Fantastic experience: From the moment I became a new patient in May, Dr. Nathan and his entire staff have been nothing short of amazing. Everyone in the office is incredibly kind, welcoming, professional, and always willing to help. They truly go above and beyond to make every visit a positive experience. I used to stress about going to the dentist, but thanks to their office, that's completely changed. Dr. Nathan also recently removed all four of my wisdom teeth, and he made something that seemed so scary feel like a breeze. He took the time to make sure I was comfortable and well-informed throughout the entire process, and my recovery has gone smoothly. They have also been extremely accommodating whenever I've needed anything. I can't recommend Dr. Nathan and his team enough. If you're looking for a dentist who genuinely cares about their patients, this is the office to go to!

Fantastic experience: I’ve been coming here for several years after moving to the area. I needed a lot of work and Dr Nemecek (Dr Nathan) and his team have been amazing. They worked with me on cost and spacing my work out so I could afford it, and always scheduled me to my needs, never kept me waiting to get in and did truly outstanding work. Dr N has high standards and it shows in the quality of the results! The rest of the office staff, his assistant and their dental hygienist are all really wonderful- they make going to the dentist a pleasure.

I called the office at 8:05am and my tooth was extracted before 9:30am. INCREDIBLE service from All About Smiles! Fantastic experience: Went here today for the first time ever! Awesome experience. I haven't been to the dentist in probably over 20 years due to fear or finances. I had a wisdom tooth that grew in crooked and impacted the molar in front of it. He pulled those 2 out, and my upper wisdom tooth. Dr. Nathan is not someone that just wants your money! He pays attention to detail and goes over everything very thoroughly with you, leaving no room for confusuon! Dr Nathan and his staff will treat you like family! You're in good hands here!

Fantastic experience: My 19-year-old daughter recently had all four of her impacted wisdom teeth removed at All About Smiles with Dr. Nathan Nemecek, and I can’t say enough good things about the experience. As a parent, I was naturally a little anxious—especially since the teeth were impacted and required IV sedation—but Dr. Nemecek and his entire team put us both at ease from the very beginning. The staff was kind, professional, and incredibly organized. Dr. Nemecek took the time to explain the entire process, answered all of our questions, and made sure my daughter felt comfortable before the procedure. The IV sedation went smoothly, and the procedure itself was quick and complication-free. Her recovery was much easier than we anticipated—minimal swelling, very manageable pain, and clear instructions that made aftercare simple. The follow-up from the office showed they truly care about their patients beyond just the appointment. If you’re looking for a skilled, compassionate oral surgeon for wisdom teeth removal, I highly recommend All About Smiles and Dr. Nemecek. They made what could have been a stressful experience feel calm, safe, and smooth—for both my daughter and me.

Fantastic experience: I dropped by to give my insurance info day before for my appointment the next day, and they asked if I could be available right away. Of course I took them up on the offer. They were able to remove the molar and advise me the options for putting in an implant or a bridge. Very unusual and helped relieve my concern about the infection to my tooth.

I called Smile Design and they got me in that day, pulled my tooth, started the procedure for an implant, which I wanted, so I wouldn’t have to wait 4 months, until I returned from Up North. Dr Nathan is the “BEST”, and his staff follow suit…right along with him. The atmosphere is soft, quiet, and comfortable; there is a reverence in the air. Making their patients feel comfortable, and at ease is at the top of their list. While the dentist office may not be your favorite place to go, if you’ve got to go, this is the dentist you should see…without a doubt! All About Smiles makes it easy!

Negative experience: I had a bad experience there. I was told by the dental assistant that I had a 50 percent co-pay for my crown and had to pay it up front that day to have the work done. I was also told all x-rays would be covered by my insurance, including the panoramic x-ray. I paid the 50 percent. They billed my insurance before I received the crown, and I had no co-pay. I had to get my insurance company to tell them they had to pay me back what I paid. When I went for my crown, the office manager/ biller argued with me and tried repeatedly to convince my that I had to pay the co-pay. When I showed her the Explanation of Benefits she tried to say I had to pay the amount the insurance didn't allow. She tried to say he was out of network. I had to show her the EOB 3 times before she would agree to give me my money back. I could not get a credit on my card that day. I had to wait until the insurance sent the payment, even though they should not have taken the money from me up front. She was very rude to me and never apologized. They took out the money for the panoramic x-ray. The dental assistant, the person who presented the estimate to me, never asked if I had already had one that year. She would have known it wasn't covered, since she looked up my insurance the day I called for the appointment. They also took out $79.00 for removal of the old crown. Removal of an old crown is always included in the price of a crown. They wouldn't bill the insurance company for that because it isn't an allowable charge. It's a form of billing where you unbundle the charges. An insurance company won't pay it and a patient should not be charged for it. If I hadn't requested my money back and got my insurance company involved, I would have never gotten my money back.

Fantastic experience: Dr. Nemecek is so professional, gentle, economical and pleasant. His staff are wonderful too, knowledgeable and gentle. Fractured my back left molar in a car accident, went for the simpler and less costly approach with bonding it as opposed to getting a more time consuming molar, also more expensive. My procedure required NO anesthesia or numbing at all, so thorough and gentle. Dr. Nemecek is the BEST dentist. He is in the business to help his patients totally!

