The young ladies in the back they are all so helpful and kind as well as the doctor and the assistant manager. Overall good vibes as soon as you walk in!!!

Negative experience: My insurance pays for dental x-rays once a year, and a hygenist to clean my teeth every 6 months with no co-pay charge to me. So that is what I asked them to do. I don't need anything else. But the dentist examined the distance between my gum-line down to the jaw bone on each tooth and said that I have a periodontal gum disease. Then I was directed to their "financial office" where they showed me the cost of their "treatment plan" which would cost me about $3,200.00 and then another $175.00 every 3 months to continue treatments. I said "I'm sorry, but I can't afford that". I am 86 years old, and I don't have a gum disease". My teeth and gums are as healthy as they have been for many years. So I asked them to just do the cleaning, and I'll be back in 6 months. Well, they refused to clean my teeth if I didn't sign up for their "treatment plan". So the dentist said they can't clean my teeth because the dentist diagnosed me as having a gum disease. So I made an appointment to see another dentist who won't try to sell me $3,200.00 dollars worth of treatments that I don't need.

Negative experience: The two stars are for Dr Gaskin. I returned to Aspen Dental in Marshall because I like her and trust her opinion and respect her as a dentist. How ever; I will not be returning to Aspen in Marshall and unless I hear from someone at corporate level, not to any Aspen Dental anywhere. On June 10,2026 I was a patient at Aspen Dental Marshall. I have dental insurance and X-rays, mouth scan and visit with the doctor was performed. Dr Gaskin said everything looked good , she only recommended me replacing Arnold crown and having an old filling removed and replaced. I chose not to do either. The crown has given me no issues and when asked she said it looked fine, but may just fall off one day. I said I would take my chances lol and the filling was paid for by insurance, the cost was not a factor, I just don’t like my teeth compromised anymore than necessary. I did tell the “ office manager” lol slash receptionist lol I needed a new mouth guard for sleep and would like to have the cavity sealant applied to the old filling. I wanted to make an appointment for both procedures in mid July because of travel. She said great I will need 60% down and will gladly schedule the appointment. I said no thank you. I am not paying for services I have not received. I left and promptly called back and got a customer service rep who was nice enough, but her promise of having someone to return my call about my complaint hasn’t happened and it has been 72 hours. I did not have an outstanding balance and do not understand paying before an appointment is made. Someone help me understand. What would happen to my money if I died before the appointment?

Fantastic experience: Honestly the best dental care I've had!! They went above and beyond to make sure I knew what was going on and I was sure about what I wanted to do. Ive avoided dentists because they all make me feel so bad about my teeth. I had the complete opposite here. I was met with compassion and understanding. I will always recommend this location!! Thank you for getting me on the road to a smile I can be confident with!!! Also they worked with me to make it within budget for me!!

Fantastic experience: My visits have been amazing!!! Sarah the hygienist is gentle, kind, and very aware of your personal hygiene needs. The dentist is also gentle and she is absolutely amazing with a great personality! Their office staff handle all my financial concerns and my constant calls and inquires with grace and understanding! Just love them all!

Fantastic experience: Although very nice, they have yet to get my dentures correct but the Dentist is taking a different direction and we will see how it goes from there, fingers crossed. They are at least giving it a good effort to fix the problems. So that is a great place and have made me feel at ease from the front desk all the way back to the dentist herself. So very caring and put forth a good effort to corry any issues that arise.

Having had sooooo many years of vast and excellent dental experiences, I can say unabashedly that this is the best dental team and experience I have ever had. So much so, that I am looking forward to my next appointment with all of these professional, based on a lot of dental work that I definitely have in store. Fantastic experience: I went to Aspen Dental for a toothache. I was a walk in and a new patient. They got me in immediately and within an hour , I was on my way to the pharmacy to pick up an antibiotic I needed. Within the hour I was there ,I had numerous xrays and a hygienist checked me to see what I needed in the future. Everyone was very courteous and helpful. The entire bill, with 3 prescriptions was less than $50.00!!! I highly recommend. Thank you Aspen Dental!!

I don’t like Dentist because when we were little all they did was pull them and didn’t give us anything for paying so when I went there just like I said everybody was the greatest. I’m changing to them from my other dentist thanks a lot Aspen.

Negative experience: Had good care for a few years and then found out at the end of December when I called for an appointment that they aren't carrying my insurance anymore. I missed open season to change my insurance to something they do carry. Now I have no dentist and our 6 month checkups are due. They could have given me some notice. Not appreciated.

Negative experience: -Get in today for affordable dental care with a team that’s in your corner, and on your corner.- Thats there slogan.....well thats a 100% lie. went in to get a consultation the hygienist and dentist were nice and explained what was going on. But when it was that time for payment options thats were it went all down hill. It was either pay in full which was expensive, had a procedures done before and it was way less. (In a different state) and the second option was be on a payment plan. But required 70% down payment with a 35.68% APR (THATS INSANE) and if I went with the payment plan I could of had the procedure done on that day but with someone that and I quote "sorta knows" how to do it. the dentist that does my kind of procedure didnt come back for another month. Also I didnt feel comfortable giving my social security # and they told me "without it we cant do anything" this is after the company being sued for releasing patients information so I didnt feel comfortable. Google it. So in conclusion go at your own risk. Hopefully they change there policies and have better options for customers, but as far as the hygienist the dentist and dental assistance they were all nice.

She kept saying that I needed an appointment. No paying customers should have to make an appointment for simple questions! Was also told to arrive by 7:15 (Opened @7:30) and the doors were locked until 7:30! Why tell patient to arrive early but they are NOT open yet!? Wasted my time! Fantastic experience: I love how patient and gentle Dr Gaskin is. This is the second tooth she’s had to pull of mine and this one was so much easier than the first due to reasons out of her control, but she remembered how rough the first one was made me feel so at ease. The dental hygienist Mrs.Wyatt is amazing also. I came in after a long time of not seeing the dentist and she or Dr Gaskin never made me feel bad or less than for it. They gave me options and encouragement and a reasonable treatment plan. I highly recommend this location with these lovely ladies. The front desk ladies are sweethearts too, just a great experience all the way around here!

Fantastic experience: We came to East Texas to visit my mom and my husband’s tooth began to hurt during our travel. We booked the appointment in the middle of the night and this morning they called promptly at 8:00 to get us registered. When I told them it was a dental emergency she had us come in early instead of waiting for our 2:00 appointment time. Every thing about this unplanned visit was perfect from the registration and check-in to the extraction. 5 STARS to each member of the team.

Fantastic experience: Great experience. I had a dental bridge come loose on Friday night and my usual dentist is closed over the weekend. They got me in early Saturday morning and had it fixed quickly. Would definitely go there again.

Fantastic experience: Was duck hunting this morning,Saturday 11-23-24 with a horrible toothache and couldn’t tolerate it any longer. Searched for “emergency dentist in Shreveport” got loads of results that weren’t totally accurate about being an “emergency dentist” when we think “emergency” that means ANYTIME. The other places were actually closed but Aspen dental was open. So I called the 1800 number and within 10 minutes I had an appointment made for the next 2 hours. I rushed to aspen dental in Marshall Texas and gave the receptionist my info and within 30 minutes I was getting X-rays done and the staff (all of which were incredibly polite and professional) were already planning the required steps to give me, I was in there for maybe an hour and they were quick to get my mouth numb and snatch those abscessed teeth (2 of them) out!!! Very professional dentist I saw today. I wish I didn’t live so far away or that would be my families lifetime spot. Can’t say it enough how impressive they all were!! Wish all dentist offices were like them!!!!!
