I appreciate the fact that she took a conservative approach, rather than immediately recommending unnecessary and costly procedures. Her office uses state-of-the-art equipment and the entire facility is clean and well-maintained. The entire staff is friendly and professional.

Fantastic experience: Dr Walker and DA Rosemary made my experience at the dentist office a much better visit preparing for a crown. I reckon it’s what the ladies would call a spa day. No pain a soothing atmosphere. Went back in a days for a cleaning with Erica and had the same experience. I sold on Dr Walker and her staff. I recommend to anyone who wants a GREAT DENTIST TEAM working on their teeth. I think they are the BEST in my opinion.

Fantastic experience: I’ve always been absolutely *terrified* of the dentist. Like, “I’d rather be in labor” level terrified. So when unbearable tooth pain finally forced me into Dr. Walker’s chair, I made sure to warn her about my sky-high dental anxiety. Thankfully, she treated me like a very nervous adult, handling everything with the utmost care and concern. I’m incredibly grateful for the kindness, patience, and compassion Dr. Walker and her staff showed me. They made a nightmare visit surprisingly bearable (and that’s saying a lot!).

Fantastic experience: I love Dr.Walters and her staff, me and my family just started coming to her office. I love it, nothing like having one dentist for the whole family. My baby girl had to get some work done, and they did great. My baby said she didn’t feel a thing, mind you she had to get shots and she’s 8 years old. They also have great customer service, make you feel welcomed and always a great atmosphere!

Negative experience: Believed to have performed deep cleaning unnecessarily, claimed I had bleeding gums which I have not observed. Received a second opinion and was advised, deep cleaning was not needed. Individual who performed deep cleaning only cleaned 3 teeth, and did not allow my mouth to numb properly. I would highly recommend a second opinion in the event deep cleaning is suggested. I have never received a cleaning where all teeth were not cleaned. Deep cleaning is done in quadrants, so 2 quadrants were cleaned in less than a few minutes. It took longer for dentist to administer anesthetic than the time taken to clean two quadrants. Waste of time and money, Beware!

Fantastic experience: I am a new patient as of today, I haven’t been to the dentist in 3-4 years and have been very anxious and nervous about my visit but the staff were extremely welcoming, non judgmental, professional and made my first time back in the dentist chair quite pleasant. The tools and equipment they used were very advanced as well. The doctor that seen me (Dr. Walker) set up a plan to get all things I need to get done in a timely manner and gave me options as far as how to deal with them. It’s going to be a semi-long journey to get my smile back the way I want it but I wouldn’t trust nobody else but Lumber River dental to handle these things as I know I’m in good hands.