They really took the time to explain treatment options with me and answer all my questions, even when I was their last patient before the weekend. Could not be more happy that I found this practice!

Dr. Nemecek took the time to explain everything and did a great job extracting the teeth. The staff are wonderful also. Today, over a year later I came here to have a bottom tooth extracted. The tooth was removed within 90 seconds without pain and he proceeded to let me how Important my dental care Wil be for the rest of my life after cancer therapy. My oral surgeon had cancelled my extraction appointments 4x and my orthodontist reaches out to All About Smiles and they helped me out tremendously! Negative experience: Let me preface this by saying I totally understand that everyone has varying views on masking. But I feel compelled to share my experience at All About Smiles Dentist yesterday. After an extremely jarring experience getting my teeth cleaned, during which the hygienist tried to force me into serval things I did not want to do, the dentist came into the room to do the exam. He came in with a surgical mask around his neck, his entire face completely exposed. I asked him if he had an N95 mask to wear while preforming the oral exam on me. He scoffed and said, “No. We don’t even have those here. I’m vaccinated, what are you worried about?” I said, “I’m worried about someone completely unmasked putting their hands in my mouth in the middle of a global pandemic. You’re not even wearing a mask at all right now.” To which he rolled his eyes and responded, “So? Do you go outside? What’s the difference?” I said, “The difference is I don’t go this close to unmasked people outside and I certainly don’t let them put their hands in my mouth.” To which he said fine if you’re so uncomfortable just don’t to the exam. I got up and began to leave. As I did, the hygienist doubled back and asked me “Is YOUR mask an N95? No? I didn’t think so.” And I said “I’m not the medical professional! I can’t wear a mask when someone is examining my mouth. What was the point of even asking me that? To try and make me feel bad?” And she just shrugged her shoulders. I have never been treated so rudely and so poorly by any doctor or practice in my entire life. I understand that people have different views on masking small children, or outdoor gatherings etc. but this was a medical professional- a dentist- who not only dismissed my valid fears, flouted the CDC guidelines, and then did their best to make me feel like an idiot for expecting the bare minimum. This practice does not care about science, safety, or perhaps more importantly, their patients.

Fantastic experience: Dr. Nathan is amazing. He tells you what is going on, he does amazing work. If something isn't what he thought at first he will tell you. For instance I was having a root canal done and before he started he test my teeth with cold and one I could still feel the cold and he said that he wasn't going to root canal that one because it wasn't a good candidate for root canal. So long story short I had only one root canal done instead of two because he took the time and found that the second tooth was still alive. saving me time,money, and pain. and all of his staff is amazingly nice. Dental hygienist is very gentle.

Fantastic experience: I have the worst dental anxiety of anyone I know. It was to the point where I never wanted to go to a dentist again. But when I started having dental issues, I went to a place that wasn't very patient friendly and the hygienist I had was extremely rude. After a few visits, they referred me here and honestly, it's been the best dental experience I've ever had. Everyone is so patient and understanding. They take time to answer any of my questions, no matter how ridiculous they might be, and they seem to really care about people. I was told that they care more about saving teeth rather than selling teeth and it really shows. Thank you to all who work at this office. You've really changed my outlook on going to the dentist and I even look forward to my cleanings now because I know they'll do their best to take absolute care of me. Fantastic experience: Great place and great practice. Dr. Nathan, Melissa, and Mandy are the people I interacted with. Very professional yet friendly and makes you feel like part of the family. Time is taken to explain what is recommended to be done and why it needs to be done. They care about you and they listen. I'm the nervous type in the dental chair and yet they made me feel less nervous and more relaxed. I also like the non assembly line approach; in contrast what I have seen in many medical practices today. I give them my highest recommendation and I can tell you I don't do that often.

Fantastic experience: I was having a lot of pain on my front tooth that had a veneer on. I couldn’t get in with my dentist. My insurance gave me the number for “All About Smiles family Dentistry”. Wonderful experience. They fit me in that day and it was a Friday. He put me antibiotics and the pain was gone the next day. Referred my to get a root canal. He also saved me a lot of money Two other dentist wanted to do an implant on that tooth. He saved the tooth and the veneer. Absolutely wonderful experience! The entire staff is friendly and patient! He will be my Dentist forever.

Negative experience: I have been to 8 dentists since I was a child. I found Dr. Nathan to be rude, insensitive, rough and not willing to admit the ongoing cause of the problem he created. He pulled a molar and I had severe pain for months. He sent me to a specialist saying he thought I had TMJ. and he could not treat me further until I had it cleared. It was not TMJ and I didn't know what it was until I signed a release form at my new dentists and it included nerve damage from an extraction. Aha! He has the worst skills of any dentist I have ever gone to and does not admit his mistakes. He comes from a family of wonderful dentists, 3 others that I know of, what happened to him?

If there is such thing as a pleasant visit to the dentist this is the place to go. Wonderful from the girls up front to the girls in the back. Highly recommend!!

The receptionist is always friendly and helpful doing their best to fit you in the schedule and calling you if there happens to be a cancellation. Dr. Namecek and his team work quickly and efficiently, all while making you feel comfortable and relaxed. Best of all they have very reasonable prices and they accept care credit. Highly recommended if anyone is looking for a dentist. They do everything from cleaning to implants.
