Her technical expertise,genuin concern and friendly manner are outstanding.My most recent visit was 26 July of this year.

Fantastic experience: Dr. Palumbo put Vaneers on my daughter when she was 16. She hasn't stopped smiling and she is 33 years old! The staff is friendly, helpful and very professional. No one else like Dr. Palumbo. He can pull a tooth with no pain to me. He’s an artist in one’s mouth. Nothing is left untouched. I always leave with a smile.

Fantastic experience: This week office is not like any other I've experienced. They are super helpful and take excellent care of the patients. I've had more than one tooth issue that they have assisted with. Everyone is so nice. They take your pain level into consideration, they are super responsive and great at answering questions. Both dentists are fantastic also.

Fantastic experience: Had a mod to severe back molar toothache for two weeks. I am from Ohio and was at my breaking point when I called the office Thurs. My appt was then scheduled for Fri. 10A. I was treated like they had known me for years. Everything about my right face hurt. Dr. Palumbo was so very caring and gentle. I felt better, hardly any discomfort after my meds and a long afternoon nap come that Friday evening. Saturday, I'm still amazed how good I feel! He was thorough in exam and treatment and sent me on my way with "I'm here if you need me". I am so grateful.

This office performs with a professional manner, from my dental hygienist Katelyn to Dr. Palumbo who is an amazing dentist. I was having issues with an old crown from a previous dentists office and Dr Palumbo replaced the crown and all my issues are gone. I'd give 6 stars if I could.

Fantastic experience: My first visit to see Dr. Palumbo was wonderful. Very modern facility with updated equipment and a friendly staff. My hygienist Lehung was quite thorough and spent a lot of time educating me as well as cleaning my teeth. No reason to look anywhere else in the area for my future dental care. Since my above review, I have had crown placement by Dr. Palumbo and another cleaning by Lehung. Their care remains excellent and I am very happy to have found them after my move here to the shore.

Fantastic experience: This was my first visit. Everyone made me feel welcome which is very important at a dentists office. The dentist was on schedule and created a plan to take care of the issue at hand. He presented options and was interested in what I had to say about my own dental health. I am looking forward to building a relationship with this practice.

Fantastic experience: I saw Dr LaGuardia yesterday for emergent tooth pain. After carefully considering X-ray and teeth, he explained his plan of action logically and clearly. His skill throughout the procedure was obvious, as was the kindness and respect he showed me as a patient. Well done Update 2026: still a brilliant dentist (though his taste in baseball teams is questionable). Dr LaGuardia is very funny and in 78 years, this is the first time I enjoyed having a cavity filled. Also a shout out to office staff Gabby and assistant Breanna, both of whom were kind to an old lady!

Fantastic experience: I highly recommend EL Family & Cosmetic Dentistry. Dr Palumbo is the best. So are all the staff. I had an emergency situation, they saw me within 2 hrs of calling, and referred me to an oral surgeon and helped me get in that same day.

He explains everything clearly, makes sure you feel at ease, and truly cares about his patients. I always leave feeling cared for and confident—I highly recommend them!

Fantastic experience: I was very very very happy with my hygienist. I was so nervous going in, i havnt been keeping up on my dental visits, i had a cracked tooth and one infection that i had left simmering. She was so nice, so thorough and really seemed to listen to what i was saying and cared that my teeth were clean and taken care of. Their membership program is great. I dont have dental, this plan is almost better than having dental IMO. Their membership program costs about $400 for a year. You get two cleanings and a set of xrays as well as 20% off procedures. So i got my one cleaning now which was very thorough, we discussed a plan that spaces things out and just takes care of the most important things now like a needed filling to hopefully stop a root canal later on.
