Fantastic experience: I’m convinced these guys are the best of the best! Recently switched from my other dentist because I moved and I have no plans of going back. These guys are professional, funny, and always send me home with great information to help me keep my teeth healthy! If your looking for a new dentist, give these guys a try!

Fantastic experience: Brandie is awesome. Cleaned my teeth today. She has been encouraging me for a few years to consider using a waterpic type flosser. Finally caved and bought one last December. It has made a huge difference in keeping my teeth and gums clean! I told her it was like a Bidet for your mouth! Ha! Love the Bringhursts!

Plaque does not stands a chance. She consistently goes to the n'th degree, using modern cleaning technology to a curette, to ensure my teeth are free of plaque. Fantastic experience: I've been going here for a few years and have really liked my experience, but today topped the charts! I have to get some fillings replaced, and expressed that I was concerned with getting numbed due to a bad experience I had in the past. The dentist really made me feel heard. He made sure I got scheduled with him and said he would be the one to perform my numbing. They also suggested gas to help ease my fear. I'm still not looking forward to my procedure, but this alone already eases my anxiety. The hygienist I've been seeing has also been great! She's been giving specific and helpful suggestions to get my oral health back on track! It's been nice going to her and seeing my progress! She also remembers things I mention in appointments which is really cool! Overall great bedside manners!

Fantastic experience: Enabled by a wheelchair the front doors are not the easiest to get into or out of the building. Once inside the ladies at the reception desk were polite and helpful checking me in and updating my insurance. The dental hygienist gave me a choice of having a new water tool used to clean my teeth. I chose to have her use it. My teeth felt so much better without all the scraping, I usually endure. My normal dentist was out of the office, but the Doctor that came in to substitute was pleasant with his greeting about me bringing my own chair. LOL, No cavities were found but silver fillings I have, will continue to be watched. I want to recommend the services from this office to anyone who is seeking care of their oral health.

Dr Lewis and Dr Tanner get me fixed up quickly should a problem tooth pop up. And the office in general just feels good. People are happy and it’s fun to go in. Yes… I just said it was fun to go to the dentist. Weird, and true!

Fantastic experience: Everyone working there is so willing to go above and beyond to make certain that all my needs are being met ! At the age of 90 now those kinds of things mean the world to me and to my son Bob who looks out for me every step of the way!!! I wouldn’t go to any other Dentist because of the 5 star service that Bringhurst Dentistry has always provided me with!!!

Fantastic experience: I just wanted to say I had a wonderful experience and time at bringhurst family dentistry Jocelyn was such a blessing she put me a great great East and peace I have not been to the dentist and the '90s and she was just kind and very patient with me I have a gagging problem she gave me laughing gas a nausea pill and all was well and I want to thank her once again and the doctor was wonderful as well and I'm just very grateful I would recommend this dentist and it would be a blessing to anybody who would go to this bringhurst family dentistry thank you again Jocelyn again a great blessing you were you did a wonderful job on my teeth and doctor I think you as well you did a wonderful job as well thank you again Jesus bless you and your families sincerely Karen c a c h o p o

Fantastic experience: I generally cringe when I think about going to a medical establishment that has a couple of generations in it. My experience right here in Pocatello has been that the Father was excellent and the Son…not so much. I have been very pleasantly surprised with my visit to Bringhurst Dental. From my first contact with the Receptionist (emergency) to the Dental Assistant to the Hygienist to the young Dr. Bringhurst, who told me that the practice is run by the Dad, the Uncle, and the Son, it was all very pleasant. I have been looking for a good dentist and I believe I have found them.

Fantastic experience: Bringhurst Family Dentistry has taken care of my dental needs for 10+ years and has always done a great job! Lou has been my primary dentist during this time and has always given me a comfortable and positive experience, helped me when I needed emergency work done, kept my teeth healthy and I would recommend him to anyone! This past year his son Tanner has been taking care of me and he has been nothing short of excellent and will be great for the many years he has ahead of him! I don’t want to forget about the hygienist staff either. Those women do most of the hard work! They are always friendly and are always professional and always give a great cleaning when I’m due. 10/10 I would recommend Bringhurst to anyone who needs any dental work or cleanings!

Fantastic experience: My family has gone to Bringhurst Dentistry for years and have never had a bad experience. In fact we have come out after receiving their dental service, improved. My wife had a tooth problem she didn’t think could have anything done to improve it, but the fine doctor helped her. Personally, I had a front tooth knocked out in an accident and it was on a Saturday. It was a traumatic experience, but within a short time, I was sitting in the chair and once again had all my teeth and the reassurance I was in the best hands. My front teeth were even straighter than before. We appreciate so much their kindness and service. They truly care and we consider them our friends. We highly recommend them. GR

Fantastic experience: So grateful to Dr. Eric Bringhurst. My tooth feels like brand new after having a huge cavity and total tooth reconstruction. The shots were done well as well and were basically painless which is the part I fear the most at the dentist.

Negative experience: Only just now posting a rating for an experience 2 or maybe 3 years ago. Will add a written review later. Sorry it took so long! P.S. That's pretty gnarly (in a bad way) that someone would do a root canal on the wrong tooth! Wish I had heard about that sooner.

Dr. Bringhurst was professional, kind, and explained everything clearly while taking care of the tooth quickly and painlessly. Jocelyn, the hygienist, gave me one of the most thorough and gentle cleanings I’ve ever had. Both of them made me feel comfortable and well cared for. The entire staff was friendly and efficient from start to finish. Highly recommend this office for both urgent dental needs and routine care.

Fantastic experience: Dr. Tanner Bringhurst completed a filling and corrected my chipped tooth from years ago. Him and the dental hygienist were so personable and fun while those types of procedures can be anxious for some, but they were also informed and professional. I’ve been going there for my cleanings for years now and enjoy their expertise and atmosphere.

Negative experience: It was supposed to be our 1st appt. I took time off work (I am a physician), pulled the kids out of school, fed them a snack, had them brush their teeth and took them there. We arrived at 310 (they said 315). Filled the paperwork. It's 330, but they don't call us. They said appt time is 345, when I clearly got a text msg confirming appt for 330. Showed them the text msg. We decide to wait a little longer and it's 355 and when I ask them they say "do you have some errands to run?" giving no definite time on when we would be called and it's 25 minutes late! I would stay away from these irresponsible people. They don't apologize and don't respect people's time. I am not sure what nonsense business do these people run. Wasted my time and my kids' time! Stay away from these losers!!

Fantastic experience: I am pleased with this dental office. Always welcomed with a smile and they are very good at what they do! Very clean and welcoming environment. They always try to converse with you (even when you can’t respond haha) it’s still nice to feel like a human being than to be treated like an object being worked on. They take their time to ensure you get what is needed out of each visit.
