Fantastic experience: When I have had a few minor problems that needed an adjustment. They were very quick to get me and fix the issue. The staff members are always friendly. Dr. Sanders explains everything to me and what is going to happen.

Dr. Sanders was the best, his calm demeanor made my very nervous 17 yr old not be nervous at all! He explained every single detail and I appreciate that! Highly recommend this office! It’s clean and very professional!

Fantastic experience: Dr. Sanders is absolutely the best! This is our 3rd child to get orthodontics with Dr. Sanders and he has been amazing with each of them. He takes time to really listen and develop a personalized treatment for each of their individual needs. He is also super flexible with scheduling to fit around school and sports schedules. I wish I could give more than 5 stars, we have had 100% positive experiences with him and his office.

Negative experience: I called them the day before my sons appointment and got all the info about the appointment and when we got there to check in they said that they don’t accept his insurance what a waste of time

Negative experience: I cannot get Dr. Sanders’ office to call me after leaving multiple voicemails. They scolded me and my son for not calling to report loose brackets…very angry and frustrated after this appointment!

Fantastic experience: We have spent the last ten years with Dr. Sanders office between our 4 children. I cannot recommend this office enough! They are quick, efficient & very friendly! We always get in and out and our children's teeth have been take care of with precision and excellence by he and his staff!

Fantastic experience: My son has had a great experience and he is always in and out for his appointments. Only thing I can say is if something comes up and you have to reschedule it’s a month out.

Fantastic experience: We started out at a different orthodontist in the area and unfortunately spent a lot of time getting the runaround. When my daughter received her retainer and it didn’t fit properly, I brought it up, but they didn’t seem concerned. It was so loose it would fall out of her mouth whenever she spoke, yet they still told her to wear it. They wanted $500 to replace it which I felt was asinine since it never worked in the first place. Frustrated, I called Dr. Sanders’ office to see if we could go there instead for a retainer, and I’m so glad I did. From the moment we walked in, we were treated with kindness and professionalism by both the staff and Dr. Sanders himself. He took the time to explain everything clearly, ordered a new properly fitting retainer, and has been seeing her every six weeks to monitor her progress and gently shift her teeth back into place. I truly did not expect such thorough care and attention to detail. This is by far the best orthodontist we’ve been to and the most professional, attentive office I’ve experienced. Highly recommend!

Fantastic experience: At Dr. Sanders Office everyone is always nice and Polite They're quick to get us in when we need it. And very understanding when you're going to be late. And he keeps you informed every step of the way, I went to him when I was a child to get my Dental work done. And now my baby is going to him and I know he'll take good care of her. He's a 10/10 for us!

Negative experience: Literally from experience.You guys are the worst dentist office I've ever seen.In my life. You called my daughter's name.You had a different chart for her from somebody else?'s file not my daughters , and you try to give her work that needed to be done on the other person's. A bracket fell or broke off of her tooth.And you guys did not replace it yesterday.You forgot to replace the bottom half of her bands on her braces, which is unbelievable ridiculous. No way go to Morgantown if you can, these guys are not a good dentist period.

Fantastic experience: I absolutely admire and appreciate all the personnel at Sanders' Orthodontics. They are ALWAYS friendly, pleasant, helpful and punctual. Our appointment was 8:45 on Tuesday. We walked in at 8:38 and was back in our vehicle at 8:44. Now that is service.

Fantastic experience: Sanders' Orthodontics is full of very friendly staff and it was very surprising, but nice, that Dr. Sanders came to the waiting room himself to call on my son. He was a very nice and gentle provider and explained everything in a very thorough manner and in words that both of us could understand instead of like we were medical staff. This was only our first visit, but I think we will be happy here.

Fantastic experience: Cannot say enough great things about the Clarksburg staff. They have been so helpful and understanding and Dr. Sanders is second to none.

Positive experience: Everything that matters (professionalism, friendliness, wait time) were all excellent. Dr. Sander’s came and greeted us in the waiting room and took us back and he was very thorough. The only reason I took it to 4 starts instead of 5 is because, as a first time patient, the location (upstairs) and lack of signage to direct you was a bit confusing. The check in was simple, but again, as a first timer, I wasn’t sure what I was doing at first. The office is very dated, but gives a very comforting (grandma’s house) kind of feel. Overall, our experience was pleasant, once we were back in the chair.
