Fantastic experience: I had a permanent crown put on and another procedure for prepping another temp crown . Everyone was top notch!! Starting with the superb receptionists and Dr Scott’s assistances and of course, Dr Scott! So friendly making it all easy as possible . I give this Dental-office a 5 star rating!!!!!!

Negative experience: Stadsklev dental office quit taking BCBS so we had to find another office . My wife and I signed release forms . The new office took a panoramic image which wasn't covered because I had one done in 2023 by Stadsklev but they never sent it over . I authorized for 2 every 5 years. Stadsklev said they didn't have my release form on file. So that was 125.00 bill I had to pay.

Fantastic experience: All my needs were addressed! I had prep work and got a temporary crown. In two weeks returned to get the permanent crown. My permanent crown is now installed. I was impressed with the attention to detail displayed by Dr. Stadsklav and his staff.
