Fantastic experience: Great group of people who are attentive and great to have for all dentistry needs. They are a bit tough sometimes to get into due to how good of a job they do, but they stay on top of keeping you notified and attempting to get you in as soon as possible along with are willing to if needed notify you if a cancellation occurs so you can get seen earlier than originally scheduled. Been using them for over a decade now and no complaints ever for me and the family and plan to keep them as my go to as long as they keep the lights on. Wouldn't change them for anyone else. Just a great group to have.

Fantastic experience: Very good office with great doctor and staff. No unnecessary treatments and procedures are offered. No wait times as such always a quick in and out. I had a filling appointment on December 1st, and the experience was excellent. The doctor did not do any procedure as everything looked healthy now and my tooth was no longer bothering me. I really appreciated the honesty—he didn’t try to do any unnecessary work and genuinely cared about my oral health. It’s rare to find a dentist who is this professional, transparent, and trustworthy. Highly recommended!

Negative experience: Don't go here, seriously unprofessional. Rude to kids and families, and if you even question anything about their policies they black list you. My kid had extream dental anxiety and was freaked out about going again after the first time there (he was 7 I think) Now he's 9 and needs specialist work done .. Doesn't matter if they're the only place that can do the work needed on your kid. You disagreed and chalanged them in a stupid policy so they black list you. Screw your kid, they can loose their adult teeth for all they care. Would seriously give them zero stars if I could. Edit: I've noticed the owner has a habit of posting "Don't have a patient with this name" to try and discredit complaints. So before they do that - it was my kid, not me, and no I will not be sharing their info online. Also my last name here is not the same as theirs. So good luck gaslighting like you have the others that gave bad reviews.

Fantastic experience: Honestly have terrible anxiety when it comes to the dentist but the team here are seriously amazing. From helping me keep calm before to always honoring my wish of not being blasted water and not enough suction.. the gal from my extractions yesterday was spot on, I recommend 12/10. Thank you team!! Although I didn't love the idea of 4 extractions and virtually small amount of pain but before was terrible pain. You guys are the real MVPs

Had xrays and an exam. Staff was very professional and friendly. The office is modern and welcoming. After being with Dental Dreams for 2 years, this office was a breath of fresh air. Negative experience: If you’re looking for a dentist that only says hi if he feels like it, always in a hurry, and yells at you if you react to his JAMMING needles in your mouth, well then this is your dentist! Never have I felt like they made me feel, I had major work done and in my 61 years I’ve never had a dentist (or doctor) make me feel like this…I’m traumatized so much to the point that I’ve changed dentists in the middle of my major dental work, I can’t even think of that place without getting anxiety and racing heart! That’s what Just a smile Away has done for me

After sharing this with Tammy, the hygienist, I soon learned my fears were for nothing. She was so gentle, quick, and painless. I was so impressed. Fantastic experience: I did not take care of my teeth as a teenager. I have been playing catch up with all kinds of problems because of that for years. I have been to numerous Dentists because of it as well. Dr. Sabourin sets the bar in dentistry in every area of the field. I will never go to another dentist unless forced. I have had fillings, root canals, and extractions and every experience has been courteous, professional, and fast. It is clear to the layman that is paying attention that Dr. Sabourin has a expert level ability that he can use instinctively to get you out of that chair and on with your life.

Fantastic experience: Was with another dental practice for 49 years. When they stopped accepting my insurance I decided to try another. I received a flyer in the mail from “Just a Smile Away” that said it accepted my coverage. Then my girlfriend mentioned she went to the practice so I decided to try it. I made an appointment and the front desk staff was pleasant and made the switch over process easy. Alle the hygienist was kind, gentle and did a great job on my challenging teeth. Dr interaction was brief but that just meant everything was ok nothing extra of which I was glad. Appointment started on time and check in and out was efficient and with a smile.

Negative experience: EDIT: I posted the exact review below right after my first visit and this letter terminating our doctor-patient relationship is their response. There was no explanation, no mitigation of the situation whatsoever, literally zero customer service. I am thankful, though, for the reinforcement of my decision to never go back there. Because of this letter I changed my rating from 2 stars to 1. What horrible business practices. Dana, my hygienest, and the rest of the staff are phenomenal. I had a pretty bad wound in my mouth from repeatedly biting that area and I was very nervous. However, she was kind, caring and gentle. She never once hurt me which I had expected given the sore. However, Dr. Sabourin is something else. I have never been to this office before and have never met him. When he came in he stood behind the chair the whole time. He peeked at the wound when I complained about it and basically told me when you get older your skin gets saggy and so you're more likely to bite your lips (I'm only 57 by the way). He never touched my teeth. No oral exam. No measuring pockets. No questions of any sort. Nada. Zip. Zilch. But the kicker is he never walked the 2 extra feet so I could actually see him. And he was there for maybe 2 minutes but that would be stretching it. In fact, I didn't even know he had left the room. I was so surprised when Dana started wrapping up! I won't be going back which is too bad because the rest of the staff are top notch. I'm not sure I've ever been treated so unprofessionally by a health "professional."

I had my braces done at the adjacent office when I was a teenager, and have been coming here for my dental needs ever since! The only complaint I have is that I wish the hygienists and dentist were more thorough in explaining the procedure and what their next steps are as the work is being done. I get anxious not knowing what is happening.
