Fantastic experience: I have been going to Cornerstone Dental since it was Dr. Littner and team. I was very concerned when I discovered he had sold the practice/retired. But my recent visit for a cleaning and checkup was fantastic. My hygienist was extremely thorough and very gentle. The dentist was also very good. And all my questions were answered.

Fantastic experience: Marisol, dental hygienist, was OUTSTANDING!! She was not only pleasant and patient she also gave me a play by play of everything she was going. She was gentle and extremely meticulous clean my teeth. After she was done my teeth’s felt AMAZING! Then I met Dr. Adam who was also PHENOMENAL! He looked at my X-rays and gave me some great advice. I am due to go back in 6 months and I am looking forward to seeing them again. Thank you so much Marisol and Dr. Adams for making g this experience so wonderful!

Fantastic experience: I’m so happy to have found this Dental practice! After moving from Manhattan I had to start all over with my medical care. Until today I would say that my new Doctors ranged from good to very disappointing. I had a great Dentist for many years. I now have a great Dentist here! It starts with the amazing staff at the front desk. They were very friendly :patient in dealing with some insurance issues. The technicians are all friendly. Dr Becky completely relaxes you and did a excellent job on a chipped tooth. I cannot recommend this place enough!!

Fantastic experience: Before meeting Dr. Littner of Middletown,, I had same Dentist for over 10 years in Chester until the day He stated, No Hope-EXTRACT ALL TEETHE n replace with Upper/Lower. After many Crown replacements & Expensive Co-pays...His Diagnosis Made me Lose Faith:(.. I Decided To Search For 2nd Opinion & a patient of his who HIGHLY recommended Dr. Littner & Staff for over 7 years I made an Evaluation appt-- Holding On To A Ray Of Hope To Save My mouth!! The Day came with Anticipation --especially with a front crown suddenly falling out --to add to my Dilemma & embarrassment to smile:( I Enter this Immaculate waiting area filled with many organized neat brochures. It was a comfortable atmosphere for anyone with Typical Anxiety. Friendly staff greeted me; suddenly Dr. Littner approached me with relaxing casual conversation which even soothed pending anxieties. My appt was Met Timely by Hygienist who took many extensive X rays--She was warm, thorough with clear instructions; also asked of my worries/concerns. I related my "loss of faith" story of Former Dentist & Simply stated, " I NEED HELP, I NEED MY SMILE BACK...Also, .Can Dr, do an emergency cementing of fallen out crown?? She replied, We Will Help You:)... She then shows Incredible Digital x rays of entire mouth on huge panoramic flat screen & Defines areas that require care. Dr. Littner Formally introduces himself & Was made aware of My serious Concerns/past Dental issues. He comforts Me with a hand on shoulder Stating, " Sounds like you had Rough Time...We WILL GET YOU BACK INTO SHAPE!!! He then details all Extensive work Needed To Get MY SMILE BACK AGAIN. He Defines what must be first cared for-- antibiotics for extractions- ONLY 3 versus 19 teethe..."NO NEED TO EXTRACT ALL TEETHE...I WAS STUNNED... He even re-cemented my crown!!! I Finally Found An EXPERIENCED, HONEST & KIND PROFESSIONAL....I Left with an AFFORDABLE Detailed Evaluation Billing ...and Shockingly..~~~~~~ 3X Less Than RIP-OFF ASPEN DENTAL...Just check class-action suit IN NY AGAINST ASPEN DENTAL .. ...INDEED, I Shall return With continued Evaluation And FAITH REGAINED!! For Clarity, I shall Post Horrid Rip-Off Experience With Aspen Dental at a different Evaluation Posting!

Thank you Annette! (See you in 6 months!) Mom now goes to Cornerstone Dental. She loves it. The staff is very attentive to each detail, whether it be to scheduling an appointment, pre-medicating, an explanation of what meds she cannot take and how long before a procedure, an explanation of what is going to take place while in the chair, how she might feel, explanation of bill, the post "phone call" ... they are great!!! Fantastic experience: I had a great experience. Was pleasantly greeted on arrival, hygienist was welcoming and efficient. Dentist was very good as well, cordial and professional. While this was first visit with this particular staff, I was pleasantly impressed that the overall experience was very similar to the previous dentist and his staff. A very smooth transition. Fantastic experience: Dr. Becky and her entire team came to my rescue this morning. I needed some emergency care caused by a previous dentist that I did not feel comfortable going back to, and from the beginning of my interaction with them, they were wonderful. I had already spent about an hour on the phone trying to find someone that could help me and was very frustrated and emotional when I ended up speaking with them, and the ladies at the front desk were incredibly sympathetic and compassionate. Once I got there Dr. Becky was informative and straightforward. Both she and her assistant Luz were friendly and understanding, and took the edge off of a traumatic experience. I am incredibly grateful to the entire office for their help and guidance!

Negative experience: I would get a second opinion from another Dentist before going to Cornerstone Dental. They wanted to charge me $1850.00 to fix a permanent bridge that fell out and said it wasn’t fixable. Had it done elsewhere with no problems whatsoever. Saved a bunch of money doing it.I wouldn’t even give them a one star rating. They are money hungry. These folks are not anyway involved with Dr. Littner.

Negative experience: So, I just started coming here, I love Dr. Becky! She is amazing. The office staff however is another story. They submitted my claim wrong and when asking to have it resubmitted, I got an attitude yelled at and hung up on. That alone leaves a bad taste, it has taken forever for me to find a dentist like Dr. Becky. It sucks that the office staff ruined that. :(

This was my first visit to Cornerstone, and I was nervous and had a high level of anxiety due to bad treatment at Aspen Dental. However, at Cornerstone, all staff members provide excellent service, and I finally found a place I can call home for my dental care. Thank you for the exceptional service!

Fantastic experience: From a pleasant greeting upon arrival to scheduling my next appt., I was impressed by the professionalism of everyone there. My hygienist was great and I look forward to coming back again. Everyone was very cheerful and positive.

Negative experience: Dr. Littner retired, and on the day of my cleaning, there was no dentist at all in the office. I needed to have the crown which Dr Littner put in, adjusted, to correct my bite. Now I have to see the Dentist who bought the practice, and I don't know anything about him. I would rather shop around for a dentist of my choosing. As a patient I feel like I should have informed of Dr Littner's retirement, and of who was taking his place.

Negative experience: The receptionist told me after learning that we don’t have dental insurance and only a dental plan. “Yea, a filling starts at $500….” Avoid at all costs.

Negative experience: I had a dental implant done 5 years ago in another office. I called Cornerstone dental, Middletown , NY where I have been going for 5 years and asked if they could re-set the tooth onto the post as it came lose. I was told no go back where you had it done. I brought 3 other customers to them. They do implants there. That is terrible customer service and I am going to look for another dentist and take my friends with me as well.

Both experiences were and are my best dental experiences in my life. The dentist, and his staff provided me with the best customer experience ever. It was almost a pleasant experience, almost ( it is the dentist after all) the staff is wonderful, all very helpful and understanding. I’ve been to many local dentists and never felt completely comfortable. Cornerstone Dental is where I will go from now on .
