I felt comfortable and cleaning plus X-rays was well tolerated, I was very pleased with my cleaning results, I met an awesome Team toddy and will recommend this office to family members and friends.

Fantastic experience: Yesterday I had a porcelain crown break off. I stopped by Lowcountry Family Dentistry and they took me right in and made a temporary crown. Today they called and took me back in as Doctor Covington had made my new crown in-office and could put it in today. Absolutely a caring, courteous and professional group. I have been under their care for a couple years and highly recommend this provider.

Fantastic experience: I went in for my routine check up today. I was taken in within a few minutes of my arrival. The dental hygienist was very friendly and very thorough with my cleaning. She answered all my questions and gave me some pointers on what I needed to do. Dr. Covington was just as friendly and answered all my questions. If you are looking for a new dentist, I would recommend Low Country Dentistry.

Everyone is professional & friendly. Dr. Covington and all the hygienist I have worked with care about making sure my gums and teeth stay healthy. They answer my questions, ask about my home teeth cleaning practices, and offer recommendations when needed. They do a great job cleaning my teeth.

Negative experience: I really like Dr Covington but on this visit I had a new dental hygienist. I am not prejudiced the hygienist I had was an Oriental lady and she was new she was gentle cleaning my teeth but when she used the rinse tools she sprayed my mouth to rinse but never used the suction tool.to suction out the water she put in I had to swallow the water and all the stuff she used to clean my teeth with I was very disappointed. I was scheduled with the lady that normally did my cleaning and I was very disappointed that I was not informed of the change in dental hygeienist so on this visit I would rate them as a 2

Fantastic experience: Dr. Covington put in my new 5-tooth bridge today, and it fits perfectly. This has been a project months in the making after an accident. This practice has been with me all the way. Thank you, Dr. Covington and Sue and all the wonderful people in this office!

She makes suggestions but allows me to decide my course of treatment. No pressure but doors are left open for future treatment.

Dentist Covington has been a very appreciative. Her examination has help better my teeth. Her team cares about you and your oral health. My previous and present experience has been exceptional. Her dentist hygiene Mrs Shirley has been one of my best personnel to perform my annual cleaning. Altogether both the front office staff and the dental team has provided superb service. My thanks goes to the whole team.

Negative experience: People working the front desk are good people, but I can’t say the same for Dr. Covington. She came off as very rude and not a people person. I have had neighbors and friends visit this location and say the same thing.
