Negative experience: I had a root canal done there years ago. I am now having to pay thousands of dollars, that most likely will not be covered by my insurance, to have it retreated because a file was left in my tooth during the process.

Fantastic experience: I LOVE Dr. Jordan's office. The environment is great along with the staff. Everyone always smiles, great personality and makes you feel comfortable and they are family to me. I experienced a great encounter with Ms. Dacey who cleaned my teeth and she is fantastic! We had great conversation as she was working, she is great at her job. I feel at home and I hope to be with them for as long as I can. I highly recommend Dr. Jordan. She is such a nice pleasant lady and caring about your needs. ❤️❤️❤️

Negative experience: I found it troubling that the dentist often misrepresents information to patients, seemingly to increase her earnings. This lack of transparency is alarming and undermines patient trust. I recommend verifying with your insurance after every visit, as I discovered that she charges for work that has not been completed. This practice is unethical and could lead to unexpected financial burdens on patients. It appears that the dentist is engaging in mal practice and taking shortcuts during treatment. This raises serious concerns about the quality and safety of the procedures being performed. I had a very disappointing experience at this dental practice. I felt that the level of care provided was far below acceptable standards. Additionally, there seems to be a high turnover rate among her team members, which may indicate deeper issues within the practice. A stable team is crucial for providing consistent and quality care

Fantastic experience: I had been in pain from September 19,-23 on the 23, I went to my regular dentist they told me they don’t walk in. I went Sharon S Jordan , P.C. They got the job done and I will tell eveybody I know to go there And they treat you very much respect (100%) satisfied

Negative experience: I ended up in pain for over a month due to a tooth she broke during an extraction. I needed a filling on another tooth, but instead of just doing that, she decided to do a bridge. She ended up filing both teeth being used for the bridge down to low, so the bridge pops off frequently. I also realized that while I was numb, she filed down the teeth at the top to make the bridge on the bottom fit... especially the wisdom tooth. She took half of it off. She butchered the teeth I had left in the back of my mouth. I do not recommend.

Fantastic experience: Very welcoming, very nice people didn’t wait long. The lady that took the x-rays and everything is clean and he’s very very nice and give her an A+. She very nice she let me know everything that she was doing .made sure I wasn’t in any pain .Dr. Jordan came in and looked at x-rays and everything we had a conversation on what she was gonna do to help me with my teeth health. Fantastic experience: From start to finish my experience at Dr. Jordan's office was a 10. The initial phone call to schedule my visit was so pleasant with Ms. Kim. The actual first visit to the office was a very comfortable atmosphere. Once again Ms. Kim was on point and courteous. The dental hygienist was so informative and comforting. She really made me feel at ease. Dr. Jordan came in and introduced herself and proceeded to review my xray. She reinterated what dental hygienist said to do to prevent plaque buildup. I really appreciate everyone making me feel comfortable and informed. I look forward to my 6 month checkup.

Fantastic experience: I love this office! I recently had to change dentists due to a change in insurance (my old dentist was out of network). So I decided to try her due to a coworker’s recommendation. I am so happy I did. First her staff is lovely. From billing to the hygienists! That’s important because it sets the tone for any visit. Dr Jordan is lovely and she is proficient and has a calming manner. She makes sure you feel NO PAIN. They make sure you know how much everything will cost well before your appointment and then on appointment day you come in with no wait and the service is wonderful! Her work is thorough.

Dr. Jordan's office called me back that day! They don't see patients on Sunday, but I was very relived they called back so fast! They were able to work me in on Monday morning.
