Fantastic experience: Everyone was very kind and professional. The exam was thorough, and this is the cleanest my teeth have ever felt! Wonderful experience!

Fantastic experience: Dr. Fyfe is great. She always takes care of whatever I need done.

Negative experience: I paid $100 for a dental cleaning, but when I got home, I noticed several spots were missed. It felt like the basic cleaning was just a tactic to upsell a nearly $1,000 "deep clean." My technician, Ashley, and the lead dentist assured me the cleaning was complete before I left, yet they immediately suggested scheduling the deep clean. I called the front desk to share my frustration, but they dismissed my concerns. Disappointed, I bought a teeth-cleaning kit online and fixed the missed spots myself (Plaque build up). In the three months since, I’ve found a reliable, professional dentist just south of them. Do better, MDA!

Fantastic experience: I loved my first appointment with Dr. Reed and Dental Hygienist Kyla! Kyla was so great on keeping me informed on what was happening with each step of the cleaning process and what would be best for health of my teeth in the future. Can't wait for my next cleaning!

Fantastic experience: My husband and I were very sad about having to find a new dental clinic after moving to the area, but we were pleasantly surprised after our first visit! Our dental hygienists (Kyla and Ashley) were awesome; they explained every step of the process, and my husband who typically complains of pain during the cleaning portion said it was the most comfortable cleaning he’s ever had. Dr. Reed was also extremely friendly and made us feel welcome to the clinic. Overall, we had a wonderful experience and look forward to using them moving forward; highly recommend.

Despite a very difficult extraction at my first appt (not his fault but my tooth) it was a positive experience as far as dental appts go. The front office employees are always so professional, pleasant & helpful. I had my best dental cleaning ever with one of his hygienist. She was very very thorough yet gentle! Dr Reed /Marshall Dental Associates is about 55 miles from where I live & it’s worth the drive despite having dentist offices within a 10 min drive from where I live.

I walked in late yesterday afternoon to make an appointment for a tooth extraction, and they were able to squeeze me in first thing this morning. I've never been a patient there, but I will be from now on! After visiting with a few other patients in the waiting room and observing what was going on when I was taken to the back, I could tell the doctors and staff are like this with everyone. I'm so grateful that my ENT recommended going to Marshall Dental Associates to take care of my bad tooth!
