Fantastic experience: I was so so anxious about the procedure, I was a mess. It turned out to be ,not so bad. The doctor was very nice and gentle. I just hope the treatment works on me. The only problem was , I arrived on time, and had to wait one hour anxiously waiting.

Fantastic experience: Recently I’ve had the opportunity of visiting Monmouth Endodontics & Periodontics at their new facility in the: 55 Willow Lane Marlboro NJ 07746 Entering their Suite I was greeted by Cristina the receptionist where I exchanged information and awaited my visit with Nina the Hygienist. Comfortably seated, in the serene, waiting room which had a Fireplace was very soothing. Shortly Nina entered and guided me to her room where she proceeded to review and work on my teeth as needed. Next entered Sue who recorded Nina’s observation which was shared with Dr Wolf who entered shortly afterwards. Thanks to my good night brushing routine, Dr Wolf gave me the thumbs up. Fantastic experience: I was referred to Dr.Fevelo for the diagnosis and treatment of an old root canal that became very compromised and infected. Ultimately I was told that I would need one of two procedures, having the tooth extracted or a procedure referred to as an Apico. I opted after much research for the Apico. To say I was apprehensive about this procedure would be an understatement. My worrying was all for naught. Dr. Fevelo was nothing short of Magnificent! After spending over forty years in the Medical Field I found her to be very knowledgeable as well as a very skilled surgeon. The procedure could not have gone better solely due to the training and skills of Dr. Fevelo. Aside from the procedure itself, Dr. Felvelo was very caring , companionate, and patiently explained the treatment options she felt best for my condition. I am sure there are many good Endodontists within Monmouth County to choose from, I would rank Dr. Fevelo as Exceptional and the Best!

Fantastic experience: I highly recommend this practice. I initially hoped to save an abscessed tooth with a root canal and crown, but Dr. Fevelo honestly explained it had a 50% chance of failing within a year, requiring a partial denture or an implant anyway. Not wanting to deal with this twice, we agreed an implant was the better long-term solution. I appreciated her focus on lasting results, not just quick fixes. Like most people, I had significant anxiety about the tooth extraction. But Dr. Wolf completely put my fears to rest and made the procedure painless. His gentle technique for removing the infection and creating a bone graft transformed what I expected to be stressful into something surprisingly easy. Both doctors were exceptionally professional, explained everything clearly, and ensured I was comfortable throughout. Their technical skill, attention to detail, and genuine care for patients set them apart. If you need implant work, you're in excellent hands here.

Fantastic experience: Dr. Fevolo and her team were beyond 5 stars. I just had a root canal done - who wants that? From the initial scans and intake to the actual procedure, the entire staff is respectful and responsive. Not one time during the 2 hours or so did I feel uncomfortable, intense pain, or nervous. From what I gather, a few of the canals were extremely difficult to get into but Dr. F was methodical, patient, persistent, and it turns out, the procedure went even better than expected. By the next day, I had little to no soreness. There is absolutely nowhere else you should be looking - I don't care who your friends tell you to go to. My dentist referred me here and I have to do the same.

Negative experience: 4 month ago Dr A. J. Wolf and his wife endodontist urged me to immediately remove upper left tooth #14, based on one picture. On that very dark picture, tooth #14 was missing (based on ChatGPT) and I said that I didn’t recall seeing that picture. The office had cheap equipment including hand held dental low resolution x-ray Imaging system and it looks like that picture was taken by this device. Pictures that were sent my dentist were just 6 month old, but they insisted taking 6 new pictures (for the cost of $127) just to make money, as I never saw them. After I refused my tooth to be removed, Dr. Wolf said that he got this picture from my dentist and sent his recommendations to my dentist. We couldn’t find this picture with my dentist I asked my dentist to ignore Dr. Wolf’s recommendation. After 4 month I don’t feel any discomfort with this tooth.
Jason, we’re disappointed to hear that your experience didn’t reflect the standard we aim to provide. Our office uses modern, high-resolution digital imaging and follows the standard of care, which includes obtaining current X-rays for accurate diagnosis. The images you brought did not clearly show the affected areas, making new imaging necessary.
As a courtesy of our multispecialty office, you were seen by both our periodontist and endodontist but only billed for one visit. While we understand you're not currently in discomfort, many dental conditions are asymptomatic but progressive. We recommend continuing care with a provider you trust and wish you all the best moving forward.

