Fantastic experience: I had been eating gravel for years (I love it on cottage cheese) and Dr Smith never once mentioned that fixing my teeth wasn’t possible. Dr Smith and all the girls are a Blessing and very gifted at what they do. Here is a before and 30 minutes later after photo. Nice job Dr Smith you are the absolute best.

Fantastic experience: I had a crown put on my back molar today by Dr. Jette. The best part of my experience was learning the crown she pu on is permanent, thanks to new equipment the office has. I was thrilled! No waiting for a permanent crown to be made!

Negative experience: We intended to switch to this dentist due to insurance coverage. I was not informed that my child is unable to be in the room with me during my appointment. I’ve never had this experience in any other medical office. Maybe it’s just me but the motto of this “family dentistry”- “great dental care is as simple as treating your family like our family” doesn’t match up with their policies. I planned the entire “spring break” day around this appointment only to be told at the front desk that my child cannot go back with me.

Fantastic experience: Bridgeport Family Dental is truly the place to go. The staff is incredibly kind, welcoming, and always willing to help or answer any questions. I’ve had appointments with both Dr. Jette and Dr. Smith, and they are absolutely amazing. At my most recent visit, I had the pleasure of seeing Dr. Smith. She has such a great personality that it makes going to the dentist far less stressful. She’s also extremely kind and respectful to her staff, which really stands out. I’ve been to offices where that’s not the case, and it makes a big difference. I also want to mention that I had a HUGE cavity that needed to be filled and required a shot… ouch! But honestly, with Dr. Smith, I barely felt it at all. She made the whole experience as comfortable as possible. Could not recommend her or this facility more!

Fantastic experience: I recently had a maintenance cleaning at Bridgeport Family Dentistry after some mixed experiences with previous hygienists, I was a bit apprehensive. However, my experience with Chelsea completely changed my mind! She was incredibly patient, gentle, and thorough. Chelsea made me feel comfortable and at ease throughout the entire process. I was eating a full soft dinner that evening with no pain, no bleeding, no problems! They have won my business!! With this great experience, my anxiety is now put at ease! Fantastic experience: Great service. The dental hygienist took her time and did an excellent cleaning. The dentist was very knowledgeable when I asked questions about a solution for a small gap between two of my teeth and gave me a few different options. I am one of those people who truly loves to go to the dentist and to find a practice that takes their time with their patients really sets them apart.

Positive experience: Everyone is very friendly and I never have to wait very long. However, after my last cleaning my gums hurt and that has never happened before. She was very aggressive and poked my gums several times with the tool. The lady who did them the last time I was there was much gentler.
