time and advice Dr V gave me.

Fantastic experience: The entire office staff is super friendly and makes you feel welcome and important. Dr. Varchenko is phenomenal. I felt like I was in good hands right from the first visit. The hygienist is very thorough. So glad I switched to this practice. So far I had a cleaning and one crown replaced and bonding on two teeth. The bonding looks great. Now had a second crown replaced and it looks great. Dr Varchenko even gave me a kit of cement and explained how to use it in case my temporary crown fell out. No other dentist ever did that, not ever! Just had my second crown replaced and it looks great! Couldn't be happier with Dr Varchenko and her entire staff.
