Fantastic experience: I have been coming here since a little girl. I now live in Lansing and I travel from there with my three kids and continue to come to Dr. Schau and team. Staff is very personable and kind. My kids actually don't mind this experience at all. A few of them may even enjoy. Thank you as always.

I went for a checkup and cleaning and asked if they could get me a partial quickly, as we were going to be leaving on vacation soon, and my old one was broken. They made no promises, but said they would try. They did it. Now I can travel without embarrassment. Thank you to Dr. Schau and the staff. I just went back for a cleaning and checkup. The atmosphere in this office is always good. Everyone seems to want to be there and take good care of you. I had some work done a couple weeks ago, and started having pain with headaches. They got me in right away and checked everything out and made me very confident in the plan going forward. Dr. Schau explained everything so I could understand and I am very confident in her abilities. Thank you to her and the staff. They are all top notch! Another cleaning and checkup today. Everything is on point every time I'm in the chair. The '80s music was a bonus!

They always have the patient’s best interest in mind when creating a dental plan. Dr. Schau is amazing at what she does and she is forever finding ways to advance her practice and step up her game to stay ahead of the times. Her Invisalign program helped straighten my teeth in such a short amount of time, I still find myself doing double takes in the mirror to make sure my teeth are actually straight. Fantastic experience: 1-9-26. Had a crown prep/core build up done today. Anyone out there who does need a general DDS, or maybe just moved into the area, look no further. Dr. Schau and the entire staff are awesome.

Negative experience: I wish this company and Dr Schau would allow her care to speak for itself and allow natural reviews instead of coaxing her patients to give her 5star Google reviews. It’s not cool to hassle people into leaving a 5 star review then fill social media with reels of herself cat walking and flipping her hair implying that all her patients LOVE HER and they left yet another good review…. ( your literally asking and rewarding your patients to leave better reviews) That’s like a nurse handing the patient a daisy award form upon discharge and asking them to complete the form or like a store giving you a discount if you “leave a good review”. Good care will always win. Remember to stay humble and not let success go to your head.

Fantastic experience: Just left my old dentist.They sold to another company was not happy with the new staff. Today was my first visit, and I must say I was extremely impressed. They spent more time with me today than probably any dentist ever has explaining what's going on in my mouth. Definitely a busy business.But everybody was so accommodating and nice, you couldn't tell how busy they were. I would highly recommend this place to anybody looking for a positive change. Everyone was wonderful.

Fantastic experience: I have pretty intense dental anxiety, this is the first time I’ve ever left a dentists office feeling excited. Everyone was amazing kind and patient and always checking in that I was comfortable and okay. The full mouth picture they did really allowed me to feel apart of my treatment plan and see what’s going on. The hygienist was so kind and took the time to educate me on how to properly use my water pik and take care of my teeth. I am so happy I was able to get in and feel like this office is a wonderful fit for me.

Fantastic experience: I took my daughter here today for the first visit to discuss what will be her orthodontia journey and was absolutely thrilled to learn so much from Dr. Schau. We were coming over from another orthodontist in the area, who I had a great experience with myself but didn’t feel 100% ready to pull the trigger with for my mini and I am so glad I waited and got in with Dr. S. She completely explained the process, reasoning behind her recommendation and was so incredibly patient with all my questions. We are so excited to start treatment with her!!

She walks you through every step and makes sure you fully understand what needs to be done and doesn't do unnecessary work like the other dentists I've been to. Can't recommend her enough. Her staff is also so friendly and caring. The receptionist Ann is maybe one of the most friendly people I've ever met!
