Fantastic experience: Just got my last wisdom tooth extracted with Dr. Killpack! Going to the dentist is rough for me, but they made me feel a lot better about being nervous and helped calm me down as much as possible! Im like a grown child when it comes to the dentist and they did awesome!

Fantastic experience: The dental hygienist are my favorite part and still the reason why I’ve been patronizing for a little over a decade. The receptionists are not super friendly or helpful but they’re nice. The current dentist needs to be more honest in his willingness to vocalize genuine concern for oral issues, instead of just brisk and leave you guessing.

He paused and checked in multiple times. The process was completely painless, and this was the first time I didn't feel the needle at all! I would definitely go here again for any future dental work.

Fantastic experience: I had a filling redone today, and the experience was honestly wonderful! They got me in right on time, and was finished in 25 minutes. I typically have issues getting numbed, so going to the dentist is not my favorite experience, but this time was completely different. The procedure did not hurt at all!! It was amazing. They took extra care to make sure everything felt perfect before I left. Everyone was so kind and professional. I would highly recommend to anyone looking for a dentist!!

The office is very welcoming with lots of natural light and has a nice view. I recently switched Dentist’s to Dr. Killpack and the new patient forms were sent to me electronically so I could fill them out at my leisure and were quick and easy to complete. They have text communication so I was able to get reminders ahead of my appointment which were very convenient. Even the music they had playing was awesome! I highly recommend Dr Killpack and his staff and will definitely be back!

I went to multiple dentists who tried to fix it, but they did not fix the problem. Dr. Frost was able to fix it his first try. Fantastic experience: They are the best. Dr Frost found a root canal that had not been taken care of correctly. I complained about it for years to various dentists. I went to Dr Frost to fix my chipped front tooth (which he did beautifully) and was sick of saying anything about the root canal that bugged me. He found it, without me saying anything, and asked me if that tooth troubled me. We got if fixed after 10 years. He’s awesome!! Went back a few months later because my tooth was hurting. Dr Frost just had to file the crown down a little bit. The staff was awesome! Ashley is the best. Dr Frost is very good at his job. He knew what the problem was immediately and fixed it.

Fantastic experience: I chipped two front teeth and Doctor Frost's team was so gracious and worked me in for the restorations. I was extremely grateful to them for the effort. Fantastic experience: Great dental experience. I had a broken crown that needed to be replaced. The crown was about 10 years old and I abused it badly. Got into the office in about a week. The new crown was made in office and I was up and running in 2 hours. Awesome experience. Great office. Dr Frost and Ashley dear are on top of their game. Thanks for a great morning. Fantastic experience: I just had an amazing dental visit at Pocatello Dental Excellence! There name says it all! Jen did my cleaning and she was the best! She was so smooth and my teeth feel so clean and it didn’t hurt at all! Also had a 1 visit crown with Dr Frost and Ashley they were so fast and worked like a pro team. The 1 visit crown prep and in office Cerec technology to make the crown was spectacular. Dr Frost’s attention to detail was top notch, thanks to the team for an amazing experience!

Fantastic experience: When I got my last two crowns, it was the easiest time I have ever had. Usually to get my bite right It takes several visits to the dentist but not this time. My bite was perfect before I left and has never needed adjustment. Dr Frost did a great job! I would recommend him for any dental work you need done!
