Fantastic experience: Anastasia Dental Associates is so many things! Knowledgeable, professional, and personable - I can say this about everyone I've had contact with there. Definitely a five star plus!

Fantastic experience: Now nearing 10 years with Anastasia Dental. I have had quite a bit of work, which, given my age of 78 years, is to be expected. I have never experienced any pain. The facility is very clean. The staff is all friendly and professional. I give them 5 stars in all categories. Sept 2017 Having just recently moved here, this was my first visit to Anastasia Dental. I was very impressed. Beautifully maintained facility. All the staff were very friendly and professional. The dentist, Dr. Domingoes, was excellent. He explained what he saw and what he was doing throughout the visit. He was extremely professional and painless. I have now been going to Anastasia Dental for almost 3 years and not one issue or complaint. 5 stars all the way. I have now been going to Anastasia Dental for a about 19 months. I am still very happy with the professional service and excellent facility.

Dr. Woody Domingoes and Dr. Maria Valdes-Domingoes work seamlessly together and genuinely care about those they serve. I am grateful for the outstanding treatment I have received over the years and highly recommend this practice to anyone looking for a dentist they can trust.

Negative experience: If I could give negative reviews, I would. I left a bad review before, but my tooth that I had repaired at this office, broke. I had to go back and he made me take the bad review down. Blackmailed me. Said he wouldn’t repair my bad repair that he had put in, in the first place. My teeth are very white and he put in a yellow patch, both times. He was trying to charge me extra money to get my teeth deep cleaned twice a year. When I went to the new Dentist, they said that my teeth and gums were in remarkably good shape and I did not need deep cleaning.

Negative experience: The person who answered the phone today, on 3-24-2026 at 9:15 am, ended the call before I could get an appointment. I called again while checking to see if my mute button was on, and it wasn't. She hung up on me again while trying to say hello a few times as if she couldn't hear.

Fantastic experience: Wonderful experience. Office staff are welcoming and efficient. Dentist is personable and knowledgeable. Technology is state of the art. Changed from our former dental to Anastasia. Facility is amazingly clean, welcoming, and comfortable. Exploring sleep appliance for apnea bc can’t deal with CPAP. Very happy no nasty gunk to take impressions! Computer scanning of teeth and bite produced a full color 3-D image that was viewed on touch screen. Will know more in a few days after it arrives. Fantastic experience: Never a fun idea to have a tooth removed, but if it has to happen this is where I’d want to be. Staff sticks to your appointment time, everyone works well together in a coordinated effort to make sure the you receive excellent care. Receiving a call the day after surgery from Sonia to see how I was doing was much appreciated.

Fantastic experience: (07/31/2023) Just had another cleaning by Denise ... no wait, she was very professional and my teeth look/feel great. I will definitely be back in another 4 -5 months. Everyone in this office is very professional and does outstanding work (as always). The front office staff in this office is also 'excellent'.

Negative experience: It is very unusual for me to write a review, however, a recent visit with Dr. Domingoes compels me to do just that. About a week ago, my Bridge broke and a portion of it fell out of my mouth. After speaking with acquaintance's about who they would recommend, I made an appointment with Anastasia Dental. I went to the office and met with Dr. Domingoes, after having x-rays taken and being evaluated by the Doctor a member of his staff presented me with a treatment plan. To say that I was stunned would be an understatement as the quote was for $32,728.00 (not including the $326.00 charge for the evaluation, which I paid that day) I mentioned to the staff member that it would cost less to have a complete arch made and she agreed with my assessment, I explained that I would have to take some tine before I could agree to any plan. I subsequently met with Dr. Domingoes and asked him we could discuss the fee, as at 85 years old, that amount would be difficult. Unfortunately, he was unwilling to make any adjustments I understand that it is his prerogative not to negotiate, however, his demeanor toward me was somewhat dismissive and bordered on condescension. It made for a very uncomfortable meeting, especially since he was the one that requested that I come to the office to discuss the matter

Fantastic experience: Woody & Maria are the best dental team in St. Augustine if you care about your teeth. Their hygienists are also of top quality. I have been with them for over 15 years and am complimented on my teeth regularly due to the job they have done. They can make crowns in a few minutes vs. the long process at other offices. I have personally sent them at least ten patients after telling them how fast problems get fixed because they have invested in state of the art equipment and do not need to send things offsite. Highly recommend! The entire staff is warm and friendly.

Negative experience: Just had the worst customer service from this dental business. They have lost at least one customer because of this.

You can tell they’re not only intelligent and highly skilled, but also deeply invested in what’s best for you as a patient. I just had a cleaning here, and it was hands down the best I’ve ever experienced - incredibly thorough, yet completely comfortable the entire time. Not once did I feel any discomfort, and my mouth felt fresh and smooth afterward (none of that gritty feeling I’ve had from other places). The facility is modern, spotless, and just an overall great environment. I left feeling cared for and confident in my dental health. I honestly can’t wait to go back!

Fantastic experience: Unfortunately, I’ve let insurance and disposable income gauge my dental care. So, in 2008, when I had no dentalplan insurance, I took no care of my teeth and gums despite the fact I knew I needed expert care. In 2017, I was blessed with a good job and benefits. But insurance network restrictions caused me to go to a “chain” dentist. They were nice enough, they were bright, clean, well-tooled but they were obviously profit-driven, beyond personal, patient-focused caring. Eventually, their insistence of expensive procedures gave me the heart to go back Anastasia Dental Associates, even out of network- and its really not a big deal - not when you consider the level of expert, personal, patient-focused care one receives. And, Denise? She is a gentle, thorough, conscientious and beautiful person to work in your mouth. All smiles look better at Anastasia Dental Associates. And, the office staff takes great care to work with the inevitable Bill. Not bad. Not bad at all.

Negative experience: I was a patient of Anastasia Dental in St Augustine Florida and paid thousands of dollars to get my teeth cleaned and all my cavities filled and finding out after seeing a specialist that they didn't do their job very pretty place to visit pretty smiles to match but they will rip you off you will end up a year down the road paying twice as much to get what they should have fixed I'm horrified of what they took pictures of in my mouth That was supposed to be taken care of by Anastasia Dental Danger Don't Go you will lose teeth

Fantastic experience: Well, let me tell you......I am the world's biggest baby when it come to dentist visits! I have to take a valium before, just so I'll even leave the house. Went to ADA and it went so well! I lost a crown, but need that tooth pulled now. Doc explained it to me in a way that was understandable, and put my mind at ease telling me about the procedure, and medication I can use to calm me. Going in a couple of weeks to get it pulled, will update then. As of right now, it's a bit of a drive for me, but so we'll worth it. T

Was able to get me in the next morning to have a brand new permanent crown installed. Everyone was great to work with, facilities were very modern with high tech equipment. Dr Neumann was great and friendly. Everything went smooth and seamless.
