Negative experience: My daughter was there for a exam, all the staff are friendly and nice, except the Dr we met there, she is very serious with my 3 years old daughter, my daughter was happy with all other staff but once met this Dr she getting nervous. The Dr seems rush to other patients, she rushed in and tell us my daughter had multiple cavities tooth’s and she needs referral us to other pediatricians, quickly give us a pice of referral letter without any detail information about cavities tooth, we don’t even know we need X ray pictures to go new pediatric, and she seems not willing to make next tooth cleaning appointment for my daughter, even we paid $295 for X ray Exam and two cleaning. We found very nice new pediatric clinic with much nicer environment and professional plus only charge $137 for X ray and exam, right we need do X ray again because Wursboro Dental didn’t took full mouth X ray pictures. So $295 wasted and my daughter needs suffering another X Ray!

Fantastic experience: I was a patient at Wurtsboro Dental until 2016, when my insurance changed. I have always wanted to go back and am so grateful that I finally can again! Every interaction with each person there, from the receptionists, to the x-ray tech, to the dental hygienist, to the amazing dentist herself is always wonderful! Dr. Duggal, and her entire staff, are the very best at what they do! Going back there feels like going home.

Negative experience: I had an uncomfortable experience at Wurtsboro Dental. The dentist Dr Nisha was distracted and checking her phone. The office staff antics were annoying and immature. Overall, I didn’t feel comfortable and won’t return. I was asked to leave a Google review when I left. If I checked Yelp reviews then I wouldn't have come to this office. I suspect recent Google reviews may have been solicited to dilute the negative experiences. Sort the reviews by star rating and you will see what I mean.

Fantastic experience: Today was my 2nd visit to the practice in an ongoing effort to make me excited to smile again. This is not a fast-food style Dental office. They listen to your concerns, your wishes and your budget. You’re not a case number, you’re a client. If quick sub-standard work is all you need this is NOT your Dental office. If you’re looking for work that lasts and a plan of care that includes a model of who you can be, this is the place. Be patient, be open to suggestion and listen. All of these fine people at the practice truly have your best interests in mind.

Negative experience: Worst experience with s supposed Dentsl Professional!!! Charged $210.00 to cement a temporary cap all the while trying to sell me porcelain crowns for $1350.00... Her whole ploy was to sell me new crowns!!! Left office on way home after she supposedly cemented crown back on my tooth... TOOTH FELL OF WHILE DRIVING HOME... WENT BACK say Dentist DUGGAL she replied well it was only temporary.... Last 15 min. Then further insults me when myself or friends won't be coming for she shorty denistry... Dr Duggals reply "Well yiur and your friends WONT BE MISSED" Real Professional.... NEVER EVEN OFFERED TO REGLUE HER SHOTTY WORK... Patients beware ... she's not there to help people!!!!

They do have modern treatments for TMJ and will make sure you leave better than when you came in. Highly recommend this office to anyone. Making an appointment was easy. I was taken right in for my x-rays and cleaning. The office is clean and modern. Everyone in the office is so nice, and they really strive to make your visit perfect. Honestly, Dr. Duggal is the best dentist I've had.

The entire team was so nice from the moment I walked in the door, I was immediately put at ease. They talked me through everything, made sure I was comfortable for every step, and I have a clear plan going forward.

They were very thorough and took their time in explaining to me what was going on in regards to my dental health. They even had someone who speaks Spanish assist me when trying to explain my dental concerns and previous history as my English is a little broken. Negative experience: After being a client at Wurtsboro Dental for 4 years, I strongly advise against going to this dental office if you value your teeth and expect to be treated with respect. I recently had a cleaning here, and the hygienist was unnecessarily rough with an ultrasonic scaler, causing a piece of my composite resin filling to chip off later the same day. When I contacted the office to resolve the matter, I was met with rudeness and dismissiveness. Dr. Duggal refused to fix the damage without billing my insurance and charging me a copay, claiming that no dental office would fix my teeth with no charge, even though the damage was clearly caused by the hygienist’s lack of care. To make matters worse, Dr. Duggal had the nerve to say she didn’t have time to discuss the situation further and stormed out of the room. If you enjoy being disrespected and having your dental work ruined, then by all means, visit this office. Otherwise, I recommend finding a dentist who actually cares about their patients, their well-being, their time, and will take accountability for their work. I’m putting this out there so you as the reader don’t have to make the same mistake I did. There are other dental offices!

Negative experience: Simply terrible! I scheduled an appointment and just because I didn’t give 24 hrs notice of canceling my appointment they want to charge you $75 dollars fee when they reschedule. I told them I was a new patient and was never mentioned about a late fee. They refused my treatment and dropped me as a patient. Don’t come here they are very rude and want your $$ for average painful care. How do you refuse a patient for treatment? I waited 45 minutes in that waiting room for them being late as well my first visit.