Fantastic experience: My husband visits Monmouth every 6 months for a cleaning and gum assessments. The staff called early today to say an appointment had opened up and hour early and he gladly took it. The cleaning was thorough as always and the hygienist was very gentle and did a great job. The assessment was quick and fortunately his gums were holding steady. He was advised on how to care for an area of concern. Dr. Wolfe completed the assessment and we scheduled another appointment before he left. And his prescription was waiting for me at CVS.

Fantastic experience: I am beyond happy with my results. Dr. Wolf is wonderful and I was very nervous about extracting my moloe and deep cleanings, laser surgery went great. Negative experience: Terrible - please read before seeing Dr. Wolf for gum graft surgery. I had a couple gum graft surgeries with Dr. Wolf, he was referred by my Dentist. Both procedures did not go well (despite Dr. Wolf thinking they did which was frankly bizarre). After healing I went to get other opinions and each Periodontist I had a consult with was perplexed by what Dr. Wolf caused to my gums, looking at the before and after pictures. Bottom line - Based on the other Google reviews here I thought I was going to be in good hands, but please do your due diligence. I am now seeing a Periodontist that is significantly more expensive than Dr. Wolf to try and repair the damage, and so far the experience has been a lot better. Unfortunately, the repair is going to cost nearly $18k, which is frustrating after the time and money I feel I wasted with Dr. Wolf. This is the first negative google review I have ever provided to a Doctor. I hope others don't have the same experience.

Following your surgeries, I made sure to personally follow up, as is my practice with all patients. Our records and our text message exchanges reflect this, including the voicemail I left you on the day of surgery to ensure all of your questions were promptly answered. However, I regret if there was any part of this process that didn't meet your expectations.
Patient satisfaction and optimal outcomes are my primary goals. If any patient experiences less than satisfactory results, I am committed to providing revision services at no additional fee. This commitment is a cornerstone of my practice and is reflected in the positive feedback from many of our patients. If you have any concerns about the results of your treatment, I am more than willing to discuss and re-evaluate your case personally.
I am concerned and surprised about the high estimate you received for corrective treatment. Based on the treatment you underwent in our care, such a high cost for corrections seems unusual. I understand how overwhelming and distressing this must be, and I encourage you to either revisit our office for a detailed assessment or seek an additional opinion to ensure you get the best possible care.
Effective communication is crucial in healthcare. I regret that these issues were not brought to my attention earlier and encourage you to freely communicate any future concerns or questions. I offer follow-up appointments to all my surgical patients, at no additional cost, to ensure they are fully satisfied with their care and treatment outcomes.

Fantastic experience: Dr Wolf and his front reception staff were amazing. I had some serious work that needed to be done and they put me at ease. They gave me meds prior to my procedure, walked me thru the process and even the payment plan with the front desk girls was easy! I was prepared for the worst and got the best. Dr Wolf even called me the next day (on a Saturday) to check on me and eve. Gave me his cell phone number in case I wanted to reach him directly! Who does that? I highly recommend him and definitely dr Cassandra too!

Fantastic experience: I had extreme anxiety after dealing with pain in a lower molar for over two months and having visited my own dentist several times for repeated work that never relieved the pain. The office staff were friendly, helpful, and proactive. They accommodated my busy schedule and squeezed me in right away. They had already spoken with my insurance company and had all of my necessary payment info ready and waiting. Beth and Dr. Fevelo put me right at ease at my consult and I was scheduled for a root canal the following week. Dr. Fevelo was very understanding and honest in the anxiety management options and I opted for nitrous gas, just for the beginning injections and drilling. My root canal turned out to be a little more complicated than expected and I am scheduled for a second procedure in two weeks, but am feeling much less anxious after this first procedure. Dr. Fevelo and her assistant, Tamika or "T", were both incredible. Tamika was attentive, supportive, encouraging and made me feel very comfortable. I felt like she really looked out for me during the procedure while Dr. Fevelo was hard at work at fixing me up. Dr. Fevelo put my comfort and anxiety first and was patient and understanding during the whole experience. Before I left, Dr. Fevelo gave me her cell number and even texted me the following morning to check in and see how I was feeling. She was quick to respond and acknowledge any concerns. While any sort of treatment like this is never really wanted, they made the entire experience a positive one. I highly recommend Dr. Fevelo and her team for any sort of endodontic treatment.
